Ellie was wonderful! She took great care of our plants and of Melba, who clearly enjoyed her time with her. This was our first time using the platform, and Ellie helped us feel confident and comfortable with the whole process. She was thoughtful and communicative and treated our apartment like her own, leaving it clean and ready for our return. We’d invite her back in a heartbeat. Thanks, Ellie!

I feel so lucky that Alicia stayed in our home during our week-long trip! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Alicia took wonderful care of our cat, Athena, as well as the house and garden. We came home to a very happy cat (who didn't even seem to notice we were gone!), a tidy house, and healthy plants (as well as a very lovely card and gift). I couldn't ask for more! We'd previously had a very disappointing experience with another sitter, and I was pretty hesitant to use TH again. But as soon as we met Alicia, I knew that everything would be in very good hands. She spent a lot of time at home with Athena, and sent us sweet videos and updates every day. Alicia is also very knowledgeable about plants (and we have many!) and everything was healthy and thriving when we got home. All I can say is, anyone would be very lucky to have Alicia care for their home and pets. She's one of those very reliable, thoughtful, and trustworthy people who make it truly rewarding to use a site like this. If you have the opportunity to meet Alicia, do not hesitate! We would love for her to stay at our house again if we ever have the chance.

Not only did she take care of our fur babies but she also ensured that my partner and I had a good trip by sending us cute photos and videos, which reassured us that everything was going smoothly🥰 Upon our return, the house was tidy and our pets happy and content! Wonderful! I definitely recommend Romana to all pet parents out there! Romana was very organised and adaptable. The pets did great in her care and all seemed to really enjoy her company. She sent me daily updates and videos. Romana left the flat in excellent condition too, which wasn't necessary but welcomed.

I am very happy with Adriana's work, before arriving she was very willing to talk and answer questions, during her stay my pets were very well cared for and she kept me informed every day about the behavior of my pets. I also had to ask her to buy sand and food for one of my cats, which she agreed to without problems. She is a very neat and clean girl. I very much appreciate her good disposition. Estoy muy a gusto con la labor de Adriana , antes de llegar estuvo muy dispuesta a conversar y resolver dudas , durante su estadía mis mascotas estuvieron muy bien cuidadas y me mantuvo informada todos los días acerca del comportamiento de mis mascotas . También tuve que pedirle que comprara arena y comida para uno de mis gatos a lo que ella accedió sin problemas . Es mucha chica muy ordenada y limpia . Agradezco mucho su buena disposición.

Anna y Vladimir han sido muy buenos cuidadores, responsables y muy independientes, no nos han dado ningún problema;incluso llevaron a nuestros perritos a su cita en la peluquería. Los recomendamos como cuidadores, han sido cumplidores y responsables.

Noelia looked after Rumi and the apartment very well. Rumi got along well with her from the start. I'm happy to recommend her as a sitter.

Helena & Sebastián arrived a couple of days early (as arranged) and took the dogs on nice long walks before I even left home - it was a pleasure to have them to stay in my home, and both dogs made firm friends with them 😁

Javier and Carlos were amazing with Winston! They were both great communicators and clearly love animals. If you have a chance to invite Javier and Carlos into your home, don't hesitate!

It was a pleasure to interact with Maria before, during and after the sit. I highly recommend her as an easygoing but mature pet sitter. She was capable of defining her own relationship with the dogs and to give them space to trust her. She could also easily spot what was just dogs dynamics and it was great to hear she felt comfortable letting them run off leash and if they could talk I know they would say great things about her! And inbetween the cats kept her warm. So we were all happy! Recommend -5 thumbs up!

Laura was great from the start, our furry friends warmed to her immediately and were very happy to be left with Laura. She was a great communicator throughout, lots of pics and videos of herself with the animals and the house was kept in a beautiful condition. Highly recommend!!
