On arrival, Chris and Keith gave us a warm welcome and explained how everything worked with written instructions as well.
Izzy and Jess are both loving and affectionate dogs and very well behaved. Izzy was my little shadow and very much the boss. Jess was very chatty with her ‘howls’ and both knew how to tell the time when it was their walk.
The cottage is set in a courtyard in Wiverton Hall totally surrounded in farmland and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this pet sit - got quite emotional when leaving the fur babies.

Stan
I had a great time house sitting for Stan and Mary. Harley was amazing and such a well trained dog. I truly feel in love with this gentle dog that quickly became my shadow. This was my first official TrustedHousesit and it was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend for anyone looking in the Toronto area and I would gladly sit again anytime.

Acadia
I had a great time watching Bat and Alvi! Acadia’s apartment was super comfortable and conveniently located. She provided lots of clear instructions and was easy to communicate with. The kitties are super sweet. Bat is happy to mind her own business, but Alvi loves attention and provided lots of adorable kitten snuggles. Would love to watch them again!

TROY
What a pleasant housesit with sweet Xango! He was a little shy the first day, but once we got acquainted, he happily slept on my lap during the day and on the bed at night. And he loves his laser toy! Troy's studio apartment is in a great location, a few minutes walk from the metro that will take you anywhere in DC: Smithsonian, Museum of the Bible, Holocaust Museum, etc. Ford's Theatre (where Lincoln was assassinated) is a walkable distance away. And roaming through the neighborhood was great fun with its cool places to eat. Communication with Troy was a breeze, we never actually met in person (although we may have been at the airport at the same time, Troy leaving and me arriving), but Troy immediately responded to my texts.
All in all, I highly recommend this sit!

Absolutely loved watching Bodhi & Neesa for a long weekend. They are the sweetest pups who love to snuggle & Neesa loves to play. Jen’s home is beautiful with a spectacular view. Would love to sit for her again!
