We had a fantastic time on Susan's house sitting assignment. She provided us with detailed instructions which made the expectations of the house sit really clear. Fatty the cat is lovely and although a little grumpy at first, warmed to us and was eventually flopping down by our feet and asking for attention. The house is lovely and really cosy and Susan has a great selection of books if you fancy reading. TTDI is a great area and the flat is really well located: the MRT is nearby and there are feeder buses that take you to the station. You can basically travel to most places in KL, so it's super convenient. There's also some great restaurants in TTDI and lovely cafes too! Fantastic assignment!
We were thrilled to get this sit in Crieff, near Perth, which is one of the most beautiful spots on the Scottish mainland. Jamie and Miranda made us feel extremely welcome from our initial call, and when we arrived Jamie gave us the lowdown on what is a large but very warm and welcoming house - with fantastic grounds too. The three dogs - Lula, Nellie and Ruby - were utterly adorable and very easy to manage. There are some fantastic walks (and runs) right on the doorstep as well as a distillery and loads of other attractions, so if you love the great outdoors, Jamie and Miranda's place comes highly recommended.
I had a really lovely stay with Lewis! The house is absolutely beautiful, set in a peaceful location. Meaghan gave me all the information I needed during my stay and made sure I knew I could contact her if I had any questions. Lewis was a pleasure to look after. He has his feeding routine and outside of that either spent his time curled up next to me whilst I worked or adventuring outside. He’s a bit timid to start with but he soon warmed up to me after I left him to approach at his own pace. He was also very playful and liked chasing ribbons. Thank you so much for having me!
Karen and Pepe were super awesome to sit for - clean simple apt (very centrally located), excellent communication and prep for my arrival - and Pepe was very friendly, even more so after a week with him, love Pepe! Highly recommend, thanks Karen!
Vikki is such a generous host, warm, thoughtful, and communicative, and I'm so grateful to her for sharing her beautiful home and Pony with me. Pony is a character; she's sweet-tempered, playful, and majestic. It would be impossible not to adore her instantly, and it was a joy to take care of her. I miss her company already. The house is in an ideal location, too, with kind neighbours and plenty to see and do within walking distance. Vikki was kind enough to leave a brilliant list of neighbourhood recommendations to explore (for groceries and shopping, bars and restaurants, the beach and pool). Thank you, Vikki, for a dream stay!
I had the absolute pleasure of sitting LingLing, and it was such a delightful experience! LingLing is the sweetest kitty who absolutely loves cuddles. She was a little shy at first, but she warmed up to me quickly, and we spent some lovely time watching TV together. Madeline is a fantastic pet mum. From the moment I arrived, she gave me a warm welcome and made me feel right at home. She was always available to answer any questions I had and even provided amazing recommendations for the area. Her home is spotless and has great access to local restaurants and sights, which was a big bonus. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would love to do again and I couldn't recommend Madeline's sits more. Thank you, Madeline and LingLing, for such a wonderful time!
