Melanie and David took very good care of Zora, who is an elderly cat with needs for ongoing meds and hydration. They took care to communicate how Zora was faring during their stay, and I felt completely at ease with them caring for Zora. When I arrived home I could barely tell that they had been there. The house was very tidy and clean, and Zora seemed relaxed and happy. I would highly recommend Melanie and David to others.

Shaina did an excellent job caring for Nova. She shared daily updates and was very self-sufficient. She was very flexible when I decided to push back my return a few hours. I came home to a happy dog and a very clean apartment. I'd highly recommend Shaina to other folks looking for a dependable, tidy housesitter and would welcome her back to housesit for Nova in the future.

What a pleasure working with Kaki and Jeff. They were experienced so able to offer good suggestions, careful to not overstep boundaries, took great care of my house and plants, and they were especially loving to my dog, Bits. I would love to have them back in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs someone to sit with their house and/or pets.

We returned home from our short break to 3 happy, tail wagging, relaxed and playful dogs and a clean house. They clearly had been quite content whilst we were away. Jo is a very nice man. Calm with the dogs. Very flexible when travel arrangements changed. Easy to get along with. All was good!

Jeff was friendly and self sufficient, we did not get to meet Victoria. Left the place clean and tidy, and two happy cats. It was only a short stay, but the boy done good, would certainly recommend.

Miriam and her partner are welcome back anytime. They were excellent stewards of our home and little dog. Three weeks is a long time and unexpected things can and usually do happen. Miriam was prompt, calm and even a little humorous in letting us know what was happening on the home front. For instance, though our neighborhood is quiet and friendly, wouldn't you know that in the first week a minor traffic accident occurred right outside our house. No one was hurt, our property was not damaged, only a downed street sign. Later, a cluster of electric outlets stopped working in the kitchen and Miriam did all the reasonable things to figure out the problem to no avail. Fortunately plenty of other outlets were available to use. We had a bit of a heat wave with no rain and Miriam and I communicated about extra watering for which I was grateful. As a former homeowner, Miriam was familiar with the things that can come up and deals with them in a straight forward logical manner with no drama. It was so nice to come back to a home that felt lived in-in a good way! Clean and tidy, plants upright and smiling, no stuffy vacant house smell, and a puppy who was enthusiastic about seeing us but not in that post-kennel desperate way. Miriam is a wonderful communicator. We agreed on a check-in about every 4 days and sure enough she would send a brief text and a couple of photos of things she knew we would be interested in: proof that the fig tree was sprouting leaves, the columbine was blooming and the dog was having a great time on walks and riding in the car with her nose out the window. When Miriam inquired about our home she had a couple of needs: high speed internet and an outlet to charge an electric car. No problem on our end and we appreciated that she made clear right up front what her requirements were. She gets my highest rating. Your home and pet are in very competent and respectful hands with Miriam.

Megan took great care of my 3 large pups and home while I was on vacay. She is newer with fewer reviews, so far, and I'll leave some specifics below in case any future potential sits want more details. In short, I would definitiely use her again if opportunity arises! -She sent updates as we discussed - let me know all was going well, couple cute pics of puppers. Some sitters sent tons of updates all day long, or none at all, despite my request to let me know end day 1 all is well and maybe a pic every other day. Megan provided what I asked for! -There was a minor neighbor issue (nothing to do with sitter!) and she reached out to emergency contact as I was unreachable. So excellent communication and handling a minor issue that could not be predicted. -House was clean upon return. I've had some sitters not do this or only kinda clean up. 3 large pups easily leave behind a lot of sand and fur. I appreciate the effort to have house look same when I returned as when I left. -Provided arrival and departure ETA's on the sit begin/end days to facilitate my departure and return. -Notified me about concern with one of the pups eye. It gets red and goopy at times (allergies) and was no concern to me but I appreciated her observation and update. Confident my pups were well taken care of!

Cristina and Ben were terrific guests and caretakers for Scotch. Communicative, clean, considerate and responsible. Highly recommended for future sits.

Kate was nothing short of incredible! They sent me great updates, and it was clear my kitty was very happy with them. When I came back, my apartment was even cleaner than I’d left it, which made returning from a trip so relaxing and easy. I hope Kate wants to sit for me again someday! :)

This was the second time Tino and Tenaj watched our 2 Rottweilers. Once again, we arrived home to a house that was clean and 2 very happy dogs. They will always be welcome to stay for us. Definitely our go-to Housesitters. Thanks Guys!!
