Anthea was so helpful in her instructions and details prior to the trip. I felt welcomed immediately. The location and the house were amazing, comfortable and homely. I loved Shandy and Dubh. They were the best company. They were so much fun to mind and they were so caring and loving, keeping me company!! Walks on the beach were the best and it was lovely to see them play and run really fast. The month went so quickly. Antheas brother was so kind and thoughtful when he called to check in. We loved our weekend stay at Lucy’s! Everything went very smoothly. Turk was very easy to care for, super cuddly and sweet. He is quite a character! :-). Lucy’s place was cool and comfortable, very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning. Turk enjoyed cuddling with us watching TV or when we had a nap. We definitely recommend housesitting for Lucy!
I had a great time in Castle Rock thanks for Dave and his lovely wife DeEtte. Their home is lovely and all of the plants just made it even better. Dave replied to all of my questions very quickly and communicated with me very quickly if there were any changes to the schedule. I highly recommend sitting for Dave, I would sit for them again in a heartbeat!
This house sit was SOOO AMAZING. Great area, walking distance to public transportation and to good restaurants. The house was beautiful. Melissa had a nice room ready for us when we arrived. Toby and Angel the puppies were great. Angel was just as her name describes, nice, calm, and easy going. Toby was a little more excited and outgoing. When it came to bed time Angel went right into her kennel and to sleep she went, but not Toby. He didn't seem to like his kennel so we let him roam around the bedroom until he got tired and went to sleep in a corner. We thought the house sit was amazing and would house sit for Melissa again give the opportunity. -R&R
Helen very kindly said I could do her sit with my little (bichon x shi tzu) Ruben. Helen has a lovely basement flat (so easy access to back garden area) in the vibrant West End of Glasgow. There are plenty of attractions round about which I have visited before as I don't live too far away so while staying at Helen's I often took the dogs in the car to the countryside which is within a 45 min/hour drive. There is also the River Kelvin flowing through that part of Glasgow which has numerous walks. The Jack Russell Elsi I was looking after is a lovely dog - no problem to look after at all. Nice comfortable large flat and the bed I had was super! Would recommend this sit.
