A fabulous housesit with two beautiful, very-low-maintenance cats Leo and Lisl. Edlyn and Vikram are fantastic people with a beautiful home in an outstanding location in Boston. They made me feel so welcome and comfortable from the first minute I arrived and I am grateful that they invited me back for a second housesit six months later!
I had a lovely few days looking after the adorable Nightshade and Maverick. The kittens are beautiful and very affectionate. Dan and Julie made me feel very welcome, and their comfortable, modern flat is located in a wonderful part of London. Highly recommended!
Amelia and family have a lovely home within walking or driving distance to many parks and very close to a major arterial freeway (but nevertheless a very quiet location). Their super lovable kitty Ipo was very easy to take take of, charming and quite personable, bonding with me very well at the beginning of my pet sit and remaining so over my stay. I sent photographs to show the rest of the family that she was getting well taken care of while they were out of town. Of course, Ipo had to try to sit on of my laptop every morning when I sat for coffee on their very nice back yard deck. This is a very nice stay and I would highly recommend it.
I had the best time staying at Lisa's apartment alongside Zulema and Lila. They were such beautiful characters and so so sweet, I was honestly so sad to say goodbye to them! The apartment itself is in a great central location with an amazing view of Berlin. I felt very comfortable and relaxed in the apartment and despite not being able to meet Lisa, she communicated so well with me, very friendly and easy going and I felt like I had met her! I would highly recommend sitting for Lisa and the opportunity to meet Zulema and Lila. - Thank you for letting me into your home, Lisa!! :)
We would highly recommend this sit. Natalia and Duncan were incredibly welcoming, very well prepared for sitters, and easy to communicate with. Their home was lovely, well equipped, and left absolutely immaculately clean! The two cats (Pablo and Carlos) were a little shy initially but soon warmed up and were both very cute and easy to care for. They are very friendly, enjoy being around people, and particularly loved playing with a laser pointer toy. We will miss them both. Thanks for having us :)
I did my first ever house-and-dog-sit for Helen's dogs, Lucy & Sid, last week. Helen and her husband have a beautiful home and they welcomed us warmly. Lucy and Sid are both very special dogs. Sid was affectionate and sweet the moment we arrived. He loves to be pet and cuddled, and is just a general love bug. He is strong and energetic, which I like, but you do need to be confident and aware when you walk him. That said, he is incredibly well-behaved and his kind eyes will melt your heart. Lucy may be even sweeter, but she is very shy at first. She is well-behaved and gentle, but can be easily frightened. I feel like once I gained her trust, she was absolutely "on my team." I feel lucky to have spent this time with two amazing dogs in a breathtakingly beautiful location.
