Cat Sitters in Orewa

I cannot recommend Paul and Sandra enough. This was their second time at our house - which meant the excitement for my holiday wasn't tinged with a little worry. Paul and Sandra were fantastic the first time and surpassed themselves on their second visit. My dog wasn't well and they dealt with it - they informed me but never left me feeling over worried or out of control. They did all the right things - including calling the vet and were just simply amazing. As per their last visit - the house was immaculate - even the bed was changed and once again - all three animals were very well cared for. If you get Paul and Sandra as your house sitter - you are extremely lucky. I hope they do come back to England, as I would love to have them come back and look after my animals.

What a delightful couple. They looked after our house beautifully and most importantly took excellent care of Reba, our tricky Labrador. Dani & Mel are confident and experienced dog handlers who ensured Reba had plenty of exercise and stimulating activities while keeping him safe. We could not recommend Dani & Mel more highly. We (Reba too) are looking forward to their next visit.

Craig and Patricia were brilliant from the first contact, they were open and honest and made effort to communicate before , during and after the sitting. They even made the effort to meet us in advance to learn about the flat, meet the pets and make sure we felt comfortable. This made the change over on the day we left much smoother and easier for us and our pets. While we were away they sent us plenty of updates and photos. We could tell our pets loved them, and that they genuinely cared for both our dog and cat. When we returned home I think the flat was the cleanest it’s ever been and Patricia had even prepared a meal for us so we didn’t have to worry about food after our long journey home. Craig and Trish feel a bit like family even though we didn’t spend that much time with them and we hope they can sit for us again next year!

Maria and Will were incredible. They looked after our cat and 6 sheep and lifestyle property perfectly. The house was cleaner than when we left it! We got regular updates about our cat and photos too. They even stayed an extra night when we messed up our return dates from overseas - nothing was too much trouble - we would have them back anytime!!

If it was possible to give 10 stars I absolutely would. Felicity was brilliant with my cat Charlie who has thyroid issues.. She sent me lovely photos every day and even bought him toys and treats. I was able to completely relax knowing Charlie was healthy and happy. When I got back my house was sparkly clean and there was even a delicious home made frittata for my dinner . I can’t say thank you enough to Felicity for taking such good care of my home and Charlie.

Nicole was an amazing sitter! She was communicative and took great care of my cat Lingling. Ling is usually shy but based on the photos Nicole sent me I could tell she loved her! She also took wonderful care of my apartment, it was clean and all instructions mentioned in my welcome guide had been followed. I would absolutely love to have Nicole come sit for me again!

Tegan and her partner Toby are adorable! They cared for our cats as if they were their own, and the same goes for our home. They kept in touch, sent photos and were generally the perfect house guests. I really hope they'll come back one day!

Madison was incredibly reliable, she was an amazing pet sitter, she went over and beyond all expectations. She was adorable with Harvey, nothing was too much trouble, she is extremely well educated, very good company, I had no problems leaving in the home with Harvey, I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone at all, she is a delight!

Julia and Alexander were great sitters over the weekend. The dogs loved them and they went on lots of walks. The house was left looking great and clean. Dogs were happy so great job 😊

We loved having Holly and Louise in our home to look after our mini foxi Minx while we were away. It was nice to meet them and settle them in before we left as it made us and our dog feel comfortable and secure that they were part of our family ! We have always enjoyed overseas guests and learning about their countries and life . We have made new friends through this journey and will definitely stay in touch !

Angie and Les are friendly, approachable, and competent house sitters. The sit was a total success and our dog Larkin took to them like they were a part of the family. If they apply to your sit, do give their application a hefty amount of consideration!
