Scout and Purdey are two absolutely delightful dogs, and it was an absolute pleasure to look after them. Purdey is a hunk of love, with a gentle and affectionate nature that makes you want to spend all day cuddling with her. She’s the kind of dog that wins your heart with her calm presence and soulful eyes. Scout, on the other hand, is all about energy and enthusiasm. She’s the playful spirit of the duo, always ready to run, chase, and explore. Being around these two was truly a wonderful experience.
The slate house is a beautiful contemporary home set in the rolling hills of Perth shire. The 2 dogs are very well-trained and adorable. You will need a car for shopping and taking the dogs for a walk elsewhere, They are very car friendly. The owners are very relaxed and welcoming. You will enjoy your time at the slate house what a treat.
Julia was very friendly and helpful from the moment we sent our email introduction. The house is lovely with a large garden and Molly the Labrador is very well behaved and wonderful to walk with. Everyone falls in love with her and it is easy to see why. The walk is directly from the house through the countryside. We stayed with Molly in the Oast House and it was comfortable and pleasant. The two outdoor cats come for food and the occasional stroke. We would certainly highly recommend this sit and the area is lovely. Waitrose is 20 minutes away in Crowborough. We do tend to get very busy but would very much like to sit for Julia with Molly again.
Marnie & Savvy are great pets to watch!! They love being around you and will like to be apart of whatever you’re doing + bringing along their balls. Their home could not be situated in a more ideal location north of the quant downtown area and not far off of the interstate from the beach! I so appreciated all of the Kelsey’s recommendations of where to go and eat at!
This was a beautiful sit. Cathy provided great instructions, and was immediately responsive to any questions I had. Ernie, Pinky, and Zula are super-cute. They each have distinct personalities. Ernie is reserved at first, but warms up and will definitely let you know what he wants. His walks are shorter than the girls. Pinky is the youngest, and has unbounded energy. She loves attention and play. She’s also a jumper (with sharp nails) and a big licker. She wants to see other people and animals on her walks. Yula is the guard dog of the group. She barks at people and animals that go by both while in the house and on walks. She also tries to take the lead on walks. It is a very easy and beautiful campus to walk on, and there are several pet waste bins along the walks, which is very convenient. The 3 dogs are walked 4 times per day — after breakfast, around noon, after dinner, and before bed. I found that taking them out one at a time is most manageable. At times, the two girls can go together relatively easily. For the last walk, make sure to have a flashlight, for picking up after the dogs. (I used my phone.) The outside deck is gorgeous, but I didn’t find the dogs would use it if they needed quick relief. During my stay, the dogs were under the weather, and that was a challenge. It made it hard to work remotely for more than an hour or two at a time. It was out of Cathy’s control, of course, and she was responsive in every way she could. She even had special food delivered to help in their recovery (and included treats for me). She also sent a friend who knew the dogs to check in. The illness made the dogs’ stools loose which resulted in difficulty in picking up on walks, and there were a couple accidents in the house which was unpleasant. We weathered though it, but thought it was important for other sitters to know.
The dogs were pleasant and easy to take care of. Debbie is really nice.

Kyra was an absolute stroke of luck for us. She looked after our cats very competently and with a lot of love and empathy during a difficult time. We got almost 5 months old puppy that has not been socialised with other humans and animals. Moreover he barks at any moving object and has no basic training so currently is very thought. Jennifer came to our house and was able to provide us with great training, which only after a day has a great potential for permanent results. She is very kind and patient. I can highly recommend Jennifer and her dog care services. When we got Rocco, a 2.5 year old wirehaired dachshund Kaninchen, we started looking for trainers and dog cares to help him socialise with other dogs and get some training at the same time. Then we met Jennifer and from day one Rocco has enjoyed his days with her and the pack, which is never too big, always full of walks, training and cuddles! Every time that Jennifer picks Rocco up, he waggles his tail and whines happily, and you can really tell that he can't wait for his next adventure!
We have taken our dog Kira (2 years old) to Dogsitting24 for day care and holiday care. Kira has a wonderful time with Jennifer and her pack. Jennifer is wonderful! She is very caring and attentive. My young, 3 kilo Yorkie has really blossomed since she started regularly going for the day. She is always so excited to go, and has become more confident and relaxed at home. Jennifer trains the dogs while they are with her, and now my dog is better at coming when called, walking on the leash, and staying by my side while off leash. I love getting all the cute photos and videos of the dogs playing throughout the day, and knowing she is not picking up any bad behaviours. My Princess Dakota has been in the sniffer room (called a playgroup by us🤣) once a week for about 3 months. Loris is an absolute hit🥰 Dakota is already happy the day before and when Loris arrives at our house all hell breaks loose with joy🥰🤩 He's doing such a great job and I couldn't imagine anything better for Dakota.
The dog care Schnüffelstube is an absolute hit! Loris, the store manager, is a real dog whisperer. He looks after the furry friends so lovingly that they feel at home. My dog literally freaks out when we get there, excited for the day of fun! The Schnüffelstube is clean and spacious, and the team is super friendly and flexible. I love getting photos of my furry friend having fun during the day. There is no better place for dog boarding! Five stars, without question!

I’ve been giving my dog to Stephanie for a few months and I’m happy with Walking dogs. It was not easy for us to choose a daycare, we’ve tried two others before. I like the most the fact that Stephanie takes only 4 dogs which makes it possible to watch and take care of everyone. There are no conflict situations between dogs, no place for dogs to learn and perform any bad behaviors. I am literally amazed with how much Stephanie shares about their experiences. She always sends many pictures and tells a lot about what did they do during the day. And she spends time training dogs which we find beneficial. We did holiday care for a few nights with her and were more than happy with all the photos she sent us. Our dog missed us less then we did miss him 🙈 Stephanie is an experienced dog trainer and we can feel it by the way she treats our dog. She gives us a lot of useful advice and helps us to learn more about our young dog, understand his behaviors better. I would recommend her as a trainer as well. She is a person you can really trust your dog.

Steffi took good care of my dog Baxter while I was in the US for two weeks. Every day she sent me photos of Baxter, and one thing was certainly clear: Baxter was having more fun with Steffi than I was having! They went swimming, hiking, and played a lot. Steffi also took the time to teach Baxter some new tricks as well. If you want peace of mind while going away, I highly recommend Steffi's business.
I absolutely love Walkingdogs, the Service is great, I do not have to worry about my puppy being alone all day with the very flexible pickup and drop off at my house pretty much whenever I need it and best of all: my puppydog has a great day playing with the other dogs and running around all day:) Steffi also works on my puppy’s obedience skills and has helped greatly to improve her recall as well as walking on her leash without pulling. I absolutely recomend Walkingdogs and can only praise Steffi for her very friendly and great service!
My two-year-old Appenzeller dog has been in Stephanie's day care for 4 months now. I particularly like that the pack is very small (max 5 dogs) and she also puts in several training sessions. My dog can be very stubborn and difficult with other dogs and Stephanie has given us great advice on this and knows exactly how to handle her. Our dog Freki (1.5 years old) has been in day care with Stephanie for a few months now. We are very satisfied with their professional, friendly and reliable support. She can be reached at any time, you get photos or videos from the day as well as feedback on how the day was. The great thing about day care is the small group and the training sessions it does with the dogs. She not only looks after Freki, but also trains him on leash walking, basic obedience, recall, impulse control and everything else that can be trained :-) Muzzle training was also on the program. This was of course brilliant. This means he doesn't just associate the muzzle with a visit to the vet. He is learning a lot about social behavior. This is only possible in a pack and is reflected in everyday life. Since he's been with Stephanie, he seems a lot more confident. Freki was allowed to stay with her for 3 days including an overnight stay, and we were very happy there too. What we also like is that you can be picked up in the city of Zurich.
The concept that Steffi offers is unique: combining dog walking and daycare with training and free running is something you can't find anywhere else. I can accompany Steffi and her daycare dogs with my young dog every now and then. So I learn a lot just by watching. My dog is integrated into an already well-trained pack, which gives me much more security, for example when we practice recall. Walking Dogs is also the right choice for larger calibers. Steffi also puts a lot of effort into finding the right places for walks with water, forest and lots of variety. I am very happy and also think that the costs for this individual care are absolutely justified.
You just need to see Jameela interact with your cat and you know she is everything she claims to be: a cat lover, a cat expert and someone who can be trusted. Jameela does not only look after my cat when I am away, she also gives great tips on behavior and care. For example, Jameela gave me a cat feeder so that I could see how my cat got on with it and it worked great! In terms of service, Jameela is very well organized and makes sure that the process for booking and exchange of keys is hassle free. Great service and great care! Sophie

My cat usually does not warm up to strangers but within minutes Jameela has her playing and rolling around on the floor. I love the videos. I am glad to have the Local Cat Sitter on my contact list. She takes away a big worry when we leave. We know that our cat is in excellent hands.

Jessie, our 11-month-old Border Collie has been going to Woof Woof in Zurich for about a month now, and she is a big fan. On the days she goes, she waits by the door for us to take her, and she is so excited to meet Eric and her doggy friends, particularly Frodo and Oni. She has so many great adventures at Woof Woof, which shares pictures of her walks and other exploits with us so we never miss out on the fun. Jessie loves Woof Woof, and we love her going there. The team at the centre are really positive and helpful. We are delighted that we have found Woof Woof, and so is Jessie.
