Sophie was an amazing house and dog sitter! We met via phone to start and I immediately felt like she understood Sunny's needs and would take great care of her. When circumstances/schedules didn't allow us to meet in person, Sophie was available for a Facetime meet and greet. She was able to let herself into the house and from that point forward was extremely self-sufficient and provided updates whenever we checked in. She left our home in perfect condition and all of our outdoor plants were well taken care of during a heat wave. Sunny seemed happy and content when we got home. We couldn't have had a better experience with Sohpie!
Sonni was a great sitter, I would have her stay again without question. All my neighbors raved about how much fun our dog must have had while we were away, they were always adventuring. She sent us pictures every day (by my kids request) with updates and things they had been up to. She even bought our rabbit some veggies and our pup a chew toy! House was clean, and garden looked great. It was very evident how much she cared about our animals and our house. We'd definitely recommend her.
Great experience housesitting for Alison and Jake. Alison provided clear and helpful instructions for the care of their two dogs Lucy and Stella. They were adorable and well-behaved dogs. They left meals ready for the dogs with easy instructions and all we needed to know about their fur babies. The house was clean and comfortable. Alison had many local tips and was also responsive and available when we had questions. Highly recommend them and would gladly house/pet sit for them again.
Pet sitting for Ioann, Nataly and their adorable cat Kasi was a delightful experience. Kasi is a friendly and lively cat who enjoys human company. She is very easy to care for, as she only needs some cuddles, playtime and petting. She is also in good health and well-trained. The apartment is lovely and peaceful, with a balcony and a sauna. It is roomy, bright and cozy. It has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. It is situated in a beautiful green area of Helsinki, with many parks and a beach nearby. It also has plenty of shops within walking distance. Ioann and Nataly are wonderful and generous hosts who ensured I had the best stay in Helsinki. They communicated effectively and promptly, and gave me all the information and guidance I needed. They also greeted me warmly and showed me around the apartment. They are both very considerate and caring people who love their cat and travelling. I had a great time staying with Kasi. It was a fantastic opportunity to discover Helsinki and its culture, while looking after a lovely cat. I felt at home in their apartment and had a lot of fun with Kasi. I would highly recommend this pet sit to anyone who loves cats and travelling. Thank you Ioann, Nataly and Kasi for a wonderful experience! I would love to come back and care for Kasi again in the future. ♥
Britty is such a sweet cat, and very easy to take care of. She's very affectionate, especially before mealtimes. She doesn't get up onto tables and countertops, or try to "help" you prepare food or clean up. She just likes to be in the same room with you. It was fun to meet and chat with Harvey and Mary Lou. They were very nice, and left us lots of storage space in the guest bedroom and the kitchen. They left clear instructions, and the duties are light. There is a lot to do in Golden. The home is located close to anything you'd need. The neighborhood is nice. And the home is very pleasant, especially the big picture window in front, and the deck in back. We enjoyed our stay.
My experience in Grand Junction taking care of Theresa and Tony's dogs was wonderful. They welcomed me into their home and showed me around so I knew how to manage feedings, letting the dogs out, etc. Theresa also provided a lot of great detail in the welcome guide which was really helpful. They were generous and treated me to dinner the evening before they left. Much appreciated! Sofi, Molly and Luna were all delightful and sweet. They spent most of the days out in the backyard which allowed me to work from home with little interruption. They all have great and different personalities, and all got along very well. Sofi still has some of her puppy energy and needs reminding to stay down sometimes, but she is just so excited to be around you. The location itself backs up to the beautiful Colorado National Monument park, so having that in the backyard is definitely a perk. This was a really awesome sit and experience!
We thoroughly enjoyed caring for Chloe, Lewie, Georgie and Hollie in this comfortable, well-appointed home. The dogs are delightful, playful, energetic little hounds who enjoyed walking (well trained), playing together and sitting happily in our company. The cats are intelligent, affectionate felines who had no problem letting us know what they wanted. Lorna is friendly and hospitable. We would be happy to come again.
Jo and her wonderful dogs, Storm (German Shepherd) and Teg (Border Collie) are precious jewels of the human and dog races. I had a wonderful time caring for the dogs - who were, at first, pining for Jo - but after a couple of days accepted me as one of their own. Jo's neighbours took me in and made me feel welcome and that I was not alone over Christmas! They walked their dogs with me when I walked Jo's. A wonderful, enriching experience. I have made some friends for life.
