Dana has been our pet sitter for the past two years. We love her!! She takes care of our girls as if they were her own. Cats can be particular about who they trust , our Raya and Savannah love when Dana cat sits . Dana spends time playing, petting , and handing out treats . She sends us photos so we know our girls are adjusting fine when we are away. We are so thankful for Dana’s professional care. She has allowed us to have peace of mind while we are traveling!

We love Dana so much!!!! Our dogs love her probably more than us LOL. She spoils our boys too much! In all seriousness she is amazing, trustworthy, and an honest hardworking woman! Highly recommended! Five stars!

Dana was a godsend to us when we recently moved to Bradenton! We were looking for someone to train our rescue dog, Charlie, who has some unique issues with resource guarding and getting along with other dogs to name a few. Dana has done an amazing job and has gone out of her way to personalize a training plan for Charlie that is working! She is a wealth of knowledge, has a passion for animals, is reliable and dependable, and Charlie loves her! So do our 3 cats! We plan to have her do pet setting for us, she even does overnights! I highly recommend!

Dana was awesome helping us train our rescue dog, Nola. Dana was kind, patient, gave us lots of tips and was constantly sending us videos and articles to assist with the training at home. I highly recommend Dana if you need someone for training your dog. She's the best and extremely affordable. She even comes to your house which really helped to have Nola in her own comfortable environment.

so, I met Dana when we got our new puppy who was only nine weeks old and has been with us every week since and he is now seven months old! She is fantastic with him, and I know Juno just loves her. She has helped us out so much with Juno‘s training and helps to break up the days that my husband and I are at work. What a great service to offer, these drop ins! I trust her immensely and she is just a genuinely a great person ❤️🐶

Dana is...absolutely one of a kind. There aren't enough words to express how wonderful she is. If you're looking for someone who doesn't JUST walk your dog(s) but connects with them, builds their confidence, and loves them wholly then you've met your match. My husband and I desperately needed a dog walker who could handle our 3 rowdy pups of all different breeds, walk styles, and temperaments (and who are on the stranger danger side!). Dana was more than happy to do a meet and greet with them. They're bit challenging but Dana reassured us she loves a good challenge and all three seem to adore her so much. She responsive, is always willing to answer your questions, and sends so many updates of their walks! Really couldn't ask for a more perfect match. She does have a busy and jam packed schedule so if you want her, gotta reach out to her asap!!

Dana is exceptionally responsible and communicative. While Dana is with our dog Coco, she sends updates and photos so we know all about the day’s fun. Coco is in the safest of care with Dana and absolutely adores her. We are really lucky to have found Dana.

Dana is the most hardworking, caring, and thoughtful person I have met. She has done outstanding work with our two dogs and our cat. The training she has done with them has helped us out so much, she was even able to teach me, my mom, and our 12 year old dog some new tricks and brings his puppy energy back out every-time he sees her. She cares about our pets like they are her own. I do not know what we would do without her.

I am so thankful for this service. I could tell from the "meet and greet" that Dawn and her family were going to be wonderful with Dolly and give her lots of attention. We had left her at a kennel one time and she came home depressed for a few days. When we picked Dolly up from Dawn, she was her normal, happy self. I could tell that she was comfortable staying there and I am sure they took great care of her. We will definitely use this service again.

Hounds town Bradenton is AMAZING! My little chihuahua absolute loves coming in for daycare. She can’t get enough of her fur friends. She always comes home smelling amazing! High recommended!!!

I took Valentina to daycare for the very first time and could tell she was nervous but then I seen she was playing with her new friends on the Hounds Town Facebook page. I think she enjoyed the overall experience and hospitality because when I seen her she looked happy.

Hounds town is the perfect place for dogs too be themselves and have a good time. Super clean and lively environment!

We took our dog due to traveling for Thanksgiving. First time Taking him. He returned to us Bruised all up. Really sad he cried and was shaking. How can you say you can't find us in your records and than say but your mother's dog? You actually knew what I was talking about. Edited: WE came in a day earlier to speak with your receptionist and was told you could handle him. Than we came back to drop him off. We was unpleasantly told that due to him being a bit hard to handle we paid extra so that he could stay in a special sweet. Because that'd where you put dogs like snoppy. We paid extra and trusted you thinking you had experience with small dogs like snoppy (Chihuahua) if you couldn't handle him all you had to say was No. But we would have never left him if we knew that he would return to us all Bruised up. His ear still look like another dog bit his the tip of his ear off. Really sad I wouldn't recommend you to anyone. Was told they would send clorrox wipes and to send pictures and we haven't received a call back from last Friday.

I really appreciate the care and consideration they took to show me how they handle dog reactive pups. I felt that R2D2 were going to be well received and they had processes in place to ensure the safety of everyone. They also called to give me a couple of updates to reassure me how they were adjusting. When checking in, they assess the pups fur for fleas and nose for hydration, and they ask if there are any current tumors or bumps present. This was the first time I had ever experienced this at a facility. I also appreciated this level of care and attention. We will be back. The prices are a bit high, but I am willing to when the care and attention reflect the cost. R2D2 even got a bath and nails trimmed, and for them, this is a whole drama process at home.

Free Belly Rubs! My large breed dog attends training, daycare and boarding at the Sarasota location. First impression is the entire facility is so clean and set up for my dog's every need. I know he will be safe and cared when he is away from me. Everytime I drop him off at the resort he responds to all the good vibes of the staff with tail wagging, licking the glass and pushing the front door with his nose because he wants to go into play or learn! The caring staff give him all belly rubs and attention he wants!

So far, so good Bayside pet resort gives us a chance to have a day of water activities without our baby. She would prefer to play with other dogs then go swimming. The staff here made me go through a whole examination process with my dog that took quite a good amount of time to be able to have her at the resort although it was a pain, I don’t think I would want to take my dog anywhere else. Daycare as well as overnight boarding. Bye-bye Azula. Have a good day. See you soon. 🐶

I love Bayside! My dog is always so excited to get inside, and he especially loves swimming in the pool with his friends. What is even better for me, is if he gets a bit stinky after his playtime, he can get a bath in the spa portion of the building, and they always have him smelling and feeling amazing. I would recommend this facility to anybody, as they have a multitude of services for the day to day pet parent

I had an emergency situation where I was overseas when I had to find an overnight alternative to the pet care plans that I had made. I was lucky to have found Missy Evans there who took charge of my dog 's instructions and care, and made sure that everything was done according to my wishes. She relieved my stress at being so far away from my dog which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my vacation.

The Bayside Pet Resort facilty and staff are fantastic! Feel very forrunate to have such a great place available to take my precious fur friend, Sage, for boarding, daycare and bathing. I always know she is in good hands. A special shout out to Ashley, daycare assistant and bather. Sage was developing some anxiety during bathing with the blow drying to the point it was sugested she should have calming drops prior to bathing. Instead, Ashley took special care to make her comfortable with the process and get her over her anxieties without any calming drops! Sage loves her! Great job Ashley!!

I love bringing my dog to this facility . It's very clean and the start was very friendly especially the supervisor sandy. I will definitely be bringing back my furry best friend here again❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff and facilities at Bayside Pet Resort are terrific!! Our cat Simon was well cared for during his recent three day stay. We were able to get away without worries!

All I can say is this place admitted having NO management. They put small dogs outside at 93 degrees and Peppy became dehydrated. Tomorrow he is to be tested for organ damage. He can’t keep his food down and he does mother but lay around when he used to be a high strung 12 month old puppy that loved to play with other dogs.

This facility lacks attention to the needs of the pets entrusted to their care. In addition, they charge a high price for boarding services while delivering minimal value. Recommend you keep searching for other long term boarding options for your pet.

Thank you so much to the team at pet suites for caring for our fur babies. They have so many ways to communicate we loved talking with the staff and seeing our fur friends via camera daily. We will be back soon

I called once and texted twice on Monday 10/28 to see if I could bring my 2 dogs to doggie day care on Tuesday. I never heard back, so I had to change my plans for Tuesday. I also had purchased a package and received an email that I was about to lose my "points" ($$ to me) if I didn't use it by 10/30! Well I am not happy as I bring my girls there often and they love it (I hope). We did have 2 storms that also prevented me from trying to use up my package....not sure I will buy another package if the rules are so strict. I would like to have sent a message to a "boss", but this seems to be only way I see to contact PetSuites

I called at 7:30 pm and asked if I got there a few minutes before 8pm(when they close) could I pick up my dogs. I was told no I couldn’t pick them up after 7:30. I know it takes time to get them ready for pick up and that is why I called. So this morning when I went to pick them up I asked when is the latest I could pick them up they said 8. I boarded my dogs because I had a funeral to go to out of state(they didn’t know this) and we have a threat of a hurricane tomorrow so you would think a little grace would be given because of the storm but no. So given the 2 different answers makes me wonder if it’s a training issue or was I lied to?

Groomer Amy is fantastic. We have an Australian terrier named Griffey. We tried many different groomers in the area. Griffey was a very challenging to groom. Initially we had to medicate him on his groom day. Amy worked with him several times and then requested that I not medicate him. That was 1 year ago. He goes in very scruffy and comes home a prince. He also uses the play day services. He plays hard and comes home tired. My husband and I would highly recommend Amy as a groomer and the staff at pet suites

Wanted to follow up on a new review- PetSuites Bradenton has improved dramatically! I am seeing a change in how the staff have stepped up their customer service. Management has made a course correction and it shows. Staff greets customers now (instead of being grumpy all the time). The change is infectious- customers and pets are happy to come over and when I pick up my dog, she’s in a good mood just like when I drop her off. I’m very happy that PetSuites are listening to customers and making those changes stick. I also see that the new team members are attentive and engaging. Makes a big difference when you get team members that actually want to do their job and not act like they’re annoyed by everything.

Just don’t bring your pet here until they have proper staffing. I never leave reviews because I don’t like trashing companies but when it comes to my dogs, that’s a different story. I don’t want other dog owners bringing their dogs here and having a bad experience like I did. Dropped my dogs off yesterday for their first day, one girl working the front desk , line out the door. Not her fault the place doesn’t have adequate staff. Took 25 minutes for check in. This is where I got mad and concerned. I picked them up 6 hours later and asked if they had fun/ played/ ate… the girl said “she had nothing to do with them.” ….what?? Then she brought them out and I asked if they had play time and she said, “I think they went outside, not sure”. I wanted to flip out. So I brought my dogs to a place for them to sit in a kennel for 6 hours…? They got in the car and chugged water so fast. Then I got a text after I reached out to the only person communicating with me throughout the day, TELLING ME THE DAYCARE WAS CLOSED bc of lack of staff!!!!!! I wanted to scream. Just tell me that before so I don’t waste my time driving there!! There were also a ton of dogs howling and crying in the back. I’m glad my dogs are safe but I’m now concerned about all these other dogs there. It was just so chaotic and unprofessional. The groomer was really nice though, she was the only one helping in the morning. I'm waiting for a call from management which I’m not sure is happening. I’m not messing around when it comes to the care of animals.

Our dogs had a great stay. They were happy coming home and smelled clean and fresh. Their weight was well maintained, and had received a good “paw-gress” report. The price was extremely reasonable, and we received an unexpected multi-pet discount. We will continue to choose PetSuites for our future needs.

Missy the Husky mix loves the resort! She is very social, and wanted a facility where she is free to mix with other dogs, and give her the exercise she requires a one year old! The staff is very nice and Missy has done very well there. Highly recommended!

This is the best dog boarding place around! Highly recommend AAA Pet Resort! And my dog loves it there too! He gets to run around for hours if he wants!!!

The individual board and train program is outstanding! We brought our 5-year old Mini Schnauzer that was very aggressive towards anything that moved. The training was excellent and I am very happy with the results. She is now very calm and is a very different dog. Everyone at AAA Pet Resort has a passion for caring for dogs and love the way they use positive training methods that reinforce what they learn. Definitively recommend them 100%!!

We have two beautiful fur babies. Honey and Izzy needed Jorge and Brian at AAA Pet Resort! They took in our two fur babies for two week training. My dog Charlie Brown has been going for years to AAA Pet Resort with a recent short break in his visits due to personal reasons. I have to talk about his excitement last week while dropping him off for boarding, when he realized he was getting closer to this very special place for him, he couldn’t contain himself and it was very easy to tell his bark was just pure excitement wanting to get out of my truck to say hello to Natalya and her team. It filled my heart to see him this happy!!

Have taken my dogs there for day care and now using them for training. Jorge has been fantastic with my dogs. They have learned to walk easily for me without pulling which given the two of them weigh about 2/3 of my weight has been a life saver. They listen to me now and behave even around strangers. They love coming here and adore Jorge. He is so good with the dogs and really loves all dogs. He also worked with me as to how to train them at home and what not to do. Worth every penny for the training. I recommend the training to anyone. It is such a relief to have well trained dogs who listen. I also like the day care and so do my dogs.

I can't say enough good things about AAA pet resort!!! After touring the facility and meeting staff members I felt extremely comfortable leaving our 4 month old frenchie with them for doggy daycare. Our puppy loves it there and is excited as soon as we pull into the driveway! He's always happy and well cared for. We've used them for an overnight stay and felt completely comfortable leaving him in their care. They are very personalbe and truly love the animals.

I have boarded my dogs at AAA pet resort for a decade. Natalya and the crew take such amazing care of my dogs, they love going to AAA pet resort. My dogs are older and they offer wonderful classes to help senior dogs with memory and exercise. Thank you Pompeyo family!

Very disappointed with how staff handled this. I have been taking my 3 year old yellow Labrador here for daycare several times a week for 9 months without any known issues. He loves going and allowed him to interact and play with other dogs his size. Monday I dropped him off as usual only to be called an hour later and told I had to pick him up because he pinned down three dogs by the neck. I was mortified and went right over to pick him up thinking he wasn’t feeling good. After getting him home I realized he was just fine and then questioned what had happened. He has been to dozens of days care facility around the country while I traveled and has never once had this happen or shown ANY signs of aggression towards anything. In fact he was sometime placed with the smaller dogs because he is so gentle. I then called the Woof this morning to see if I could take him over and was told NO because they had new dogs coming in and it would be to much. I now know that he was only playing and that the problem is the young lady who called is not properly trained to handle situations and overreacted. Additionally they are taking way to many animals in at once and either need more space or less dogs per day.

Our dogs absolutely LOVE The Woof. The staff has been wonderful. The kennels are super clean and the outside play areas are as well. You can tell they pay attention to details and really care about our dogs as much as we do n

The Woof on Cortez has become our new favorite boarding spot for our dog! The staff is super friendly! The hours of operation allow for a lot of flexibility in dropping off and picking up, and best of all, our dog gets to socialize and play with the other dogs while there! I liked that there is a required trial day before boarding is allowed to be scheduled… to get to know a dog and make sure it is social and not aggressive. All in all, it makes me happy knowing our dog has a place to play and have fun while we are away instead of being stuck in a kennel somewhere for a couple of days!

The Woof is the BEST! My pup loves running and playing with her friends! I feel so comforted knowing she’s well taken care of while I work a full day! They take pics of your pups too so you can check in and see how your fur babies are doing!

The woof is an awesome place. I boarded my pup for five nights when I went out of town. I was a little nervous since my mom is the only person who ever watches her. All of that was relieved immediately with how attentive and accommodating the staff and owners were. I received pictures via text several times a day and she looked so happy (and she is sometimes on the anxious side). Anytime I texted the number for an update I got an immediate and friendly response. The staff was awesome and very nice. They also offered a bath as an add on and they did a great job. Drop off and pick up was a breeze. I had a great experience with them and absolutely would recommend!

The folks at The Woof are the most caring, attentive people I have ever met in the industry. Since they opened they have built an amazing relationship with my family and my dog, who I never liked to leave with anybody! This is now my furbaby’s favorite place and it’s such a blessing!

The Wolf on Cortez is the best place to home your dog in the Bradenton area. They’ve got all the activities and really love on your pup while making sure all their needs are met. We have nothing but good things to say about them and trust them completely with our boxer. If you’re looking for a place to home your dog while you’re on vacation or just wanting them to get some socialization at this is definitely a place with the right prices and the right crew. Check them out.

My dog loves playing, im told shes the last to settle down, however, i picked her up one day after work and was told she hurt her leg trying to jump the 6 ft fence. I brushed it off, then i boarded her for 9 days, on the 9th day they call me and tell me shes really sick and cant find a vet. Apparently my vet died while i was out of town. My dog didnt just wake up sick that day, she was pretty sick when i got there. A place thats caring for animals should ALWAYS have a go to vet. They did offer to pay vet bill which i thought was odd. After getting her healthy, i figured she could go daily, no more boarding...well 2 weeks later she got sick again, thankfully i caught it quickly. My new vet suggested a cleanliness issue. After 600+ dollar vet bills, she wont be back. Id like to add that i never met the owners, saw a lot of employee turnover, which makes me wonder if staff is properly trained.

The woof is the most amazing daycare not only a place where you can feel safe, but a place where they will love your dogs like you do when Walden became sick I was immediately telephoned and Mandy the manager met me at my vets office to make sure my puppy was well taken care of I cannot say enough about this place they will love your pets as you do how lucky I am to have a place so close to home! What amazing, compassionate people so lucky to consider them the second home from my puppy

We recently left our fur baby, Leo, with Walter & Jillian for 12 days while we left for our honeymoon. We’ve never left Leo for this long, let alone had him stay at someone else’s house. We were nervous of course. However, the first day we met Walter & Jillian we knew he would be in great care. Walter & Jillian treated Leo as their own. They took such great care for him. We had no worries on our trip and I genuinely believe Leo had the time of his life with them. They sent us photos throughout the stay and Leo had the biggest smile on his face. We are so happy that we found Fetch! Leo is so happy too. 😊

Scheduling via the app was really convenient, and it was great to receive all the reassuring feedback, with the checklist and photos, after each home visit. The owner Walter was friendly and helpful and our cat sitter Lori was very attentive and conscientious in taking care of our senior kitty. Walter and his crew are amazing. Our dog has done overnights a few times and I often wonder if our pup is sad to see us come get him. There is great communication and care throughout the entire stay. So thankful for this great company, highly recommend this company and their services!

Our Bailee was so well taken care of and loved Walter & Jillian. She has anxiety when we have left her in the past to travel, but she adjusted very well. Walter kept us posted and sent pictures on how she was doing.

Tammie came the night before and spent time getting to know her and allowing our sweet girl to feel more comfortable. Fetch! Pet Care Sarasota is awesome! Our cat sitter not only fed our cats and cleaned their litterbox, he also provided mental stimulation and physical exercise each day. Lots of photos were taken and really made us feel comfortable while we were away. I would HIGHLY reccomend!!!

I have used Fetch Pet Care for over 3 years and have never been disappointed with the care provided. Most recently, Tammie and Sara provided extended coverage sending daily updates and pictures of my feline “children “. They took care to ensure our home was clean of the kitty litter which the cats tend to track around. They provided additional services such as watering our plants and setting out the garbage as we left a few days before. They even asked if they should be getting the mail though we had stopped it. It’s a comfortable feeling knowing we can leave and our loved ones are being well taken care of.

My dogs both have special needs, one has tons of allergies and the other one has hip dysplasia and arthritis. Walt and Jillian are really good at following all the medicine and individualized feeding instructions both of my dogs have, and its a lot! Plus they have a very dog friendly home and they spoil my dogs with love while they are boarded there.

Wonderful place to take Mr. Bates for a run and to be free to roam. Usually, there are no other dogs here to bother us. Very private and quiet! Thank you for providing this respite for my baby boy!

Best vet I have ever been to and I have had dogs my whole Life. Dr Huber is the best!! I have seen Dr Brody a few times and have no complaints but I always ask for Dr. Huber because he is why we went there from the beginning and one of our boys has a medical condition the Dr Huber is familiar with. I do think he is no longer taking new patients (last I heard) but I think Dr Brody is great too.. The staff is great and knowledgeable also.

Dr Brodie and Dr Huber are Two Amazing Doctors! Our family has been with their practice for the past 15yrs now and couldn't have been anymore Blessed than we were when we found these two . Thank you, for All you do !!

Everyone at Hagan's Pet Resort is so kind, professional, and personal. They go above and beyond to ensure that pet families feel welcome and are reassured that their pets will be well cared for. They sincerely care for families when pets are at the end of their lives. Hagan's is top notch. It is a wonderful place to take the pets you love!

I highly recommend Hagan's Pet Resort to anybody needing to board their pets. The staff is wonderful, the cost ended up being less than we had projected and our 4 dogs seemed very at peace with the whole experience.

My wife and I have been regularly boarding with Hagan's Pet Resort for over 20 years (Christmastime and occasional other times), and overall we've found them to be wonderful people, polite and responsible. For reasons that remain unclear to me, we've been frustrated to find (over the last couple of years) that one or both of our dogs would return home with some kind of small infection (typically "pink eye" for dogs, whatever the technical name of that is). We handled those instances case by case, following our vet's subsequent prescriptions and solving the problems ourselves. "These things can happen," we'd say to ourselves. Most recently, however, one of our dogs came home with some type of more extensive issue which had us quite worried. The photos of our dog (after returning home) are what's attached with this review. They are not edited in any way. After an ultra-early morning visit to our vet, complete with steroid injection and steroid prescription, I called Hagan's to report the situation. I began by reiterating my long time respect for the people and institution of Hagan's, and I made sure to praise all of those people who'd (always) so kindly helped us over the years. I was referred to Rob, in the clinic, to handle this matter, and I explained to him that I was appreciative of them but very concerned by the recent changes we'd experienced in boarding (and very concerned for the health of our dog). Rob wanted documentation from our vet regarding the incident, and we connected our vet with Hagan's. Our vet indicated to them (and to us) that the most likely cause was that our dog came into contact with some type of chemical or substance while there which caused the reaction we saw. It was quite scary. Eventually, I communicated that what I wanted was a refund for the cost of (that one of) our two dogs' stay over Christmas. Since we believed that Hagan's should have noticed this situation and given our dog care before sending him home with us (as we'd indicated in our contract with them), and since it shouldn't have happened at all, we felt that this was a fine and fair way to put the situation behind us, allowing Hagan's to rectify whatever they needed to, and allowing us to hopefully feel good about Hagan's again. We'd never made any such request of Hagan's before, and had no interest in punishing them. We just wanted to feel that this business would honor us in the way we would honor someone else. What Hagan's decided to do instead was mail a check for $65 to pay for the cost of our vet visit. On the phone just now, I told Rob that I was expecting they'd reimburse us for half of our Christmas boarding fees as I'd requested. Rob replied that the $65 was what he was authorized to reimburse and that my wife (who'd followed up with Rob after our initial conversations) had seemed "perfectly ok" with this. I explained that she'd not said anything to this effect at all (verifying that with her), and I said that I felt I needed to share this review with others after waiting for nearly two months for a more honorable resolution. Rob replied that I was welcome to share whatever I wanted, but that any sharing of such things on "social media" might mean I'd be hearing from their attorney. Wow. I suppose the best thing to do is just let people process this story as they wish. I've done my best to relay it accurately and fairly, and it makes me very sad to have been talked to that way. To be clear, it wasn't about the money for us. Our bills were paid in full, like they always are. It was the earnest gesture -the honoring of goodwill and loyalty over the years, saying to the effect, "Hey -we're so sorry this happened. Let us give you your money back for this particular dog on this particular stay, and we'll make sure to review our own practices to avoid this situation and be better in the future. Please come board with us again." To which I'd have likely said yes. But, being threatened with legal action for sharing my honest experience is quite a different gesture indeed...

Seen the other posts, not sure what happened with their individual experience vs expectations, but we (wife, I and Sadie) had a great experience. Very affordable for ALL that was done. They diagnosed the problem, when FLAC did not... After two attempts... The only Vet office that Sadie has ever just "freely" walked into without having to coax or "drag" her in... Some of the techs could have better management (patience) with the senior dog's, but otherwise, a very positive experience. We will likely not go back to FLAC again, even after 3 dogs and 20 years of their service and we would recommend Hagan's at this time...

We had a great experience having Jean take care of our dogs for 36 days. They were is great shape when we picked them up and happy to see us, they also like Jean a lot. We met a friend whose dog was with Jean and she saw our dogs running in the back yard having a good time. We will use Jean again this summer when we travel. Jeff Heath

We’ve now used Jeannie several times and every time we are extremely pleased with her services. Our two dogs love her and she takes great care of the dogs and our home. One time a syringe that we were using for an ear infection broke. Jeannie drove to our vets office to get a new syringe so she could keep up with the ear medication. That’s just one example of the care she provides.

Hi everyone, We left our Miniature Purebred Poodle Lilli with Jeanne Holm for a week to travel to NYC for our son’s wedding. Michael and I were both nervous wreck's. Never was our Lilli (22months Old) left with anyone. I have to tell you that after meeting Jeanne our fears were gone. Jeanne exudes confidence as a Pet Sitter Lilli loved her right away. The two warmed up to one another immediately. Jeanne is a professional and has all her paperwork in order to be filled out online. My husband as a retired physician appreciated that everything was discussed and written. She is truly interested to know about your pet. During the day and everyday you receive photos, videos and messages about your pet. Also if there are questions she reaches out. You and your pet have to have this wonderful experience with Jeanne to understand what I am speaking about.. Aunt Jeanne will be the only one for Lilli.❤️❤️❤️🌹

Jeannie was recommended recently to us by friends of ours in our neighborhood in Bradenton. They went away on a 30 day cruise and Jeannie took care of both of their dogs while they were gone. They had nothing but good things to say about her so we asked her to watch our pup while we were out of town! Jeannie went above and beyond to make sure that our little girl was safe, well taken care of, and happy. She was very thorough in gathering information about our dog before we left her with her and thought of everything! Even things that I hadn’t….such as reaching out to our veterinarian to let them know that our dog would be with a sitter in the event that Jeannie had to take our pup there while we were gone. She was very accommodating in keeping Gema on her normal schedule, giving her medications, feeding her as instructed, etc. I was even able to FaceTime with our pup on a couple of occasions while we were gone, which gave me so much peace of mind! Our flight got in rather late in the evening, so upon our return, I asked Jeannie if she could drop Gema off at our place after dinner so that she would be here when we came home. Jeannie was happy to do this, and we were thrilled to see her a little girl when we finally got home! We appreciated everything that Jeannie did, and the communication while we were gone to let us know that everything was going well. Couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of our pup! We highly recommend Jeannie and trust our little girl completely with her!!! :)

Jeannie took great care of my dog while I was gone. I’d never had someone that I didn’t know watch my dog, so I was a bit nervous about it. But the experience was great. Jeannie cared for my dog so well, and it became clear to me that she truly enjoys this work. Communication was outstanding. She texted me a few times a day to give me status updates while I was away. Highly recommend.

I am so thrilled to have found Jean, owner of Best Buddies Pet Sitting service in Bradenton FL to take care of my one year old Cavapoo overnight in her home. She is so kind, caring and responsible with my fur baby that I can leave with absolutely no worries at all. You can tell she truly loves what she does! Jeannie was an absolute dream of a pet sitter. We were out of the country for two weeks. We never had a worry. She sent us photos and videos everyday. When we returned home our house was in better shape than when we left. Jeannie stayed at our house and took perfect care of our dog, Lady Di. Our adorable little girl is not always the little angel she is for us. She was a rescue and is extremely fearful of people. She has been known to bark, snap and growl at anyone who approaches her. Jeannie has been caring for my 3 dogs and 2 cats now for quite a few months and I would recommend her to anyone!! I have three senior dogs who all require a lot of specific care and medicine. We reached out to her on a weekend, less than 24 hours before leaving for a 10-day family vacation after our previous care arrangement let us down. Cheyenne called me back right away and, within a few hours, was at our home for a meet-and-greet to ensure we and our kitties felt comfortable. Her communication was impeccable—she kept us updated twice each day with detailed messages. She spent quality time with our cats, informing us about their eating habits, potty routines, and included plenty of photos. Cheyenne watched me two dogs in her home while I had a trip out of town. She has previously helped with walks and met them at my home, but this was my first time using her as a sitter. I'm always nervous with new sitters but she did an amazing job and my dogs clearly had a wonderful time! I appreciated how thorough her paperwork was at getting health information, preferences, etc. Super professional. She gave me updates while I was gone at the perfect frequency and I had complete confidence that everything was going well. 10/10, highly recommend, would absolutely use again!

Our River had the best time at Shiney Day! We are always so nervous to leave our baby! Cheyenne kept me up to date with how River was doing. She sent me lots of photos too! We will definitely use her services again!

Kaitlin Newman is amazing! As someone new to the Port Charlotte area and working long hours I was nervous bringing a new walker into my home. Once meeting Kaitlin those worried were instantly over. Jacque (my French Bulldog) can be a handful at time but Kaitlin took on the challenge. She treats Jacque as if he is her own. She finds joy in each and every visit with Jacque. Additionally, her communication is never lacking. She makes me aware if she will be running behind or if there is something alarming going on with Jacque. I look forward to her summary and photos daily, which is always lovely to receive during a stressful work day. Kaitlin has even hosted Jacque for two overnight boarding session in which he has been on his best behavior. Jacque is not socialized often with other dogs, so I feared having him around 5 other dogs at once but Kaitlin had no issues acclimating Jacque to the new environment. I knew he had the best of time when he would get home and sleep for the rest of evening and was even unwilling to do his usual walks the following day due to the fun filled weekend. I highly recommend Kaitlin and the Shiney Day company!

Cheyenne has taken care of my two house rabbits many times over the past several years. Between her vet tech expertise, her love of animals of all kinds and her super organized scheduling/communication platform, I always know the rabbits are in good hands. Cheyenne and Shiney Day Pet Care are the best! Not only was she extremely quick with communication but also very accommodating with last minute changes. She loves animals so much, which makes me happy as an owner because then I know my cats are in good hands. And if you have a sick animal, she knows how to take care of them. It’s nice to have someone taking care of your animals who you can also seek ask advice from. My cat was extreme my old and sick when Cheyenne gave her the best care and helped me with figuring out what was best for her.
