I need more than 5 stars to show how wonderful it was to house sit for Dee and Alan. It was a joy to get to know them and spend almost a month with Millie and Lottie. English Cocker Spaniel are such great dogs to have for company and so good with kids. The Kids and I felt so comfortable in their home - they allowed us to use all of their bedrooms and told us to make use of the food in their fridge, which was so generous. The house has everything a family would need. The dogs enjoyed the walking in the nearby parks, got along with other dogs while we were out. Lottie love it when you play with her in the back garden, and they relaxed on the couch in the evenings with us. Ewell is a great place to explore and is easy to get around with the bus in the surrounding city's. We would house sit here again in a heartbeat. It was really hard to leave them, and we miss Millie and Lottie dearly. We definitely recommend this Housesitt who wants to have to take care of the best dogs ever!
What a lovely duo Atlas and Gaia are, cautious at first but this made it all the more special when they started to join us on the settee, and a real privilege when Gaia cuddled up on Andrew's knee towards the end of the sit. We were not able to meet up with Elena or David before they went away but communication both before and during the sit was easy and comprehensive. Everything was clearly explained and the cats immediately won us over and are very easy to care for and to be with. Elena and David's apartment is in the heart of Hallein overlooking the main square and very close to shops, ice cream parlours and the train station. It was very easy to explore the local area, including Salzburg, but also wonderfully quiet with stunning views from the roof terrace. We can highly recommend this sit and would certainly return given the opportunity.
Madeleine was a lovely host and she had a beautiful apartment. It’s in a great area of the city and was very clean and well looked after. Gingko is super playful and very sweet, he’s such a gorgeous little guy. Emily also has a very sweet heart and loves to cuddle.
I had such a fun time hanging with Dalton! He's almost like a real-life Garfield, so loving and adores hanging out and chatting with you. Emily's apartment is very comfortable and parking is so easy. My favorite was working on the porch while Dalton kept me company, watching the squirrels and the the neighborhood activity. Emily is wonderfully communicative and did a tremendous job of making sure I knew exactly how to keep Dalton thriving during the sit. Highly recommend!
