We loved staying at Barbara's house which is full of light and great energy, fully equipped with all you need and located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, near hiking trails and the center on town. WOW!! What an amazing sit. We really have nothing negative to say about it. Beth and Andy could not have been more welcoming and nice. They let us come the night before and even cooked us a delicious dinner. Their welcome guide is very thorough. Plus she has her own welcome guide that is even more thorough.
The house is so comfortable and is actually even more beautiful than the pictures. And, oh the views!! But yet still close to shopping and just across the bay from the beautiful beaches of Panama City Beach.
As far as the pets, we fell in love with all of them. They are very well behaved and trained. Henry, the huge Great Dane is just a gentle giant. And Stella and Herschel, the two Shih-Tzus are the biggest snuggle bunnies.
Without any reservations, we highly recommend this sit and would definitely come back if we were in the area.

We had a wonderful, albeit brief, time at Jill and Grahams lovely home with Ozzy. We were warmly welcomed and the place is quite beautiful and cosy. Ozzy is one of the happiest, most affectionate dogs you could hope to come across. Happy to follow you around the house and just be nearby at all times. He is very energetic and always likes to go out for long walks and at night all he wants to do is snuggle and sit on the couch with you. He is very well behaved with one little quirk in which Jill advised us that he is a little bit of a hoarder so you just need to keep things high up away from him which wasn’t any trouble at all. Great communication with Jill throughout and Graham on hand to offer any local area tips (but being extremely cold and snowy the downtime was much appreciated). Would happily come back given the opportunity!
We absolutely loved our time caring for Nyx! She’s the sweetest little cat and very easy to look after. Sara was always contactable and quick to answer any questions we had. The apartment is lovely and very spacious. Hopefully we can look after Nyx again soon! Thank you so much Sara :)

Tropic Tails Farm is an AMAZING place to board or daycare your dog. I was so concerned about leaving my pup for 2 weeks, but Mark and Guido were just awesome. I brought my JJ there to try out for a day of daycare and he did so well. Then I boarded him for the 2 weeks over the holidays. I recieved pictures/videos daily and it made me so happy because I have never left my dog before. The dogs were constantly supervised, and I loved that the dogs were not kept in crates. They ran around outside in an astonishing beautiful farm and resided inside in a perfect home environment, without being locked up. I HIGHLY reccomend Tropic Tails Farm and Guido and Mark for dog daycare and boarding. I will DEFINITELY be using them again.
Absolutely could not recommend Guido and Mark more! They treat our pup like their own. We’ve been sending out 120lb mutt, Barley, there for about 3 years now. He absolutely loves going and always comes home happy and tired. We love that he gets to play with other dogs of all sizes and has so much room to run around. We have used Tropic Tails Farm several times and have been very pleased. Our dog Jasper loves to go out and see Guido and Mark . We joke and say sometimes Jasper doesn’t want to come home back with us because he loves it so much! When we leave him there we have piece Of mind that he is getting taking care of . We love this place and our dogs do too! We have been using Guido for our dogs for over 3 years now and they always spoil our dogs and send video updates. It’s a vacation for our dogs on their property. They have several acres for the dogs to roam and a beautiful home. They’re very flexible with pick ups and drop offs and have always been available when we need them. I know I don’t have to worry about them at all when they are with Guido!
We've been bringing our dogs(currently 4) to Tropic Tails Farm for almost 7 years and would never consider boarding them elsewhere.The expansive park-like grounds and cage-free indoor spaces are like nothing to be found elsewhere. Our Fab 4 love it there and Guido texts videos of them to us while we're away. The dogs always get excited every time I turn onto Orange River Loop to drop them off. We just picked up Charleigh & Gracie after spending a week at Tropic Tails Farm. When we dropped them off they were so excited that they didn’t even care that we were leaving. 😊 Tropic Tails Farm is a Hidden Paradise for all to see. Both dogs were clean upon picking them up. It’s obvious that Guido & Mark love dogs by the way you see the dogs respond to them. We feel very comfortable leaving our dogs in Guido’s & Mark’s care.
They are the best! We have been taking our Labrador here for years. As we turn down their street, his tail is already wagging with excitement! They always welcome our boy with open arms and send photos throughout his time there.. which helps ease a doggy family’s mind knowing he’s happy and taken care off. Our boy has frequent seizures, they know just what to do to keep him comfortable while also making sure he gets his daily dose of medicine during his stay. Couldn’t recommend Guido and Mark enough!!

Wonderful environment with people who will adore your dog(s). Cannot say enough positive comments, Guido and Mark have an amazing 5 acre fenced in property that allows them the freedom to roam and sleep (wherever they would like). Truly a great place and piece of mind that your dog is in great hands, pictures are an added bonus that are great to receive.
My only regret is not finding Michelle sooner. We were so nervous to leave our fur babies with someone new for the first time, but our fears subsided as soon as we received text messages and photos of them to confirm they were ok and being well taken care of. I was a little skeptical at first, because my 3 dogs are like my children! But after reading the reviews for Miriam and seeing how happy everyone was with her dog sitting I decided to give her a try! It was amazing! My dogs instantly loved her, she had this sweet caring aura and I felt instantly safe leaving my babies for 2 weeks! I was notified when i arrived to drop off my pomeranian that she only takes cash up front. Luckily i had it with me. She would not allow us into her home, or view the location that she was going to keep my dog in. I thought this was odd, but figured with 88 5 star reviewsand nothing less than 5 stars, maybe I'm just being paranoid. Her ability to communicate is somewhat disjointed. She sometimes would not answer yhe questions asked, but just comment about my boy having girl friends. I observed some of the same behavior when dropping him off, and picking him up. He was professionally groom a few days before he was dropped off. When we picked him up, his back half was damp and he smelled of a kennel. His tail hair was matted, and all oh his hair was "oily", which I've never seen on my dog. Additionally while there, she did send many photos of him, but his ears were always back in submission. This is something else I've never seen in him. After being cleaned up though, he does seem healthy, and unharmed. And he is almost back to his normal self after 8 hours or so.

Happy Paws Ranch treated our puppy like he was their own. He has separation anxiety from us and they made sure he was comfortable. Gayle provided updates on how he was doing everyday, sending pictures and videos. We loved that they do not keep the dogs in cages. The dogs have a very personal experience where they get to run around outside all day and sleep in the comfort of a home. Best place to leave your well behaved, non-aggressive pet while you are on vacation. I MUST feel my dogs are in a safe & fun environment while I am not with them to be comfortable leaving them any place while I am gone. Happy Paws Ranch is the place that gives me that feeling! The dogs get to choose cage free indoor/outdoor fun time with the other clients who are in residence at the time. They are treated as family during their stay. You can tell by your dogs reaction when you drop them off & pick them up that Happy Paws Ranch is not a stressful place for them...on the contrary, it's a place where they meet other dogs and play all day and sleep all night. A tired dog is a happy dog is a good dog!
Well wouldn’t know how the new owners are. The previous owners were awesome. But new owners will not allow any dog that is not neutered. Sort of got rude with me made me feel like I am a bad pet owner cause I didn’t want to neuter my akc schnauzer. What do they always say my body my choice. Same with my dog. Would not recommend very rude owners. I guess they can’t figure out if all animals are neutered at that time then a non neutered animal would not be a problem. Stay away from.
We can't say enough great things about Happy Paws Ranch!!! We have used them quite often over the last 2 years for our 3 (sometimes 4 with a foster :-D) pugs and they are just awesome!! 2 of our guys are older rescues with multiple health problems/on multiple medications and we feel very comfortable leaving them with Happy Paws Ranch. The thing that I love the most about Happy Paws, compared to other boarding places that we have used in the past, is that they really, really get to know your dog...and our dogs never appear to be "stressed" when we pick them up. In fact, they get excited the times that we pull up now! They know all of the little quirks and characteristics of our little guys...and that means the world to us...and makes us feel comfortable about going out of town. Highly recommended!
We found Gayle and Happy Paws via our cousins on Facebook. Being new to the area we had tried two other places and were not happy with the way our dog acted on a second visit. A trip to Happy Paws is like an enticing play date for Carmela. She knows where she is going and can not wait to get in.

AMAZING! We love having a place for our beloved canine family. They are kept safe and are much loved by the staff. When we have to be away from our dogs for a brief period of time, we are comforted by knowing that they are happy and so well protected.
I have been in contact with Happy Paws for months arranging for my pup to start coming to doggie day care and boarding. I sent vet records with shots which also showed her breed as a hound/lab mix confirmed by the vet. Nothing was ever said in the many emails that any breed restrictions applied. Even if they did mine is a hound/lab mix. I got there today and was told sorry she “looks” like a restricted breed. I was floored. She was schedule to be in day care 2x per week and boarding over Christmas and now told “sorry we can’t take her”. Very poor communication and now I am left in a lurch. Thank goodness for Brower Kennel who took her same day for day care. I am on a waiting list for Christmas which didn’t have to happen if this place told me 3 months ago about their restrictions. If it was going to be based on looks they should ask for a picture.
This is a home away from home for any dog. The owners of this ranch are very friendly and loving. Lots of room to run and play for the dogs. We have left our Maltese with them for two overnights and she loves it there. Since we moved our previous dog sitter is too far away and when an emergency arose we came across the Happy Paws Ranch. Love this place. HUGE YARD for your dogger to play and air conditioning in their kennels with a doggy door for outside access. My only go to place for my Liberty when I have to board her and the rates are great
I took my baby (dog) here for a long weekend. She's never been to daycare before or any kind of boarding and was very timid at first. But she warmed up very quickly to Kristy, that made me very happy. They reassured me and sent me pictures and videos while I was gone. The transition was seamless. Amazing 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Definitely will bring her back on my next vacation or any out of town stay. Thank you so much ladies for taking such good care of my sweet girl.

This place is the best!!! It had come highly recommended from a co worker. Took our 3 dogs here they had never been boarded before, however as soon as we dropped them off with Kristy I knew they were in great hands. Received videos of them playing and running and knew they were having a blast!! I highly recommend this place for all your boarding needs!! Thank you so much Kristy!!!! My wife and I, along with 2 friends, left our 4 German Shepherds with Kristy for 2 nights. We had plans for months and then Hurricane Ian hit and Kristy took some damage to the facility. She had no power for a week. She still made it work for us and you can't go wrong with her excellent service. Tell your friends ! Highly recommend ! She even sent short videos of our pets daily.
This was the first time our dogs have ever been left at a boarding facility. After Kristie sent the first photos and video, we knew we made the right decision! They were happy and had a great time! We highly recommend this facility due to their care and attention to detail for every dog in there!!!!

This young lady Jamie is wonderful. I quickly had to find a new pet service and somehow I ended up on Jamie’s site. I have two “difficult” cats and they loved Jamie. I am happy and am passing her name to all of my fur baby friends.
Jamie has been so amazing with my shih tzu Oliver. She takes such good care of all the animals who stay with her. I wouldn’t want any other person to look after my fur baby! I always miss him when we leave him but Jamie does a great job at sending pictures and making sure he is happy. I will admit he’s always sad to leave all his friends at McGregor Pet Care!
This is wonderful in-her-home pet care. Jamie follows standard animal safety standards, yet provides socializations between the boarders ! My 12year old cat adjusted to Jamie's separate room and over several days was able to use the entire home with small dogs and her own cat. No stress for my cat &we were able to enjoy our vacation
Jamie has been providing excellent care to our golden retriever for the last 3 years. He is three so she has had him for short stays and evening date nights since he was a puppy. Recently we added a dachshund puppy to our family and Jamie has already developed a relationship with him as well. She has had him for both short and long stays when we have been away. Her fully enclosed back yard is perfect for the dogs to play in. Jamie has always provided diligent love and care to our “boys” and they truly love to go to her place. They become excited as soon as we turn into her driveway. Jamie is patient, kind and caring. She is a real dog person and shows great passion in her work. Our boys instantly took to her and I would highly recommend her services as she is exceptionally reliable and reasonably priced. I love that she always sends us photos of the boys having fun with her while we are out too.
Let me start by saying if I could rate Jamie at 100 stars that still would not be enough. I was a very nervous pet owner when considering the whole boarding process. The overwhelming, feeling of trusting a total stranger with my dog, had my anxiety through the roof. A little backstory, we have had our dog for close to three years. We rescued her from a horrible situation when she was just over one. It has taken us a very long time for her to even feel comfortable with us let alone a complete stranger. From the first phone call with Jamie, she made me feel somewhat more at ease than anyone else that I had spoke to. I had spoken to “big box” companies but felt I needed something more personal. The first time we met her, we were welcomed into her home, and I knew right away that she would love and care for our baby just as we did. Jamie took her time to make sure that our dog was completely comfortable. She never tried to rush her. She waited for our dog to trust her, which speaks volumes to her experience and knowledge of pet handling. Unfortunately, our dog had a concerning diagnosis A few days before our trip was planned. After communicating immediately with Jamie, she assured me that administering her medication was no problem at all and keeping her calm would be a top priority. Throughout our trip The communication between my family and Jamie was outstanding. She sent pictures and updates. Confirming the medication had been administered, how she was doing, Updates on potty breaks( this was a worry for us because of the medication) and so many little messages That there was no space in my heart or mind to worry at all! I can honestly say that I will never be worried about leaving my baby with anyone else! Jamie is the real deal and from this point on she is our person. If you are looking for a honest, kind, caring, compassionate person to care for your pets, Jamie is it!

I can't even explain how grateful I am that I found Jamie! She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to help out her clients. Jamie gave us the greatest experience for our first time boarding the pups! We contacted multiple options for dog care to begin and met with and toured each facility gaining information and getting a feel for the folks who would be taking care of our dogs. Jamie was so warm and welcome upon arrival. The questions we asked were probably over the top but you can’t be too careful. She answered each question with confidence, looking us in the eye. She was not afraid to show us her home and how and where the dogs would be sleeping, playing, etc. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness and organization inside the home. There were no buckets of water, clutter, trash. The outside area was well kept and tidy and no build up of items or trash that our dogs(whom are nosy) could into and possibly hurt or poisoned. Fence was sturdy and clean as well and the amount of backyard was a big plus! She also wanted to meet our pups before hand so she could make sure it was a good fit. They immediately took to her. Our dutchie went and sat right in her lap with no worries. That made us feel super comfortable. The whole dropping off process went perfectly. We left on our adventure feeling slightly worried, but confident knowing we left them in good hands. She updated every few hours(sometimes sooner) with pictures and the activities they were doing, they literally had a blast!! One detail I will emphasize on is that she was ready and willing to keep training on the schedule. She asked for feeding guidelines and things they are training with at this time. We are big on making sure our dogs have and keep their manners a part of their everyday life. She did a wonderful job keeping up with that as well, we had no issues with regression and going backwards in any of their manner training. All I can say is I will always choose Jamie & Mcgregor pet care as our second home for our doggos from here on out!! She has become part of our forever pack!
Jamie and her mother have kept our dog many times. We have a Klee Kai, and she is four years old. We had tried different commercial services, and Torrie would get so upset when we would take her to them. It was heartbreaking. Now, when Torrie is in the car and realizes she is going to see Jamie, she is so incredibly excited and happy. The last time we pulled into Jamie’s driveway, Torrie jumped onto my lap and started banging on the door with her paws for me to hurry and open the door, and then she leaped out of my lap and ran for the front door. There are almost always other animals there, and Torrie loves to play. Jamie manages multiple animals with such skill and care! We’ve never had a problem and always feel so great about where our fur baby is when she’s not with us. Five stars aren’t enough: I’d give her ten stars if it was allowed. And one other thing: Jamie has all 5 star reviews but one. She has no idea who that guy that gave her a 1 star review is, and if you look at all his other reviews in total, he has reviewed 11 things and gave 8 of them 1 star. That’s all you need to know.
I boarded both of my labs for a long weekend. Dropped them off on Wednesday called on Thursday everything was fine they were eating and no issues. Came back to pick them up on Monday and was told my older lab who is almost 13 would not eat so they switched her food and she had diarrhea. She ended up being so sick it cost me almost $700 in veterinary bills. My vet could not believe they switched her food. They never reached out to me before making the change. No call, no text, no email, no communication whatsoever. My other lab came home with an eye infection which was even more cost in vet bills. Absolutely horrible experience, I would never trust Tiki Tails again & this was not the first time we have used them. I don’t know if they have new management or what but this was not handled appropriately at all. In response to Tiki Tails Response to me: you offered two days of boarding to resolve this. Why would we want to bring our dogs back to you so we can incur additional vet bills? No way! Also, you did not try to resolve this in additional emails. In fact, my last email was never acknowledged or responded too and that has been well over a week ago.

Had an awful interaction with the angry mess of an owner. She literally threw a fit in the waiting room. As an animal lover, I don't think any pet should be left alone with someone like that. Went to make a review to warn other pet owners, and was confused to see they have 4 stars as I've heard (and now seen) awful things about this place. Then, upon further inspection I see that every google review under 5 stars receives a personal attack. Seriously, go on google and look for yourself! No wonder people are scared to leave bad reviews! One review even begs the owner not to attack her online just for telling her story about her dog being mistreated. And yup, you guessed it, there was the owner throwing a tantrum down below. Owner threw her fit at me for being 5 minutes late to an appointment. (9:07 by the time she showed up.) I didn't speak but once to quietly apologize and try to leave, but she continued her angry rant. Gosh she was such a mess. I gave her time to call and apologize, as I was sure this wasn't normal behavior, but nope. If I receive an online attack trying to turn it on me, I will gladly voice what was said to me. I only spoke once to apologize for being late. How I was treated was NOT okay. Protect your pets!
Highly recommend Tiki Tails daycare and boarding. They have created a fun and safe place for dogs to play and socialize. Each of their associates is professional and caring. Can't say enough positive things about them!

Maggie Mae loves going to Tiki Tails to play! The staff is very interactive with the dogs and we always pick up a happy dog who I sometimes think she would rather stay and play longer! The staff is great! Groomers are very good!
After moving to SW Florida my Aussie was missing all his friends. We had lived in a townhome and he had LOTS of friends and now even though we had a great backyard, we felt he needed more. I had found out about Tiki from a friend. We finally got everything together and did Scooters interview. I am so glad we did. They suggested we do a few days in a row to get him used to it. The second day when we pulled onto the road and into the driveway he was so excited and couldn’t wait to get inside. He may not be ready to play with all the other dogs, but at least he isn’t resisting going and all staff has been amazing.
We love Tiki Tails!! We are new to the area and were looking for the right place for our dog as he is a bit shy and learning how to socialize and play. He absolutely LOVES Tiki Tails. As soon as we park he is so happy to be here which confirms that the staff is amazing, attentive, and caring. I love being able to watch him on IG stories! He loves going to play for the day and we've boarded him a few times as well. Each time he's been boarded the staff has been extremely communicative on how he's doing which gives us ease of mind! I brought my dog for daycare three days in a row while in the area. She absolutely loved it! She was excited to go back - a clear sign to me the staff are not only loving and attentive but keep the group safe and controlled as well. As someone who has worked in the dog boarding/daycare industry for years, I am PARTICULAR and everything about Tiki Tails surpassed my expectations. The staff were welcoming and incredibly friendly (with people and pets!) and I was obsessed with watching my dog on their Instagram stories while she was there. Thank y'all very much for keeping my baby safe and happy, I would bring her back in a heartbeat - highly, highly recommend!

Without a doubt my favorite part is that they constantly post stories on their Instagram, so I get to see my boy playing and having a great time all day while I’m at work. Sherry is wonderful! Our 2 dogs stayed with her for a week. She is so sweet to our dogs. She keeps the kennels clean and she has plenty of outdoor space for them. She also keeps some visual barriers between the kennels so the dogs are calm and not continuously barking at the dogs penned next to them. She has a nice set up. And she works hard to keep everything clean.

All American Pet Resort was the first dog boarding place we tried with 7 month old rescue. We were nervous during his first overnight and even warned them about our dog’s separation anxiety. They were amazing with him and with reassuring us that he was doing good! They sent us pictures throughout the weekend and took him out additional times during the night when he showed signs of anxiety. Our dog has stayed overnight there several times now and LOVES going to doggy daycare there. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with our fur baby.
My Maltese who are very sensitive LOVE this place!! They are actually excited to go. They are not scared or shaking when I drop off. They play nonstop. They staff are all wonderful and caring
I just came upon some priceless pictures of my boys. After recently losing my beloved 15 1/2-year-old Scottie Dexter to bladder cancer a few months ago I decided to look through old photos to make a special memorial album. I came upon a batch of pictures from staff at the All-American Pet Resorts Fort Myers that just melted my heart. Most of our crew of four boy are gone now - all but the baby Fionn. So, to find these adorable pictures of the boys having a fun with the doggy clients and staff was a beautiful stroll back through time... Evoking these memories made me realize just how much a of role the All American has played in my boys’ life and mine as well... Over the years, the dedicated staff have cared for, played with, attended to injuries and sickness, loved and cherished our boys as if they were their own. And in many ways, they were theirs as much as mine since they gave of their time and hearts to their wellbeing while my husband Jeff and I entrusted them with our boys. The staff proved themselves to be responsible, conscientious, devoted, fastidious and detailed in their care and medical needs and loving. They cried with me as I lost my boys one by one due to old and illness that medical intervention could no longer remedy. In fact, the dedicated, caring all American staff rushed our Scottie Fala over to a nearby emergency vet clinic when he appeared lethargic and sick. Unfortunately, his liver cancer that he had surgery for a year ago had reemerged and he had he didn't make it. But their lifesaving work made it possible for Fala to be treated and not suffer. Throughout our time with All American Pet Resorts Fort Myers, we have been reassured time after time that our furry family members are getting top notch care and being treated like their own personal family members! Thanks All American for being the best extended family we could ask for our boys’ past and present. I highly recommend the All American to any pet parents looking for a wonderful, clean and loving boarding and daycare facility for your fur kids! You will fall in love with the staff and truly come to rely on this amazing local business for peace of mind the way I have!
Our dog loves this place! We moved to SWFL a few months ago, and our new vet recommended All American for boarding. The staff is always super-friendly and genuinely cares about the pets in their care. We have a 6-year-old, 9-pound Maltese, and she gets very excited when we pull in the parking lot. She runs to the lobby door and is really happy to see her human friends who work at the facility. And we love that we can use the app to watch her run with the other small dogs during "play time." We don't like to leave our "baby," but we know she's in good hands here. Thank you!
This pet report is awesome! They are truly open 24 hours a day, so you may pickup/ drop off your pet any time. They call if your pet is eating or not their usual self. They send pictures! It a clean and very pet friendly place!
We just started bringing our Bella here and I must say, we love it! Friendly, professional staff who truly cares. We really appreciate the breaks they provide the dogs in between play. Our pups love it and get so excited when they staycation here. The staff is friendly and we can check in on the pups any time through their live cams. My husband and I had a destination wedding and the staff went above and beyond to dress our pups up on our wedding day and send us photos so they could be there with us virtually. It was a cute and funny moment that brought even more smiles and laughter to our special day. It's wonderful knowing they're in good hands.
Maverick always has the best time at All American Pet Resort of Fort Myers! He is obviously excited upon pulling into the parking lot and most recently didn’t want to leave when I picked him up. I love being able to watch him play with friends and seeing him having fun makes traveling so much less stressful. The little guy was wiped out when he got home which shows he played hard during his stay. Thank you for loving my little guy when we’re away!
This place is amazing and I totally trust them with our pooch. They are very on top of things and will text you with any information if they notice anything that might need attention. The facility is clean and the dogs seem to all be happy to be there. I love that the rooms come with camera's you can watch 24/7 and that our dog is always excited to go for playdates or long stays.
We board our dogs here all the time. They truly care about our pups. Only place I trust with them. You also get a nice report card at the end of the visit. highly recommend them to anyone who needs pet boarding.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Clean environment. My dog comes home after daycare tired out from playing with all her friends. Creative activities my dog can participate in throughout the month such as peanut butter bubble parties, brain games, birthday parties with other dogs, art classes and so much more! We are the definition of helicopter dog parents and have done research/ trial play dates with other local daycares but there is no comparison to Dogtopia! Our miniature schnauzer puppy, Moose, loves everyone there and he is so clearly loved. He greets everyone each day with kisses and tail wags. The employees keep me updated with photos of all the activities they do each day. We especially love all the photoshoots and celebrations. They adore our little Moose and we couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you Dogtopia!

I LOVE Dogtopia and the staff are so friendly and attentive to the dogs. They do their best to enrich our fur babies with different games and activities each day. They also offer grooming services, which are priced very affordable - and it’s convenient since the dog is there anyway! I know my Frankie is safe whenever I leave them with this great team and he has made some new friends. Even when I miss him I can check their live feed and see him having a great time. So thankful! He knows the words “day care” now and can’t get in the car fast enough. 10/10 definitely recommend

My pup Gus loves going to Dogtopia of Fort Myers. We have been Dogtopia clients for years at other cities and were thrilled when the Fort Myers location was opened. It is so conveniently located and I love how their staff makes drop-offs and pick-ups so easy and quick. You never have to wait more than a few minutes. My baby comes back home happy & tired from playing with all his friends- August, Daisy, Bisco, Thunder. We are also proud to have made so many referrals to this location and all our referrals are so thankful for it!! The staff is always excited to see Gus and Gus is equally excited to see them.
Staff is very attentive to dogs' needs even providing a calendar of entertaining events and snacks to keep the pets busy. Cameras provide an additional layer of comfort. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog to board for the first time. Facilities are very clean and well organized.
My fur baby has been coming here for a few months now. We keep coming back for the friendly staff and peace of mind knowing our fur baby is happy and healthy! We love the daily photos and save them. It’s so nice to know she is having fun and making friends. The staff even knows our girl by name!
I have had my Westies groomed at many places around Ft Myers over the years but my search for the best has ended with Brandon at Buster's Happy Tails! My babies have never looked so good. I admit they were a mess, overgrown and matted with the hurricane and everything. Even with them being shaved short there were no clipper marks or burns like I've experienced with many other groomers. They were silky smooth and their faces were done perfectly. They even got a real Westie ear cut. Even our friends love how cute they look. Their three dogs looked great too! You will not be disappointed with the care and professionalism you will get at Buster's. Brandon is a master groomer for all breeds. I already made our next appointment!
They have great grooming and daycare services. My dogs practically lunge out of the car when we pull in. They are pricey but to be honest, they’re on the cheaper side for the area. We will continue to go to the them for daycare and grooming!
I absolutely love this place. I have a very large puppy....80+lbs at 10 months. He is always happy to go and play with his friends. They treat him well. We boarded our puppy on a recent vacation and it went excellent. Great place for puppy daycare and boarding.
This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Too many accidents!!..the owner takes no responsibility for your pet if something happens.. she's shady as hell.. if you love ur fur babies at all, you'd go elsewhere!! Please..go elsewhere! She's a nightmare and so is her business!! Worse place ever for dogs! Smh... just horrible what goes on behind closed doors.. very sad.
Buster's is great for training, grooming, boarding, & daycare. The staff truly loves animals and you can trust your furbaby is in good hands. Their facility is top notch! There are several sections for outdoor play and indoor rest. Outdoor yards have things to climb, access to shade, fan misters, and my husky's personal favorite, multiple shallow pools to cool down in. They also take pics of the pups daily and post them to their Facebook page, so if you're out of town you can see what fun they're up to. Great ownership and staff.
I bring Django at least once a week for daycare and he gets to excited to go! He has also boarded overnight here as well. I love the fact that he can get a bath after playing with all his buddies to come home refreshed! You can tell Django loves everyone at Busters!
We took our dog Enzo to Busters Happy Tails for his very first doggy daycare experience today. All staff were so friendly and accommodating and you can't beat the price! Busters definitely made our first doggy daycare experience easy for Enzo and us! Highly recommend 😊
So grateful for this place! I had to stay in Fort Myers for work during a few weeks, and they were able to accommodate my Boston Terrier quickly. He attended daycare for about 3 weeks while we were there and loved it! They go through screening first to know the dog better and make sure they are not bringing bad behaviors into the group. He made lots of friends and if we're ever back in the area, we will definitely return. Staff is super responsive and organized, the facilities are clean, and the people looking after the dogs are responsible and definitely pay attention and know their dogs.
We absolutely love Busters and are so thankful to have found them. Our English Yellow Lab enjoys here home away from home anytime she is with Busters. We are worry free when we have to travel because the staff treat her like their own. Thank you Busters for providing such a safe, fun place for Keke.
