We had the absolute pleasure of spending time with Bailey and Teddy as a family over Labor Day weekend, and it couldn't have been more delightful! Bailey is a bundle of energy and an absolute sweetheart. She's not only up for playtime but also enjoys simply sitting beside you, whether it's indoors or outdoors. Her love for people is infectious! Teddy, the stunning cat, would gracefully come over and offer affectionate rubs against our legs. Such a sweet and charming companion. We would always be happy when we had a Teddy sighting. The location couldn't have been better. They had a big backyard to hang out and we would have picnics outside. On Saturday, we explored the Norwich farmers market and tried out various restaurants in the area, all of which were recommended. It added a lovely touch to our visit. Nicholas and Taylor, our hosts, were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We're truly grateful for the opportunity to meet them and enjoy this delightful pet-sitting experience. Without a doubt, we recommend this sit to anyone and would love to sit for them again in the future!
We had the pleasure of house-sitting Cara's home, a lovely and cozy home with a wonderful view. Our time spent with Sanoe and Mako was delightful; getting to know them, understanding their habits, and appreciating their unique personalities made our stay memorable. Communication with Drew before and during the housesit was easy via WhatsApp and I had a lovely time looking after Drews Cat Alice in Clapham. His Hi-tech apartment in a very convenient location for the Tube to Central London and also supermarkets. Alice was timid at first but gradually got used to me during my short stay. Highly recommended housesit if you want to stay south of the river Thames.
We considered ourselves very lucky to have had the opportunity of this sit on the edge of the Bastide town of Beaumont-du-Périgord. Nigel and Kate were amazing hosts on the evening of our arrival; treating us to a lovely meal, plentiful wine and lots of bonhomie. Nigel is a real lesson in positive outlook. The house itself is amazing, brimming with history and rustic features, a real testimony to the hard work put in to its restoration. Both Snowy and Hugo were well-behaved and very laid back, spending much of the day snoozing in the warm courtyard. They became more lively and reciprocal to affection during the evenings and first thing in the mornings at walkies time (as it was cooler then). We found some lovely walks, with the help of Nigel’s maps, right from the doorstep. We also enjoyed cycling along the canal as well as visiting some local vineyards to stock up on wine to bring home. All in all a great experience: lovely hosts, lovely house and lovely dogs. Thank you.
Susie welcomed me with open arms. It was a pleasure to meet her and spend some time with Indy and Casper. Casper and Indy was an absolute pleasure to look after. Very easy going and chilled. The flat itself is very modern and well located. A highly recommended housesit!
Rachel's house is amazing and very comfortable, but the most important were the dogs: Beau and Hazel which we have loved from the very beginning. They are both easy going and friendly. You would love to have them by your side. We still miss them and our daughters really consider that time spent with them as the most precious time during our journey around the world which took almost 4 months. Highly recommended!
