Beth and Matthew have been my first house sitters - and I was their first house sit too. Beth and Matthew have been great. I was a little nervous as this was the first time I've the zeewoi platform and service. Beth contacted me to let me know that one of my dogs had a sore on her chest and sent me a video to let me see and decide what to do. We agreed my dog needed to be seen by a vet and within a few hours my dog had antibiotics. Beth even popped into a shop to buy my dog a jumper to wear as the vet had recommended this to stop her scratching the sore. When I got home Beth had washed all their bedding and the house was clean and tidy. Both Beth and Matthew are a lovely couple and I would definitely recommend them both if you are looking for reliable and trustworthy house and pet sitters.
Erica was great! Easy to communicate with and very self -sufficient when we ended up being out of service for several days. Pingo and the house were clearly in good hands, we came back to a spotless house with a freshly made bed and a happy dog. We'd definitely have Erica again!
I am so grateful to Victoria for taking such wonderful care of my elder cats,, Zoe and Mischief, my home and my garden! She stayed in touch, and even sent photos of Zoe and Mischief, which further reassured me that my kitties and my home were in good hands while I was away. This was my first time using zeewoi. Not only did I have to prepare my home for a guest but prepare myself for leaving my boys with someone I had only met through a zoom call. Right away, I was put at ease as Sharon just gravitated right to my boys. She asked questions about info that I had missed in my welcome pack that made me rest assured that she was on the ball. Throughout my trip, Sharon kept in touch with me about how the boys were getting along... I was so relieved hearing that their usual playful selves was apparent. Given that our flight home was going to be late, she insisted on waiting until we were heading out of the airport before leaving the boys with their last walk until we came home. When we walked through our front door, the boys were chilling out, our home was spotless, and she even washed the bedding. I can recommend Sharon with 100% certainty that your pets will be in great hands. Thanks Sharon for everything.
Jaclyn was a wonderful sitter for our dog Tucker! She was always quick to respond to communications, she was easy-going and excited to sit with Tucker, she shared updates (with pictures) while we were away, and she left our house cleaner than when we left - she even ran the dishwasher, which we forgot to do before we left! She and Tucker bonded immediately, and when we returned home it was clear that he had a great time with Jaclyn. We can't recommend her highly enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Felicia! She was willing to come over ahead of time so we could meet her. Lele took an instant liking to her (and I think it was mutual).😁 Felicia showed up on time, checked in on a regular basis while I was away, and sent photos of Lele, too. I tend to over prepare, and Felicia was accepting of that and helped me feel okay about my preparation and absence. I felt very comfortable leaving, knowing the most important thing, Lele, was well taken care of. This is my first time using zeewoi, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Felicia far exceeded all of my hopes and expectations. I would absolutely love to have Felicia come back again!
I am so glad that my cat, Duque, and I met Sharon! She is a wonderful person, very kind with pets, thorough with house care and communicative. Sharon's cleaning (and brownies!) went above and beyond and my cat did not seem to have missed me much when I got home. I recommend Sharon if she applies for your sit and we hope to welcome her back to our home one day.
Julie and Adrian were ideal pet and house sitters. Julie and Damian are very friendly and made sure to go over details and ask questions when they arrived. We came home to very happy and contented pets. Our dog and cat clearly got lots of love and attention (also clear from the great photos that Julie and Adrian sent us). The house was immaculate when we came home. We could not ask for better, more trusted, house sitters.
Although they are experienced pet sitters this was their first sit with zeewoi and they were wonderful. Jyoti (our cat) was completely at ease and spent plenty of time on their laps. The chickens were well looked after and they managed the broody one efficiently. Excellent communication before and during the house sit. They followed our detailed instructions conscientiously and left the house clean and tidy. They cooked a meal for us on our return and we enjoyed getting to know them. We would welcome them back any time and highly recommend them for future sits.
Lea was so wonderful, we highly recommend her. She was friendly and communicative throughout, sending us daily updates and photos. We returned back to a beautifully cleaned house and a very happy cat, we are so grateful- she was an absolute delight

I am so happy with the great service kayleigh at VIPP provides! My golden retriever has learned so much going on pack walks and is a much better behaved dog since joining as his manners became quite bad after going to a different doggy day care. As well as the dogs enjoying adventures with their dog friends they also learn lots of good manners and basic obedience training on their walks. So many good tips to help improve our pup! We used Very Impawtant Pet Pals & Kayleigh for pet sitting services when we went out of town for a couple of nights as a trial for our longer overseas trip in July, and we are so happy with everything Kayleigh had to offer. Koda our 2 year old goldendoodle can be very excitable and highly energetic, and Kayleigh was just amazing with him. She kept us updated with photos and videos - we were so happy see Koda thriving under her care. Our house was well looked after and how we left it. VIPP is such a great experienced professional dog walker! She took great care in building a relationship with my dog and he has come a long way with his basic obedience training learning loose leash and now has the best recall! I met Kayleigh volunteering at the SPCA. She recently pet sat for my cat Archie, who can be a sass pot! Kayleigh was great with him and gave him time to come to her. Archie definitely grew attached to her whilst we were away which is awesome as he loves people interaction just takes a while to warm up to someone. The house was also well looked after and exactly how we left it. Having volunteered with Kayleigh multiple times at the SPCA in the canine department she is also highly skilled in caring for and training dogs. She has taught me a lot and it’s great to see the improvement in the dogs & puppies there 🐶. It’s clear she is a passion for animals. We’ll definitely use her again in the future!
We used Very Impawtant Pet Pals recently when we were away for 3 weeks to look after our fur baby Koda and wow we were absolutely blown away by Kayleigh and her services. Kayleigh went above and beyond for us, for example she introduced various enrichment ideas to Koda, brought him a new crate in our absence (his old crate needed replacing). She truly looked after him wholeheartedly like she would for her own pet. We are so happy and grateful with how well she cared for him. Kayleigh is super professional! My 4 year old Labrador felt very comfortable within minutes of meeting her. Bottoms Up provides a clean, tidy and warm environment. As cat parents our minds were quickly put at ease by the welcoming staff, who quickly interacted with our two kittens. The cattery is beautifully set, well equipped with lots of engaging toys, scratchers and climbing towers. The added bonus of having interconnected rooms meant our attached at the hip babies could choose between having their own space or being together. We would highly recommend Bottoms Up pet boutique as they were extremely communicative; sending updates and pictures via their app multiple times a day and their hospitable approach to us as well as our fur babies was an enjoyable experience. They are certainly our #1 choice for a cattery.
I’ve brought my Terra girl to bottoms up pets 2 times now since they’ve opened and I’ll never go anywhere else. Was offered coffee and tea on both visits and just felt like the staff really took time to understand my girl <3 The groomer is so patient, so informative and was super caring when looking after Terra! Thank you for getting our little Hairy McLeary ready for summer, she feels so much better already!
Amazing friendly and prompt customer service at every stage - email and in person. Tess treated my puppy with upmost care and took her time doing a full groom for my puppy's first groom. I was informed about what to expect and was asked what I wanted her haircut to look like - I just said whatever she could do seeing as it's her first groom. When I picked her up, Tess told me about how it went including what my puppy struggled with. She looks very tidy and cute, and feels so soft! Great experience. Thank you 😊 (Before and after photos)

Layla (Golden Retriever) has fortunately attended Top Dogs since she was 4 human months old (approximately) old, full time daily. As at 1 November 2024, she is turning 8 humans years old. I express this to give background that I speak as a long term attendee willingly. I would like to testify the fantastic team at Top Dogs are truly an extended family to help grow, train, nurture and protect every individual furbaby within their care. That peace of mind and the welcoming friendly environment and all they provide, is what has secured Layla's attendance. Recently, Layla has had a few special treatments (one of the many special extra's that Top Dogs provide) via their caring groomers, having had her Golden Retriever long fur paws trimmed, nails manicured and pedicured. We trialled a few doggy daycares in the area and ultimately went to Top Dogs due to the professionalism and care the staff put into our pets. These guys know what they’re doing. Our pets also come out smelling so nice after which is a HUGE bonus as they usually get really stinky at other daycares! Thank you for looking after Luna and Archie, they’re always so tired in the best way after a day of fun and play at Top Dogs.

Our dog has been going to Top Dogs day care for over 2 months and this has been the best thing we have done for our dog! Not only is it a dog day care, they actually provide training using clickers. The dogs get great attention and care. The service is very professional and friendly - and our dog Ralph loves it there! Every dog we see there flys out of the car super excited to go in the mornings! Highly recommended!

Planning a break had become quite a challenge as our Dusty Rose got older with many medical conditions. I felt at peace and was able to relax knowing she was being well cared for by true dog lovers. Our aging Dougal Dog does not do well in kennel situations, and it has been problematic finding care that suits him. Fortunately, while staying at Pawsome Dog Care, he has been very comfortable and happy with the same attentive and loving care he is used to getting from us. Dougal has stayed there twice so far, and we have booked him in for 2 more future stays. As we travel far to drop Dougal off we have been grateful for the flexibility shown by Michelle & Dale in arranging Drop off and Pick-ups times.
Pawsome takes great care of our dog Ted when we were away. Ted needs lots of attention with his inherited health issues, Pawsome loved and spoiled him every time during his stay. They did it so well like looking after their own dogs. High recommended and would definitely come back again!!
Michelle and her husband took wonderful care of our much loved 14 year old pug for two weeks over the 2023/24 Christmas/New Year period. Far and away our greatest concern about going away had been finding the best possible care for her. She is old, has physical disabilities and at the time also had a vital medication need. We stumbled across Pawsome Dog Care online and description on the website was exactly what I had hoped, but not expected, to find. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of care, attention and understanding Michelle and her husband gave to our pup. The regular updates we received were much appreciated and we really felt that our pup was part of their family for the period she was with them. A 5star rating, with appreciation and thanks.

Michelle and her husband took great care of our 12 yr old dog for 2 weeks while we were out of the country. We received wonderful photo updates every day. They attended to our dog's arthritis and provided helpful advice from their experience caring for older dogs. He also really enjoyed the company of her friendly spaniels. He looked great when we picked him up. We will definitely ask Pawsome Dog Care to look after our dog the next time we go away and highly recommend them. Easy 5/5.

Michelle and Frazer looked after my little elderly Japanese Chin Bentley like he was their own; sleeping on their bed and spending his days in the office with Frazer. Bentley spent 2 weeks at Pawsome, and came home happy and very relaxed - amazing really as he is quite an anxious wee chap. Knowing Bentley can go to Pawsome, and have such care (for his bad leg, skin issues, meds, separation anxiety etc) means the world to us, as we can go away on holiday knowing he's fine, and that means I'm not stressing out my whole trip! I'm so glad I found Pawsome, and I recommend to anyone with elderly dogs who need some extra care.
Pipi had a wonderful stay with Michelle and Frazer, it was so nice to drive away knowing she was being cared for by true dog lovers, and I loved getting the photo updates. I had miscalculated her food and they very kindly fed her the same raw food from their supplies. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much!
Beans has been consistently going to Pets In The City Mt Wellington since he was a puppy. He loves going there and taking part in the activities on offer that day. The staff are always so lovely and greet you (but mostly your dog) with a smile on their face. Seamless drop off / pick up each time. Daily photo updates are also appreciated.
PITCMTW has been by far the easiest dog kennel/boarding facility I have dealt with - easy to set up your profile and choose your packages and book your dog in. The initial assessment of our pup Edward was so easy - and all his day stays and boarding has been a breeze. They take such great care of every pet - they know all their regulars so well! All the staff are AMAZING <3. Easy, quick, amazing, reliable and super friendly. Eddie LOVES them all as do we. Highly recommend taking your pups there. :D

Hadley, our golden lab, absolutely LOVES going to Pets in the City Mt Wellington. As soon as we turn down the driveway he cannot wait to get out of the car and go and see all of his new friends. It is honestly such a relief knowing how excited he is to go in. It takes the worry out of leaving him for an extended period of time over christmas because we know he is going to be loved and well cared for - and you get facebook photo updates too! We know he has lots and lots of fun because he is always exhausted when he gets home! We also appreciate that we can drop off and pick up whenever as most other places have quite strict slots that may not always suit. Would definitely recommend PITC to anyone looking for a loving place to take care of their pets.
My dog has been bitten on two separate occasions at this doggy daycare. She’s the most gentle dog and this is the only daycare she’s ever been bitten at in her 10 years of life. Will never go back again.
Our Springer Spaniel dog loved the walkers. We got great photos and videos after every walk. Excellent communication and service, we had a really great experience with CityPets over the last year. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for daycare in the city for their dog.

My baby girl absolutely loves her adventures. The photos and videos of her delighted face suggest it, but the way she acts when the handlers arrive to pick her up tells me everything. She always comes home exhausted but relaxed, and I’ve noticed her become a lot more comfortable around water and new people/places since going with City Pets regularly. I’m very fussy about who I send her with and know she’s in great hands with City Pets 😊

My dog Mieka has been with CityPets for almost 4 years now. She knows her routine and sits at the gate every Tuesday and Friday morning waiting for the van to arrive. The admin team are professional and polite, I highly recommend them.

Citypets undoubtedly provide fun & varied adventures for dogs, which our dog clearly enjoyed. Unfortunately there were a few major flaws, which lead to us no longer be able to trust Citypets with our precious boy. The most significant of these was losing our dog on pick up from our property. Having changed from a pick up with a family members dog to individually from our home he became anxious when the handler arrived. We were very clear with CityPets prior to starting with them that our dog was anxious with unfamiliar people. Unfortunately despite supposedly being aware of this information the handler didn't shut the gate and our dog became very frightened when his non-regular handler entered the property to collect him, running away from them through the open gate. He then spent 2 hours terrified and running the streets of our neighbourhood during peak rush hour traffic. Whilst Citypets informed us, maintained contact & helped us search for our dog, the communication from the administrator was initially unapologetic and unempathetic. Further communication from the owner later was apologetic and reassuring that they were reviewing their policies & procedures for pick up and drop off. Over 6 weeks after finishing with Citypets we received a Christmas report card grading our dog's collection behaviour - insensitive & unnecessary. Overall whilst we accept the risk of mishaps during walks, sloppy procedures at pick up from our property leading to significant risk and stress for our much loved family member and us was unacceptable.
Luna has been going to The Dog Club since she was 4 months old and there's never a day when she's not delighted to go in 😃 She uses the daycare and boarding facilities and always comes home happy and tired after a full day of play, enrichment activities and rest. The staff are amazing and you can tell how much they love what they do. Thanks TDC for being Luna's favorite hangout!
I can't say enough good things about this doggy daycare! It’s the best in Auckland. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, and I completely trust them with my pet. I was particularly impressed with how they remember each pet's name and provide detailed feedback, including if they've been a bit naughty that day. They also offer boarding facilities, which was a lifesaver when I had to visit my family in India for an emergency for three weeks. I knew my dog, Smoky, would be well taken care of here. She was happy and healthy, and I could see that from the numerous photos and videos they share on social media. Even though I was far away, I felt close to my furry mate. Highly recommend!
Doggos love The Dog Club! They get so excited when we drive in and sleep really well when they get home 😉 . The staff are lovely and assess each dog based on character, not just size. My Mars has been going to the Dog Club nearly 2 years now. She loves her weekly sessions and always comes home tired. The Dog Club team are amazing, they really put the dogs first and take the time to get to know them. They know Mars is a high energy pup that needs to be constantly occupied so switch her between large and small dogs when necessary. They know quiet days don't suit her so they let me know which days are busy for her. They know she's not great in some games so they find other suitable options for her so that other dogs can still play. They are the nicest bunch of people and always smiling. Their overnight kennel care is also fantastic. They don't over book and there is always someone on-site with them. I couldn't recommend them enough. Don't hesitate to take your pups here, it's worth every penny
Although, at first, Daisy was not keen on going to Dog Club, we persevered, after the third time she suddenly clicked that she was there to have fun and I would be there to pick her up at the end of the day. Lovely caring staff, who take an interest in her, post photos ( highlight of my day) and hand a happy tired Daisy back to me at the end of the day.
I am absolutely thrilled with teh TDC and the amazing team! My dog always goes in happy and comes home tired but content. I couldn’t imagine a better place. I highly recommend it to everyone because our pets truly get the best care here!
I could not recommend the Dog Club more, it really is one of the best. The girls are all super friendly and have the best intentions for all the dogs. Our pup can't wait to get inside and play with his buddies once we get there!! Easy to book daycare online and affordable. Loads of activities for the dogs to keep them busy. Its a wonderful place for dogs. Very friendly and approachable staffs. Good management. The dogs come back home clean and healthy. My dog loves the activities and games they have there. Best service.
I suggest considering another facility if you don’t want to risk your puppy getting hurt. Utterly upset about the state my puppy came back in. Very disappointed with the lack of attention and care from the team. Check the photos - my one year old miniature schnauzer has blisters all over her paws evident that she was left out on hot concrete for hours, evidence of violent mounting all over her body - hair is falling out of where the claws were digging into her skin. Now she is suffering kennel cough (though she is vaccinated) spewing foam and painful wheezes - the date of symptoms arising aligns with the day at daycare. It’s excruciating to watch my puppy go through bleeding pain that she is unable to walk, then to see her lick all over her body from the itch of the scratches, and now hearing her painful coughs. Please if you are understaffed, dont take more dogs than you can look after.
Don't take your dog here if it needs to learn how to build trust and is a bit rough due to anxiety. They cannot handle it and will ask you to take them back home. It's disappointing that you specialize in dogs but can't handle one that isn't trained or confident. Immediately introducing a dog to a room full of 40-50 dogs all surrounding and barking at you is not a great start to muster up the courage. You could have spent a little one-on-one time to at least familiarize yourself with our pup. We ended up picking up our pup not even an hour later and found him tucked away in a corner with his head down extremely anxious. We understand you are not trainers, but it is simple logic not to overwhelm an animal immediately. Our pup had to be dragged/carried inside the dog pen due to how unfamiliar everyone and everything was. We had mentioned our pup's anxiety to unfamiliar dogs/humans in the online form, but it seems it was unread and no precaution was taken. If you were to be put in a room with hoards of people, you wouldn't want to be hoarded either, and you would want to slowly ease yourself into the environment. Just seems highly unprofessional and shows a lack of skill for dogs who are not 'drawing-room dogs' or ones that love everybody and everything. It's a waste of 50 bucks for our pup to spend 30 minutes there and end up even more anxious than before. I suggest you at least allow the dog owners to come inside and spend time with their dogs/monitor them during the assessment till they build up the courage to be on their own with the other dogs. Heading into a room with so much unfamiliarity will obviously not help. Having someone you know and trust can easily make this issue better.
