We have boarded our dogs several times at Waggin Tales and they always seem happy and comfortable there. Much more so than boarding at places where they are kept indoors the whole time. Our dogs love being outside during the day at Waggin Tails, getting to play with other dogs! Donita is great with our babies.

Cannot recommend! Last week, we used Waggin’ Tails B&B to board our dog for the first and last time. The outdoor facility is large, beautiful and crowded with dogs who are mostly separated by size or temperament. The indoor areas are for cooling and crating the animals. We’re new to the area and needed boarding for our 2-year-old, 25 lb. pup while we travelled out of state so we checked out the facility and did a couple of days of ½-daycare and everthing seemed fine. With that said, I assumed there was adequate staff & supervision but was mistaken. I later learned from Donita (the owner) that between daycare and overnight boarding, only 1-2 people care for 40+ animals. Late afternoon, on our third day of boarding, we received a call from strangers who found our dog scared, thirsty and tired on a busy, winding road in a heavily wooded area quite some distance from the facility. I immediately called and texted Waggin’ Tails and they didn’t even realize our dog was gone! From long-distance, we recruited friends to care for our pup and made plans to return from our trip early. When my husband went to get our dog’s belongings, Donita (the owner) seemed cool, distant and offered no apology only acknowledging that she was glad the dog was ok. She wasn’t sure when or how our pup got out but showed an area in the fence she “thought” the breech occurred which seemed very unlikely as our dog could never jump that high nor is athletic enough to climb over a picket fence. I’m not trying to vilify Waggin’ Tails B&B, but the large number of animals with limited supervision, put our sweet dog at great risk.

I have used this boarder for over six years. My schnauzer suffers from anxiety and they make her feel at home. Wouldn't take her anywhere else.

Waggin’ Tails is a great place for your pup to rest and relax while you’re away. They are genuine dog people - having quite a few of their own pups as well. Caring and compassionate are the words that come to mind when I think of these guys - I’m honored to know them and call them my friends and clients.

My dogs love this place! This is the only boarder that when I bring my dogs home they act normal right away. They also have convenient pick up hours. I used to drive all the way from Fayetteville just to take my dogs here. Would give it 10 stars if I could.

I've been letting my fur baby stay here for a couple years now on a very frequent basis, since we travel a lot, and my Lala loves it there. They love her too. She gets so excited and everyone there is so nice!

Our regular groomer closed so we hadn't been to the groomer all summer. Our dog was a mess. I took him in there and she just tore me up. She told my dog she wouldn't even send him home. Finally I kindly said we would go somewhere else. She was still mouthing things as I was walking out the door. So very unprofessional.

We love (as does our dog) Waggin Tails. We will not take him anywhere else. They take wonderful care or our "little guy".

Excellent facility, owner is amazing

I have used Angel pet sitters a few times. Wonderful professional operation! They had the experience needed to care for our cat that has diabetes and give his injections 2x per day. Left messages and photos from each visit. They go above and beyond. I highly recommend!!!

Susan was wonderful and loving to my dog and two cats while I had to be out of town. It meant so much to me that I didn't have to worry about my babies!

My 40 year old parrot has never needed a pet sitter, as I have always lived near friends and family, but I recently moved to this area and don't know anybody. So when I suddenly needed a pet sitter, I was very very anxious! Parrots are not easy animals, and Gandolf is especially ornery. Lisa Hubble to the rescue! I immediately liked Lisa when I met her, and could tell she's had a lot of experience with animals. She texted me to let me know all was well when she was taking care of Gandolf, and sent me a video of him enjoying a snack. She went above my expectations by cleaning one of his food containers and had great attention to detail. Will definitely book again!

Angel Pet Sitters really lived up to their name! Our sitter, Vanessa, was amazing -- wonderful with our kitties. She took excellent care of them, spent time with them, and even made sure everything was tidied up in our home for our return. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking to keep their pets in their home while they travel. Reliable, responsible, and went above and beyond!

We have used Angel Pet Sitters the last few times we went out of town. We have exotic pets that require special care, and our sitter has been able to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our pets. They have been courteous, responsive, and punctual. Overall a delight to work with — not to mention the reasonable prices! We couldn’t recommend more highly.

Vanessa is wonderful. She takes excellent care of our Doberman (who loves her) and 5 cats. She is very responsive and dependable. I highly recommend her and Angel Pet Sitters!

Lisa does a great job taking care of our kitties! They are old and grumpy and one of them needs several medications, but we never have to worry when we travel. Lisa always makes sure they get everything they need.

Highly recommend! My family and I have 3 cats, and we went on vacation for 10 days. We've never left the cats at home before, so I was very nervous and stressed about this. We hired this company and were assigned to Erika Reed, who came twice a day every day while we were gone to care for our kitties. She sent photos during every visit and took great care of them - all anxiety I had was gone because of her great communication and updates. Also, one of our cats was sick with an upper respiratory infection and required a 3-step medication process every day until we returned which, with cats, is no fun. Erika was on TOP of it and when we came home, our kitty was totally recovered!!! Also, the cats weren't standoffish at all (how cats can get if left alone too long) .. it was like we never left. Thanks to Erika! Really appreciate you!

I have used Angel Pet Sitters many times and have been very pleased each time. I am especially happy with Erika - she took excellent care of my cat and was fantastic at communication. She checked in and sent pictures and was overall wonderful. Highly recommend.
