This was the loveliest stay! Not only is the Paige's house and especially her backyard, something out of a dream but Frankie was such an easy dog to care for. Frankie was such a sweet girl and loved sharing the bed every night and she was easy to walk as well. I truly enjoyed staying here. Paige was great about communication and I appreciated her detailed instructions.
Housesitting for Robin was such a joy! Communication was great and her place has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Ellie and Luna are sweet and affectionate. They love a good walk and kept me company while I worked remotely during the week. I would happily return and highly recommend this housesit to others.
I absolutely loved my time with Archie at Diane and Sherie’s place! Archie is an adorable little rascal who will charm you from the get-go, and the apartment is bright, airy and peaceful with a stunning view of the English Channel and Brighton Pier. I had the opportunity to meet Diane the day before she left, and she walked me through the process of feeding Archie, answered all of my questions and suggested a few places to visit in Kemptown, as well as leaving detailed instructions. I felt very comfortable in the apartment and it was a real joy to take care of Archie, explore the neighborhood and walk on the beach. I would love to come back if I have the opportunity. Ari and Sashi have a special home in Greater Boulder County. Their home overlooks a private lake allowing a breathtaking view of the mountains. This allowed us to have dinner every night out on their deck viewing sensational sunsets. If you listened closely, you could even hear the occasional bobcat or coyote in the distance. We got to spend over a week with their 2 pups Lila and Govi. Their home is close to a golf course which creates numerous trails and walks to take the dogs. The dogs were very well behaved proved to be easy to handle.
Judy was welcoming and easy to communicate with. I was there the beginning of summer and the house and gardens were sunny and beautiful. The neighborhood was so green and gorgeous. I fell in love with Arlo, who has become one of my favorite dogs ever. We ended up being in tune and in synch with each other quite quickly, perhaps b/c he's blind. I don't know. We were just really sensitive and connected to each other. He's very affectionate, sweet, and playful. Walking him was such a pleasure. And Luca is talkative and affectionate and the two together are a riot; entertaining & funny. I would love to return again to help out. I enjoyed taking care of this little family....all the plants, flowers, and the two 4-leggeds a great deal!
I had the absolute pleasure of caring for Bobby, the beloved companion of Iva and Laurence. It was an incredible experience, and I am immensely grateful for the opportunity. Iva and Laurence, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and hospitality. From the moment I stepped into your home, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The thoughtfulness truly impressed me – what luck that I should meet two such fantastic people on my second sit! Bobby is an absolute joy to be around. His playful nature and loving personality made my time with him incredibly special. I very much miss having Bobby climb up the stairs in the morning to greet me when I woke up! I also want to highlight the fantastic location of their beautiful house in Cardiff. It allowed me to fully experience the charm and convenience of the city, and provided a great base for me to work from home. To Iva and Laurence, thank you for entrusting me with Bobby's care.
