They fed the cats just like we described, perfectly cleaned out the litter boxes, and the apartment was spotless. My husband and I never left our 7 year old cat Lola with anyone other than a family member so needless to say we were very nervous! However The Puppy Butler did an amazing job not only easing our anxieties but making us feel very comfortable with our decision. They are true animal lovers and are the most honest, reliable, and competent pet professionals I’ve ever met. Simply put, I wouldn’t trust leaving my 3-year old bulldog with anyone else. I’ve faithfully and exclusively used The Puppy Butler for walks, sitting, and overnight boarding for a while now, and have recently just started using them for their new active offleash playtime sessions as well. I so look forward to receiving the adorable photos and videos they send me each day, as it’s such a delight seeing my little chunky furball running around free in nature on their beautiful lawns. Perhaps the most impressive thing of all is that with their expertise, they have successfully managed to somehow get my extra-stubborn bulldog actually excited and engaged for a full hour of energetic playtime each day (although it does result in some serious snoring when he’s taking his post-playtime doggy nap…). I love Furry Buddies! Our two whippet dogs had the best team of walkers: Tracey, Corbey, Brian, and Carol Ann! Each walker treated our pups with kindness, gave them treats and toys, and absolutely left an impression. The dogs would wag their tails at the front door when a furry buddy walker was at the door! Truly excellent service, always on time, and reliable, and great value. I always felt comfortable and trusted the walkers. Very much recommend their services.

I used Furry Buddies for around 7-8 years. Everyone I met was kind, caring and extremely reliable. They communicated well and if one of the staff was planning a day off and they provided a replacement. I felt so comfortable and relieved knowing they were with my dog,Lexi. They would call or text me if they noticed anything different about her. Their daily notes were great and when I had to say goodbye to her at 15 years old I received cards and beautiful gift from her walker amd the owner made a donation in her memory to a local rescue. Love this service. Dog watchers are trustworthy and follow directions perfectly. They call love animals, and it shows. Plus, they offer to help with things like collect the mail, water plants, and more.

Mary was wonderful with Hugh. He's shy on top of being an elderly, rather creaky old boy but she was endlessly patient and always looking out for his best interests.

Maureen and CaroleAnne are the best! They have been amazing and most accomadating to my zoo crew!

The owner is highly insulting and harasses her customers. She called twenty times just to confirm two visits. The subcontractor agreed to meet after the visits were completed and then declined. After all this, the owner wanted to charge extra.

Tracy has been pet sitting my cats for a while now, maybe 2 years(?), over which she has developed a good relationship with them all!! She has a lot of availability and she has reasonable rates. She does a great job making sure they are all well attended while we are out. It is hard leaving them since they are older and have some medicines they need- she takes care of it all. Really great to have Tracy taking care of our fur babies!

Tracy is remarkable. She has a gift for connecting with animals and is loving, kind and a best friend to my 86 lb shaggy pup! She has special bond with the all the animals in her care, and they can sense her love and devotion. My dog gets so excited for her walks and cuddle time with Tracy. It gives me great peace of mind when my pup is in Tracy’s care. I can’t recommend Tracy’s Love for Pets enough- Tracy is simply the best!

I get nervous leaving my two cats because we are so attached but I would not trust anyone other than Tracy to care for them when I go away! They are not sociable cats but love Tracy and get obviously excited when they hear her voice, and I believe that that really says something about her as a person and animal lover! She has been available to cat-sit very last minute and is willing to do as many visits per day as my babies need. She sends daily pictures and updates. Tracy is very accommodating and you can tell she genuinely cares about both the pets’ and the owners’ needs. Highly recommend Tracy’s services whether for daily visits or occasional visits!!!

We love Howls and Meows! Colleen takes care of Harper like she’s one of her own. Harper starts to bark as soon as she’s pulling in the driveway and never has any hesitation when we leave. Colleen is responsive, sends us pics/videos and has a great Instagram account where we see can what’s happening with our pup while we’re away. Best thing is that Harper always has a friend at Howls and Meows like Squeegie and Biggie Paws :-)

We were initially looking for a place to bring our puppy for overnight boarding that didn't seem like 'doggie jail', and we have been so happy with Howls and Meows! Our crazy dog is definitely more comfortable in their home-like environment than she would be in a kennel. The pricing makes sense, and the business owner has consistently taken great care of our girl when we are out of town. Their flexibility for boarding, overnight in-home sitting, and ability to care for our cats when needed makes it an easy choice!

I have two cats Laverne and Shirley. Colleen is absolutely fantastic! She is always available and very professional. Whenever she is pet sitting she always texts me videos and pictures. She also lets me know how my girls are doing. My one cat Vern is very shy and hides when anyone comes over. Colleen was able to build a relationship with Vern so that she is comfortable. My girls love her! I highly recommend using Colleen and her company for your pet sitting needs!

Howls and Meows and Colleen always take great care of our dog Nelson. There are always other dogs to play with and plenty of space to run around. Highly recommend!

Colleen is wonderful with our dog, Bruce! He’s a 2 year old lab mix who is full of energy and needs plenty of play time. He gets so excited the minute we pull up to her house- he loves going there! Best of all, Colleen has been such a help as we recently found out Bruce has epilepsy. She was right there with us sending suggestions and advice from her years of experience with similar dogs. She’s one of the few people we feel comfortable caring for him when we are away. I know she monitors his medicine schedule and makes sure he’s comfortable in a large crate in case he has a seizure at night. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. You can tell she cares for the animals as if they were her own pets!

Colleen and her business has been such an absolute blessing to our family since we brought our puppy home two months ago. As my father in law says, "She's like the Mary Poppins of dog walkers!" Colleen radiates positivity and kindness and I think she adores our puppy just as much as he loves her. Not only is Colleen always dependable she reliable, she has wonderful communication in updates for our puppy, goes above and beyond by setting up puppy playdates, and has even helped out with little things around the house while she's over (bringing up trashcans, cleaning up after the cat--- she's simply amazing). A couple weeks ago we had a family medical emergency. Colleen was so compassionate and incredible. She came back after her normal hours, packed up our puppy and his things, and boarded him at her place for a few days while we dealt with our emergency. Never did she ask for specifics on when I would be picking up our dog, or bog us and down with questions and demands. We just felt understanding and care from her, and it was such a relief knowing our puppy was in the best hands and we didn't need to worry about a thing. She even sent cute little photo updates on our puppy that were a silver lining in a otherwise very bad time for us! We are so beyond happy with Howls & Meows and can't recommend them enough. Give it a shot and see just how quickly Colleen becomes more than just a dog walker, but a part of your family!

We found Colleen through a Google search, gave her a call, and based on her knowledge, experience, and confidence, we decided to try it out. We went and met with her, saw her home and yard, and were reassured this would be much better than leaving our puppy at a kennel. We were right. She's great, a pack leader so our dog is always safe, and just a nice person. Her rates are reasonable and our dog always comes home happy and tired.

Colleen has gone above and beyond taking care of our Frenchie while we were away. She truly treats these dogs as if they were her own. This was our first time leaving our pup and she checked in everyday, communicated about necessary things, and just gave our dog so much love. Can’t recommend her enough!!

Colleen is professional, communicative, super reliable, flexible, honest, and LOVES pets, especially our dog. We work and our dog is often home alone during the day. Colleen is great. She's really in tune with reading dog body language and genuinely loves dogs. She will set up a meet and greet with your dog and hers to make sure everyone will get along. I ended up really appreciating this part, as it made me feel a lot better about leaving my 10 month old puppy for a week. My puppy was actually excited to be dropped off afterwards, because she was excited to play with her new friend Squeegee. She was really responsive and the rates were reasonable. I would definitely take my dog here again.

Liz is awesome - super reliable/professional and my dog is obsessed with her. When he was a puppy she would help with his training and reinforce everything we were teaching him. Now he goes for quality walks with her and comes back tuckered - quite an accomplishment for an Australian Shepherd! We are so lucky to have her!!

We love Pamper and play! We have used their service for walking our dog and for housesitting. In both cases we found Liz and her team to be reliable, responsible and loving toward our dog. I also love how we can book a dog walk once in a while when we realize we're going to be gone for a long day. Liz is as happy and responsive to do a oner-off walk as to be coming regularly. The folks that housesit for P&P are wonderful. (TJ is great!_ I can tell they really bond with our dog. I highly recommend Pamper & Play. You won't regret it!

Very professional. We had Liz take care of our 2 dogs and 4 cats, in our own home, while away for our summer vacation in Myrtle Beach. They and we loved her!!! She stopped by 3x a day to make sure our furry family members were happy and healthy. Liz even went the extra mile of vacuuming to make sure we didn't come home to extra fluffy carpet due to summer shedding. She loved the animals as if they were her own, and spoiled them as if so. I think they were more upset to see Liz go then us when we left for vacation lol. She also kept us updated daily with how everybody was doing. They didn't seem to miss us one bit 😍

I have two German Shepherds and was dog sitting for a friend when I had a family emergency. I was needed at the hospital ASAP. I was nervous about these dogs being together and I needed someone fast that could handle the job. I had heard about Liz from a friend. I can't express my gratitude enough. She showed up as quickly as she could. She walked them, fed them, managed to have them all tuckered out by the time I got home (not an easy task) AND all three of them were snuggling on the same bed. As far as my experience goes, Liz is a miracle worker! I will definitely be relying on her services from now on.

I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! We no longer live in the area and we still bring our dog to board here whenever we are away. Our puppy was incredibly nervous around people when we first got her. Instead of turning her away the staff took the time to sit with her and give her time to warm up. Now she loves it there and is comfortable with the staff. The hours are amazing and the price is the best around. It is family owned and they really get to know you and your pet. They always answer the phone or call you right back. Highly recommend!

They are wonderful! My dog loves going and always comes home exhausted from playing with his friends. They love them and take great care of them! Each room feels like home with couches, beds, TV's.

I recently used Stay & Play Pet resort to take care of my 10 months old kitten Ralphie when I was going out of town on vacation. I am so happy I chose this "resort" for my furbaby. The entire staff is very caring and took great care of my kitten. He got his own room and the staff visited him throughout the day to ensure he was well cared for and for some attention. I called daily to check on him and everyone was very kind and gave updates on how Ralphie's day was going. I am definitely going to reserve a stay for all of my vacations because it gave me such peace of mind knowing my lil furbaby was happy and in good hands. Philly paws & claws took great care of my dog while I was on vacation. They even sent me pictures of my dog daily. My dog looked very happy in every photo. They took my dog on many walks & gave him the attention he needed. Highly recommend this company for all of your dog needs.

I've been using Philly Paws Claws for years for drop in visits for my iguana, dog boarding, dog taxi, and a couple walks. They're consistently A+ service, sending pictures of your pet, on time, easy to schedule with, and just fabulous all the way around. They're a bit more expensive than some but the reliability and quality is awesome. The taxi service is great to combine with boarding because then you don't have to do drop offs or pick ups when you're busy trying to get out of town or arriving back after hours. Stephanie and her team at PP&C have provided incredible care for our puppy since we discovered her services earlier in the summer. Our pup goes to daycare a couple of times a week at Stephanie's residence and has been boarded with her for a long weekend as well. We also tried their grooming services, which exceeded my expectations. I've not had the opportunity to meet all of her staff, but they are diligent about sending photo updates with each service so that we can see our pup going on a walk or playing with his doggy friends. Our pup is always excited to go to daycare and comes home appropriately calm instead of being wired or overstimulated (which we appreciate!). I highly recommend PP&C for anyone's pet care needs!

In early August I got the opportunity to help Philly's Paws & Claws out on the 'Dog Day of Summer'. I have to give credit where credit is due, All of the employees were beyond helpful as well as very cautious, caring, and friendly with all the wonderful fur faces that we saw! From what I experienced, this team is all about the hard work and communication but you can tell they do it all for the love of the animals. Lovely to see such a wonderful team of people offering amazing and helpful services to the public. In the future if I were to need service, I would trust them with all of my animals! :)

They have been so great watching my dog. He can be a little needy and high energy but he has so much fun when he gets to go to daycare and he has the biggest smile on his face when he gets home. They were also super great an flexible when my flight got canceled and I needed them to keep my dog another day!

We are so happy with the care and attention our pup, Ava, received at her long weekend stay with PPC. They kept us updated with pictures and texts about how she was doing. I have been trusting Pooch Schoochers with the two most important things in my life for the last two years....my dog, and access to my home. They are 100% trustworthy and reliable. On the occasions where I get to see my dog interact with the walkers, it is clear how much he loves them and values his daily walks. I love the status emails of each walk and the pictures they take of him having fun exploring the world when I am at work. Ashley is very professional, accommodating, and reliable. The Pooch Schoochers have become extended family to my dog, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I reached out to Ashley in a complete panic after the pet sitter I had hired was a no call no show to a meet n greet, a week before I was leaving the country for 2 weeks. Ashley called me back in less than 5 minutes because she could tell in my voice that I was about to burst into tears. Ashley was so kind and compassionate towards me. Within an hour, she found 2 pet sitters and scheduled meet n greets, accommodating my work schedule. Ashley went above and beyond and really took the time to obtain information about my complicated cats (allergy cat and anxiety cat) to make sure that they would be well cared for. The original agency did get in touch with me with a reasonable explanation for the no show and rescheduled for the next day. While I did decide to stick with my original agency, I would absolutely consider using Pooch Scoochers the next time I need a pet sitter. My experience with Pooch Scoochers has been nothing but positive. The owner Ashley is very easy to get in touch with and shows a genuine interest in me and my dog’s needs. When I first moved to East Falls and had my new dog with me, I considered using one of the dog walking apps. Because of my apartment complex, I realized it would be too complicated explaining to a new dog walker each time where to go and how to get in. Pooch Scoochers was already very familiar with my complex and had multiple clients there already! There is a noticeable benefit to having the same 1-2 walkers for your pet, and their walkers are all fantastic. 100% recommend!!

Emily provides such loving care to my boy, Finley, and always gives me detailed updates on his walks/visits along with the BEST pictures. Emily is also great at keeping a watchful eye on him - she will notice if something is off about him (both physical and behavioral) and be sure to bring it to my attention which I appreciate so so much. I was off from work one weekday and decided not to cancel the walk - seeing how excited my dog was to see Emily and watch their interactions together made me feel so at ease. Ashley and the whole team are so responsive and thoughtful when we need to make a change or add a service. It's been so easy to work with everyone!

We have been using Pooch Scoochers for over a year, once my dog required extra medical attention and could not go all day without meds or a walk. They have only been excellent with managing his changing medical issues. He is much healthier now and we have kept up his walks because he is so much happier with them! I love the daily messages from his walker and really believe how much fun they have! Would recommend their services to anyone.

I used Manayunk Pooch Schoochers for the first time and it was an AMAZING experience. I met my walker and the owner in person previous to walking my pup for the first time and I loved them instantly. They are very professional as well as extremely personable. My dog walker is Stow and he LOVED his walk with her and cried when she had to leave. Their pricing is SUPER cheap and well worth every penny! (Make sure to tip your walker, they deserve it) After the walk was complete I got an email from my walker on how it went as well as tips on what would help me walk him better! I cannot say enough good things about Manayunk Pooch Schoochers!

Marissa did an amazing job. This was our first time ever having someone other than family watch our dogs and we were absolutely blown away. Her attention to detail and love for animals makes her the absolute best choice in pet care. She respected my home and my two dogs. We asked for pet care and got so much more than that. We found someone who cares as much about my dogs as I do. We found our permanent pet sitter hands down. We can't wait for our next trip away to use her again!

Just finished a 2-week vacation overseas with Marissa and her team caring for 2 elderly Shepards in our home. This is the first time we used Pampered Pups. They came highly recommended from neighbors. They didn't disappoint. They were a WOW. Will use them again. Great reports and photos every time they came to our house. I believe our dogs were disappointed when we came home. We use Disney's Pet Care facility when we are in FLA. Marissa and her team out-Disney Disney. Would highly recommend them. They are great.

Marissa and her staff has been a game changer for us. For 20 years we took our dogs to a wonderful kennel. We live on a busy street and we always worried about pups getting away from sitters. Our Newfies are almost 11 and 14 and we thought they’d be happier in their own home while we were away. All of the people who have taken care of them since we started are just awesome. Amazing communication with the staff and Marissa. We have traveled a lot in the last few months only because our dogs are in such great care. Thankyou Marissa and staff! A literal life saver. I was using another service while I was away, and quickly became uncomfortable with the care I felt my puppy was getting. I called Marissa in literal tears, left a message and she got back to me in less than 5 minutes. I was so worried it was too late to use her services in this emergent last minute situation. She calmed my nerves, got me on the books immediately for the next day, and made me feel comfortable and assured my baby would be cared for. I can definitely be an overbearing nervous dog mom, and she didn’t make me feel bad or overbearing at all. Marissa actually validated my feelings and took the extra steps to text and keep me in the loop the next day. I cannot recommend her services enough! her responsiveness, understanding, the updated, the photos, all of it. 10/10 highly recommend.

We were in a pinch with our puppies and cats, family vacation at risk. I posted on Facebook asking for help and was referred to Pampered Pups by Marissa. While she was on vacation Marissa organized coverage for us. This enabled our family to spend the 4th of July at the beach house with our full extended family. We were nervous as we always take the dogs with us and have friends check in on the cats while we are gone. After reading the reviews we felt confident. Now here we are a week later writing our own 5 star review. Michele, our dog sitter was amazing. She brought toys for the dogs, sent pictures of them having fun in the backyard and on walks. Our cats were taken care of, even our small fish were happy. Thank you so much, Michele. You made us comfortable to the point that we could relax and enjoy our time away. See you next time!!!

I have used Pampered Pups for twice-a-day cat care, once for an overnight trip and once for a weeklong trip, and both times were great! I really appreciate the pictures and summaries that are sent after every visit. My cat has minor health issues, so I am thankful to have in-home pet sitting that keeps her happy and healthy, and helps me not to worry about her. So grateful to have Pampered Pets in my town.

Pampered Pups and Marissa exceeded our expectations!! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our dogs to be able to stay in their comfy home and have someone to come in to take care of them while we were gone. We received daily updates and plenty of great pics of our dogs (fish and frogs too!) that made us feel so comfortable that they were in good hands. Excellent app to use for pet info and communication and very fair rates. Loved our whole experience with Marissa and will be booking again soon!

We've been taking our dogs for years to a wonderful kennel. They are older and we didn't have the heart to not leave them at home where they are happiest. Our first experience with Marissa and her team was outstanding. Morgan took such good care of our dogs..pics and reports several times per day. We felt so comfortable and reassured. They had 3 visits per day and I know they were happy to be in their own home. We cannot express our gratitude enough. Highly recommended!!!

I have used Pampered Pups by Marissa many times over the past few years for both day walks and overnight stays. I have had the pleasure of meeting and using many different sitters. Every experience has been wonderful!! Last week Michelle stayed over and watched my three pups for four nights and days. She is amazing and gave 200%. She is very professional and genuinely loves her job and my dogs. My pups were spoiled and given tons of love and attention. The house was immaculate and the pups happy and healthy. I would definitely recommend Pampered Pups (I’m already booked for July) and if you’re lucky you will get Michellle 😊
