I had a wonderful time caring for Otto in Cirencester. Ali and Dom were extremely welcoming and accomodating - I felt right at home and comfortable from the get go in their stunning home. Otto is a great dog who loves being around people. He’s extremely friendly and loves a good pat and tummy rub. We went on some beautiful walks around the fields, big park and also through the gorgeous town of Cirencester - all of which are just a short walk away.
Lovely sitting! The apartment is in animated part of London where you can everything you may need, and it is quiet and cosy, perfect for working from home! Elisabeth has been very kind and efficient: she gave me clear instructions before leaving and has been available all throughout the sitting. Last but not least, Mimi! A very charming cat, who can balance surprisingly well his need for independence and his love for cuddles (sometimes I thought he could read in my mind because we were synchronised with our schedules!). Thank you Elisabeth, thank you Mimi, I highly recommend this sitting!
Had a fantastic time at Joe and Michelle's looking after Buster, who was great company. The house is spacious and homely, and close to a nice park. And Joe and Michelle were lovely and very accommodating. Can recommend.
What a wonderful short housesit we had at Kemsing looking after Peachai for Vicky and Alan as they visited their family before Xmas. They were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. They have a lovely clean home and live in a peaceful area with a regular bus service into Sevenoaks, the bus stop being just at the end of their road. A local grocery shop a short walk away as is the local pub which had a wonderful atmosphere and great food. Peachai is gorgeous cat to look after. She is independent and very much enjoyed a brush, a play session or two, a pat and a cuddle. A real character. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this wonderful housesit and we thank Vicky and Alan for opportunity. High recommended
Adrian was a pleasure to chat with on our initial video call and handover, we felt he had explained everything we needed to take the best care for Ellie and Pippa. We also understood that the dogs wear halties as Pippa does pull a little bit, but she's certainly manageable and she tires from doing it after the initial part of the walk. Adrian has a lovely home overlooking the Hathersage and the surrounding areas, it really is just amazing to sit and just look across the hills! There is even a local pub right on the doorstep. We had some amazing walks with the dogs, having some early morning warm spring sunshine and walking along the River Derwent into Grindleford was a highlight. The girls are very loving and playful, always happy for fuss and attention and we were more than happy to give it to them. Ellie did perhaps seem a little bit anxious at times but we gave her some extra reassurance and she would settle shortly after. We would certainly recommend this sit and we miss our walks with the girls already!
Rachel and Tony are fabulous hosts and were kind enough to patiently wait for my arrival before setting off on their break. Their home and surroundings is incredibly beautiful akin to a retreat location with nearby walks, pretty views in all directions and the convertly helpful neighbours to boot! As for Bear the cat, she might just be the most perfect mix of timidness, intelligence and charisma. She's oh so polite when making requests, and adorably affectionate, rewarding me with lots of hand licks.
