Our family loved our stay at Matt and Kate’s! They made us feel right at home and went out of their way to make us feel welcome- their both so kind! Taking care of Billie and Boomer was very enjoyable. They are both so sweet and we all warmed up to each other quickly. We loved spending time with these doggies and getting to know them- going for walks down the beautiful country lane was great. Their home is so peaceful and cozy, very beautifully decorated. We absolutely loved spending time on the front and back porch and the amazing view from their yard! We would definitely recommend this sit. Our time there is truly a special memory for our family!
We had such a great time at Ciera's house. The apartment is super nice and in a cool location. Ciera was always reachable and very helpful when we had questions. The two cats have a lot of personality especially Clark but we had great time with them too. Thanks again for everything Ciera.
All the stay was really convenient and comfortable! We felt in home! Ruby( we gonna miss her ) was really nice with us, starting being shy but afterwards she was really happy with our stay there. The place is amazing just as the announcement says it is. Mark has a beautiful family and he was always ready to help us when we need anything about the house. I really recommend this place for everyone.
Coming from a sit in DC, this sit was a much needed change of pace — we left this sit well rested and relaxed. The dogs are so lovable and low maintenance, and the hot tub + spa combo is life changing (not over-exaggerating). The home is well equipped for living off the grid and this paired with Gigabyte internet speed makes for a truly unique retreat. Even with 2+ feet of snow on the ground, the power and Wi-Fi only kicked off for 2 hours total our entire duration here. Nick and his wife were so welcoming and we hope to stay in touch as we would love to sit for them again.
Be prepared to “pick your chin off your chest” if you ever get the chance to sit for Nicola and Oliver. We arrived on a beautiful sunny evening to what must be the best view in England and were treated to an evening meal on the terrace where Nicola and Oliver made us very welcome. The spacious house was equally beautiful, with a well equipped kitchen and fabulous bedrooms which also had “ that view”. The surrounding area was very quiet especially at night when owls could be heard in the surrounding woods. The hens and ducks were very easy to look after and very rewarding too as they were happy to provide the makings of breakfast most days. Larry the kitten pretended no one had fed him , so both of us ended up doing it (he’s a growing boy). But the cherry on the cake was Elsie the golden retriever puppy. At 14 weeks we weren’t sure what to expect ,never having looked after a puppy before. She was just adorable and soon became my shadow. I’m sure she will grow into a super pet as she has a kind and loving nature. We were so lucky to get the chance to look after her and would do it again in a heartbeat.
We had a wonderful weekend looking after Juno at Rosie's cottage in the country. Juno is just adorable - a little skittish at first - but she loves to follow you around and be near you when she has got used to you - and she has the cutest miaow! The cosy cottage is the perfect retreat - so very quiet, surrounded by countryside with some great walks right from the door. A really lovely sit. Thank you for choosing us.
