A massive THANK YOU to Saskia, David, Ibi & Sophie to take care of our cats, flat, garden, basically everything! Since Saskia's application, I felt like this was it. I felt like we found just perfect sitters for our five weeks away from home and our cats, and it proved to be true. Both Saskia and David were very easy with communication, they sent us nice and funny images/videos of our cats and their whereabouts, and it was always nice to hear from them. At the same time they are very independent and as we felt like we can 100% trust them, when we didn't get to write for a few days, we still knew that everything was just fine and they enjoyed their holiday as well as we did. We found the flat + garden in a very good condition, as well as very happy cats! Our only regret is that we only got to meet David in person. Saskia, when you're back in Prague, or we happen to go to Amsterdam, a coffee is a must! Thank you, you're always welcome to come back! Especially Medard misses your excellent care. xxx

Harry & Juliet

Harry and Juliet were able to come earlier for a run through and meet our cats. They put us at ease for the duration of the sit and we arrived home to a very neat environment and happy cats.

Alyssa was absolutely fantastic. Archie thoroughly enjoyed his time with her. She communicated with us just the right amount whilst we were away and I felt completely at ease that the house and the fur baby were being well looked after. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. She also left a lovely note for our youngest daughter telling her what a great time she'd had looking after her baby pup 🥰

Francesca and Dario are 2 young adults with a strong sense of responsibility. Extremely sweet and helpful. Very good to the dogs which was absolutely visible. Due to a small miscommunication, the house was not really in order when I arrived but we resolved this together.

Lauren was such a great help with our last minute trip!! She was super self-sufficient and when we arrived home our dog was even fluffier and more well combed than when we left. Our dog really seemed to bond with her, and we wouldn't hesitate to book Lauren again.

Sophia was absolutely amazing! Thanks to her, I had a fantastic holiday. I had complete peace of mind knowing she was taking the best care of Mia, as she kept in constant communication with me and made sure I was updated on Mia's well-being. I can't thank her enough for all her support during the 16 days I was away. When I returned, my place was spotless and tidy. Sophia was resourceful, communicative, and respectful. She exceeded my expectations - she even got Mia to behave better than before! 💛She’s welcome back at my place anytime she wishes

This was our very first time using the service and we were absolutely blown away by Dian's approach from start to finish. Being a highly-rated and experienced cat-sitter, Dian reached out to us in less than a day and make the process much easier for us. Recognizing that we were new to the world of cat-sitting, she guided us through everything and even arrived early to help us out. We returned to find two happy cats, a spotlessly clean apartment stocked with fresh groceries and meals ahead of our arrival. Dian even put her own plans on standby to stay longer just in case we got delayed in returning home. She went above and beyond our expectations and we were absolutely delighted to hear that she enjoyed her time cat-sitting for us. Dian is a genuine cat lover. The feeling is mutual -the cats loved her instantly and she dedicated her time to lavishing attention on them. She found inventive ways to get both cats to participate in play even though one of the cats overshadowed his shy brother and wanted all of the attention. It was very reassuring to know the cats were in such good hands and she did everything possible to make them feel relaxed. Dian is very thoughtful and proactive always anticipating future needs. She selflessly shares her experience and expertise when it comes to cats, she observes each cat and knows how to keep them stimulated. Personally we learned so much from her about the best types of toys and games to use to keep each cat entertained and she sent us photos and videos regularly so we could see what our cats were doing in our absence. Clearly we missed the cats more than they missed us and that in itself is a testament to Dian's great way with cats. She prioritized the happiness and well-being of the cats even above her own plans and chose to maximize her time with them. Dian gave us a great recommendation for a lovely hiking route in our area, left us some thoughtful notes about other things the cats would enjoy and even left us a little gift to thank us for trusting her to look after our cats and our home. It goes without saying that Dian is 100% welcome to come back to us and we would wholeheartedly recommend her as the cat-sitter of choice.

Ali and Mat are truly wonderful people. Our home and dogs were looked after amazingly well and we’d have them back in a heartbeat.

Our dogs fell in love with them both, in fact I don’t think we were missed much at all! Their care for them was exceptional, Pedro, our bouncy, rather large 12 month old had recently had an operation and required return visits to the vets which Mat and Ali dealt with. They were walked and loved, taken out in the car and even bought them new toys. 

Our home was beautifully looked after and left immaculately clean, with our bedding washed and beds made up ready for us to fall into following a very long flight. We also had milk, bread eggs and wine left for us so we didn’t have to think about breakfast when we woke up. 

Our heating system, despite being brand new, had some teething problems but these were dealt with by Mat and Ali liasing directly with the plumbing company to resolve the issues, keeping us in the loop as we were in very different time zones. 

Communication with Mat and Ali was continuous, with photos of our daft tribe looking very content, and helped in making us know we’d made the right choice in choosing them to be our house sitters. 100% recommended.
