What a wonderful sit, for 2 adorable dogs! Hebe is such a gentle, calm girl and Yogi is a little ball of energy who only puts his ball down when he’s asleep 😂❤️. We really enjoyed taking them on lovely, long walks, both around Goudhurst and further afield and we totally fell in love with them both!! Emma & Gareth were such wonderful hosts and communication was great from the start. Their ‘temporary’ house was amazing and was left very clean and tidy for our arrival (despite them only just moving in). They were easy to contact while they were away and always answered questions promptly! We thoroughly enjoyed this sit and have no hesitation in recommending it to future sitters 👍🏻🥳
Adriana has been extremely friendly, easy-going and good at communicating. I ended up having a great week in Berlin at her apartment. It's centrally located and her house is comfortable and a cosy place to retreat. Her cat Sidi warmed up to me after a few days and loves affection, but is overall very low-maintenance. Although she can get nervous and had a few pee incidents this can be handled and prevented with the right care and I would love to housesit again.
We had a super time looking after Jumble in Kate and Malc's lovely house. Jumble is a very easy going elderly dog who requires little in the way of walking but we took him to the Cotswold Show and he was quite happy walking around for over an hour. He did require frequent garden visits but would always let us know when he needed them. The house is a very comfortable stone cottage and Kate kindly showed us around and explained Jumble's routine. The countryside round there is beautiful : a steep wooded valley and Minchinhampton Common at the top. Nailsworth is a nice small town with a Morrison supermarket and the larger town of Stroud is not far away up the valley. Although we were only there for a few days, we would recommend this sit to anyone.
Fran and Murray were excellent hosts. I loved my month-long stay. Loki, their 3 year old Siberian Husky, was a fun and loving dog. I enjoyed walking him to the lake front, where we would sit on the bench overlooking Lake Ontario to see the lights of Toronto across the water. Bella, the cat, was friendly and low maintenance. I would gladly recommend them for anyone wanting to house sit. Thanks for the great experience! Mark
Rachelle and Kevin did a wonderful job communicating before our sit and once we arrived. They had clear, concise instructions on caring for Bodhi. Bodhi was an extremely well-behaved, happy dog. He knew his routine and was happy to guide us to what was normal. We truly enjoyed spending time with Bodhi, he was a real gentleman on our field trip to PetSmart. Rachelle and Kevin did a great job orienting us to their home and offered many suggestions for local restaurants and activities. It’s located in a beautiful area. Highly recommend this pet sit.
Dave and I loved our housesit in Choulex! Annie was a lovely host who made us very welcome. She even made Raclette, a traditional Swiss supper our first night. Laska and Falco are very loving dogs and full of energy, we had many wonderful walks with them in the surrounding countryside. The house is comfortable and the location is fabulous with Mt. Blanc and the Alps as your backdrop! The bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away and only a 20 minute ride to Geneva. We really enjoyed exploring Geneva, going to France for cheaper groceries and hiking around Lake Geneva. Thanks for choosing us Annie, we already miss our morning cuddles in bed with the dogs! Yvonne and Dave Hope this translates well.
