Jenna and Andy, who are very friendly and outgoing, did a catsit for us while we were away for 3 weeks in the (very hot) summer of 2023. They cared for our two 13 year old indoor cats, Lenny and Makara. We feel very lucky to have had two such caring and conscientious sitters. Jenna and Andy kept in touch regularly while we were away and often sent pictures of our (clearly happy) kitties. They reached out with any questions they had, managed any and all situations that arose (like cat puke on a white wool rug, for example) and responded quickly to our messages - excellent communication. Aside from providing our cats companionship, cuddles, play time and lots and lots of brushing (it was a very hot summer), they also gave both cats medicine orally with obvious success: upon our return home Lenny, who was fairly new to his twice a day dose, had actually begun to look forward to getting his medicine, which blew my mind. When we left, it was still a bit of a struggle, but when we came home, he was super into it. This was magic and we are so grateful! Our cats have a bit of a complicated food routine, and the summer heat only made meals more complicated, but Jenna and Andy were patient and attentive to Lenny and Makara's needs. In addition to the wonderful kitty care, Jenna took incredible care of our plants. She has a real green thumb! So we not only came home to healthy, happy cats and a perfectly clean and tidy flat, but to flourishing, vibrant plants as well. Throughout the catsit, Jenna and Andy were working remotely, which enabled them to be present for the cats much of the time - which was certainly a benefit to Lenny and Markara's sense of well-being. To sum up, Jenna and Andy were friendly, caring, organized, communicative and dedicated. Our cats were very well cared for, as were our plant babies, and the apartment looked great on our return. We recommend them highly.

Sasha did a great job with our 2 dogs. She gave them lots of exercise and since she works from home was with them most of the day. It was clear Sasha loves dogs! Sasha was also very tidy and the house was nice and clean when I came home. We would definitely use Sasha again.
A beautiful house in an exceptionally nice area, with easy access to London (although Ham, Richmond and Twickenham alone will keep you busy enough!). Both cats and both rabbits are all adorable (I immediately fell in love with Bones) and the instructions from Irene were very clear and easy to follow. Although I didn't get the chance to meet them, they were extremely thoughtful hosts, leaving everything I needed in easy access and even some chocolates to welcome me to their home. Thanks a lot for the opportunity and hope we can do it again sometime :)
