We sensed immediately that Lee and Tom would be a trustworthy couple and made a quick decision in their favour. Communication was easy and they forthcoming when negotiating when to arrive at our place. We had two pleasant encounters with them before leaving and felt quite reassured by then. In fact, we felt we had quite a lot to say to each other and regretted not meeting them on our return because their flight left before we were due home. During our holiday the occasional message from Lee regarding Mimi's (as well as their own) wellbeing set our minds at rest and we were easily able to leave them to it. When in doubt or a problem occured, we communicated via whatsapp and all was well. On returning from a relaxing holiday, a very relaxed cat approached us with a friendly attitude saying something like this: "Oh, you're back? That's nice. Well, I was well taken care of." As we could gather from a journal Lee noted down for us (there were some worries concerning Mimi's food and water intake as well as output before we left), they made quite an effort in encouraging Mimi to eat which is not an easy task. The house was clean, all the linen and towels washed upon return, plenty of food in the fridge. We were happy that Tom & Lee obviously had pleasure in making contact with the neighbourhood and some parishioners and in being here. We certainly recommend them as experienced animal-people and house-keepers!

Alex & Derek were the perfect housesitters and took wonderful care of our dog, Penny! She was comfortable with them from the start, and from the pictures they sent, we could tell she really enjoyed herself. We appreciated that they took the time to read and follow our welcome guide, and their kind and calm energy helped us feel confident leaving Penny and our house in their hands. It was also the best feeling coming back to a spotless house, fresh flowers and beautiful pictures of Penny. It was lovely getting to know them and would invite them back without hesitation!

Claudia took care of our two large retrieves and cat and looked after our place during the weekend. We highly recommend Claudia to any pet owner. Claudia was great with the pets and made every effort to bond with them. She took the dogs to the beach and they fell in love with her. They looked very relaxed and content when we returned home. Claudia has a great energy, is flexible, and she communicated with us very smoothly, with regular updates. She left the house spotless. We highly recommend her to sit your house.

Brandon was great! The cats and plants all seemed well cared for and thee house was clean when we got home. And there were even home baked cookies when we returned. Highly recommend!

Hands down one of the best house sitters you could ask for! Emma was friendly, helpful, kind and she went well above and beyond our expectations! It turns out that our kitty was pregnant without us realizing and she had kittens during Emma’s housesit. Emma was amazing, she handled everything like a champ and we can’t recommend her enough! Absolute superstar!

Shanon is the most lovely lady, very on top of everything yet flexible. The cats loved her, I thoroughly enjoyed her company during the introduction days and would have her back as a guest or pet sitter if ever the opportunity came up. Lovely family to host - happy doggies and chickens when we returned home

It was great to have Ashley and Josh to our house. Contact was good. The house looked after. Most important the dogs were happy and healthy when we got home. It seemed the dogs missed having Ashley and Josh around.

Sandra is amazing at taking care of Gordo! This time, she stayed for four weeks, and everything was just as great as the first time. Communication: Sandra kept me updated, and she asked good questions to make sure she was taking care of him just right. Home sitting: When I came back, my home was super clean and organized. Sandra pays attention to every detail, not just with Gordo but also with keeping the house neat. Always reliable: Even though Gordo is shy, she made him feel comfortable. Sandra is always dependable. In short, Sandra goes the extra mile, making cat-sitting stress-free and enjoyable. I appreciate her fantastic care for Gordo and my home! ♥

Stephanie and Luccas took care of my cat for ten days. Stephanie was very communicative and responsive and sent me lots of pictures and videos of my Xangô, reassuring me he was happy and in good hands. It looked like he was in paradise with all the pets and scratches he was getting! They left the apartment tidy and were responsible sitters. They even replaced the stuff they used even though I didn't ask them to. I would not hesitate to recommend them! Obrigado, Stephanie e Lucas!

Tamir was excellent! He accepted the sit on short notice & was able to onboard very quickly. When I arrived back, the apartment was in perfect condition (which is very important to me) and Flair was also very happy :) As soon as I met Tamir, I could see that he had a very soft nature and he lights up when interacting with animals - it was great to see and made me confident that I was leaving Flair in good hands. Emily was a great sitter four dog and two cats. Right from the start, she was easy to communicate with and asked all the right questions about our pets and house. She sent us updates every day as requested, and we came home to a clean house and happy animals.
