Em and Brendan stayed over Christmas Got regular updates daily, House was tidy and clean when I returned Meatball seemed happy and relaxed when I returned meatball and the house turned out to be perfectly cared for even though Em and Brendan unexpectedly needed to leave earlier than anticipated due to a last minute change in their plans

Victoria was so caring towards all our pets and wanted to ensure that she understood and followed all our routines while she was here. We have quite a large menagerie with our own pets and also foster pets and so there was a lot to cope with but she managed it all very well and with a constant smile. We were so grateful to her for being here as it meant that we could enjoy our break away and we would love her to be able to come back another time.

Alana cared for our home, plants, and the neighborhood feral cat for 5 weeks. While Alana needed to shorten the sit by 3 days due to family circumstances, she communicated with us and worked with us to find a solution so the plants and kitty were cared for due to her early departure. Despite this inconvenience, we came home to a tidy apartment, healthy plants, and a contented kitty. We recommend Alana for house and pet sitting!

Karen is a fantastic sitter and truly cares for my two cats. She is very calm and caring around the boys and they feel safe around her. I trust her 100% to look after both my cats and my home. i would recommend her to anyone if you are looking for a reliable sitter.

Christie and Jonathan took wonderful care of our cats, plants and home. They were easy to communicate with and sent us photos and updates of the cats. We would highly recommend them!

Dimitra and Nick were here for a short sit… The took good care of my cats and were very good a bout communicating and sending sweet videos. A special mention for Zoe their young daughter who fed and gently pet the cats….

Joel is an absolutely amazing house sitter and we cannot recommend him highly enough. There were some unanticipated challenges that arose during his sit and he handled them extremely well and responsibly. He is a great communicator and very trustworthy. During the handover period we also got to appreciate him as a really interesting and kind person and a man of many talents! He was especially conscientious in looking after our cats, chickens and big dog. He's welcome back any time!

This was our first ever pet sitting experience so we were a little nervous before we left on our short trip. We needn’t have worried as Laura and David arrived as agreed and put us at ease immediately by their kind manner and lovely presence. They really understood and fitted in with our routine for the dogs and kept in contact with us with updates and a few photos. I hope they enjoyed their stay in York and if they ever wanted to visit again we would love for them to sit for us again. A great first experience Thank you David and Laura X

Allison and Andrew are delightful couple who cared for our 2 house cats and colony of feral cats for 6 weeks. The longest we have ever been away. Their empathy, love and sensitivity to the cats wellbeing was both heartwarming and outstanding. We received photos and up-to-date messages on a daily basis that always made us smile, feel very connected and reassured, and gave us peace of mind during the entire time they sat for us. We returned to a spotless house, and some lovely bottles of wine from their region in Spain. We were touched by their kind gesture. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this couple, we felt very lucky to have chosen such lovely Housesitters.

We had Maria and Paulo come to stay twice to look after our dogs and they kept the house in a lovely condition and tidied and cleaned for when they left. It was cleaner than when we left it! They have a lovely family and got on well with the dogs. Even better for next time would be if we got regularly doggy photos whilst we were away ;)

Jenny was absolutely amazing. I came home to see my flat clean, and my a happy relaxed whippet. Jenny was super kind when I requested to extended my time with my elderly parents. Jenny organised her diary to accommodate me and did everything with a warm, generous heart. Archie had a stomach upset for a couple of days, so Jenny cooked chicken until my little boy was better. I'm delighted to have met Jenny. She went above and beyond.
