We had an amazing time looking after Leo and Rhea. They were both so affectionate and playful, and Leo would play fetch with the frisbee all day if it was up to him! Katherine and Halil were super welcoming and left us clear instructions on all Leo and Rheas needs. We also felt so spoilt in their theatre room, watching movies on the big screen! Overall, this was such an amazing sit and could not recommend highly enough!!
Fonda is a gem, a sweetheart, a big love! Kerin and David are wonderfully friendly, interesting and genuine, and we’re hoping to connect again. They had loads of ideas of what to experience in their area. Loved the hot tub, all the trails close by, and the thrift store scores (SPCA one tops the list). Kalmia Cottage is enchanting and relaxing, and the zebra room bed is very comfortable. We have to say AGAIN how cute and sweet Fonda is - a reflection on David and Kerin, we’d say! We really enjoyed ourselves. :-0)
This was my first sit using Trusted Housesitters and I am so grateful it was with Lori and her gorgeous Rosie. Lori was super friendly and made sure both Rosie and I were comfortable. Rosie is the sweetest dog and so easy to care for. She'll let you know what she needs and her excitement when you say the word "walk" is the absolute cutest thing in the world. The location is also super convenient with great walkability to many restaurants and shops. Such am amazing first experience! I can only hope all my future sits will be as great as this one. Sitting for Joao and Mariana was such a great experience - they were incredibly kind and welcoming. The cats are a joy to care for - so sweet, curious and fun! They love playtime, belly rubs and Brigadeiro will curl up on your shoulder for a nap. The flat is is a great building and area, lots to explore and easy access to downtown via streetcar or on foot. Thanks so much for having me!
This was such a wonderful adventure! Shellee and Rob could not have been more welcoming and thoughtful. They ensured we were familiar with their home and the grounds, including a personal tour of their gorgeous farm. The house was well stocked and clean. The bed was perhaps the most comfortable we have slept in. We took advantage of their suggestions and made day trips to nearby villages, the beach and the 100th Bomb Group Memorial Museum, which we highly recommend. And we loved that the pups are welcome most anywhere locally, so we were able to enjoy all the adventures together. The pups are absolutely adorable and very well behaved. We laughed and laughed over their antics. Colin sang to us during breakfast, and the alpacas tolerated us while we admired them from a distance. We were incredibly comfortable and felt so welcome here. If you have the opportunity, do not pass it up!
Christina and Nate were so welcoming! A very easy sit, just had to be around for meal times and the cats enjoyed the company in the evenings.
