Bridgett is excellent host for your pet and house. We’ve been lucky to book her twice and hope to book her again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our sit with Maisy! Karen’s house was spotless and well equipped in a cute neighborhood not far from anything you’d want (restaurants, grocery stores, etc…). We loved the area! Maisy is a sweet natured dog that we really liked spending time with. She doesn’t do well on a leash, which Karen explained to us up front. We just planned a walk each day on an off leash trail or dog park and it wasnt an issue. She was super sweet and great company throughout the trip! We would be happy to sit for sweet Maisy again and would definitely recommend the sit to others!
Housesitting for Claudia and Peter was so enjoyable! They are very kind and welcoming people and I felt really blessed to be invited to take care of their gorgeous space and adorable pets! It was so nice to connect to them and I feel much gratitude! Julie the dog is so cute and playful, she also enjoys having a nice nap and she is very friendly :) Nero and Mao the cats are very independent, they are outdoor cats, that also love the comfort of home from time to time. They would come and let you know they are ready for meal, hang out a bit on the terrace and leave for their cat adventures in nature again. The turtles are so curious to watch, reminding humans to slow down and chill :) And the fish are so beautiful too! The lovely spacious house and garden with breathtaking views and amazing swimming pool create atmosphere of a Paradise on Earth. Everything is decorated with so much love and taste, there are many lovely details that I kept discovering as a piece of art. There is everything to feel home! A perfect place to rest, enjoy life and if you have remote online activities - it's a great opportunity to do them in the open air listening to the birds singing.
The word that comes to mind, over and over, is GREAT. Great home, great location, great dog, great homeowners, even great koi and great chickens! Rick and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Tamara and Bruce's lovely home and all its amenities, and we especially enjoyed being with Heimo, the most loving, gentle, easygoing Border Collie ever. It was an all around great experience and Tamara left detailed instructions so that everything is well understood and all items can be easily located. The sit was only for a weekend, but it was a relaxing time for us and we explored the beautiful countryside full of wineries, cideries, breweries and country stores. We have to recommend this sit, but in all honesty, I don't want to because we would want to return anytime they need a sitter :). Thank you, Tamara and Bruce, we hope to see you and Heimo again! Judy and Rick
