Such a delightful housesit. Sue and Dom are absolutely lovely, generous and wonderful hosts. Sue is very well prepared for both the dogs needs as well as the sitters. She took the time to recommend places to visit, was easily reachable and responsive and really made sure that we were comfortable. They go out of their way to ensure that their home is super welcoming ( even cooked us dinner) and we felt very at home straight away. Straimont is very peaceful and a short drive to some beautiful towns, walks and places of interest. Shuna , Isla and Angus are incredibly loving and fun . We had an awesome time caring for these 3 gorgeous pooches and will really miss them. Thanks for an awesome sit
What a lovely, warm and welcoming home that's very neat and plenty of space for Posy. Anna was very easy to communicate with and kept me updated as needed. Posy is so precious. She was curious at first but within a few hours she settled into evening snuggles on the couch, which she did routinely every night. She is very playful and once she gets used to you, she happily looks for companionship. I really enjoyed the housesit and hanging out with sweet Posy.
The house and pet sitting in Sweden was our first experience… and it was truly amazing! We had a great time there with the sweet two dogs Barko and Bella. They were really energetic but also really loving. Bella is really smart and Barko just so sweet and a little clumsy. Also Lothar was a really kind and generous host who helped us getting to the house too. We could spend the first days together and ate the best pizza in the world together in the little village Svanskog :) The area of the property is really quiet but so nice to slow down and detach a little from the world ☺️ Oh, and also the Sauna was one of our highlights! So definitely a 10/10 experience and we’d do it anytime again!! Thanks for everything and big hugs to Bella and Barko ❤️
We can most definitely recommend taking care of lovely Violet and staying at Georgie and Craig’s lovely home. First and foremost, Violet is a lovely well behaved and social labradoodle, who loves spending time with you, careful playing and go on her walks. We truly enjoyed her company. As hosts Georgie and Craig were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home whilst they were away. From the first chat with Georgie we felt comfortable that it would be a great sit and it exceeded our expectations. Craig picked us up at the airport and Georgie had sorted out a lovely welcoming gift and food for us to start out with as we traveled directly from Melbourne to their home in Tasmania. The location and house it self is amazing with a spectacular view and terrace to view the hills of Launceston and a short drive from amazing walks. So all in all a five stars ++ experience that we would really recommend.
I had a delightful stay at Maggie and Scott’s home and their cats were absolutely wonderful companions. Maggie was very easy to communicate with and everything during the stay went smoothly. The home is beautiful, up on a hill with a great view of the Bay. Reddington (aka Monk) became my best friend, always following me around, she loved getting attention. She is a beautiful cat and very curious. Kaplan, after some initial shyness, graced me with her presence and had her moments of playfulness that put a smile on my face. Cooper is a very handsome long-haired orange cat who was so pleasant to be around, I adored him. They all got along well, and particularly loved feeding time as well as hanging out on the patio. Maggie and Scott’s home is clean and well-appointed and had everything a sitter would need, including high speed internet, a comfortable couch, gourmet kitchen, and a nice big TV. The guest room bed was super comfortable and there was a full-sized guest bathroom for use. The home is in a very nice neighborhood. Oakland itself has much to offer, including many good restaurants (loved Burma Superstar!) and things to do. During my stay, I visited the Oakland Museum of California and walked around Lake Merritt, and also went on nearby hikes at Lake Chabot and the Sequoia Bayview Trail. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. I loved this sit! Super sweet and easy to care for pets, amazing owners and fun location. I look forward to staying again sometime and highly recommend Maggie and her lovely cats!
What a fantastic house sit in Madrid!!! Julien & Ivo are super easy to deal with and their boys Frijol and Leon are a pleasure to take care of. They play so well together and love a snuggle on the couch when watching some Netflix. The unit is perfectly located in central Madrid with everything you need and there is a lovely garden balcony to enjoy also. We would highly recommend this house sit and gladly sit for Julien and Ivo in the future.
