We had an amazing experience sitting for Brian and Grace. Their Golden Retriever, Nellie, was an absolute delight—so kind and playful that we already miss her! The house was clean, cozy, and welcoming, making our stay very comfortable. If I could, I would give them 10 stars! We highly recommend house sitting for Brian and Grace and would love to do it again.
Kaye and Colin were kind enough to open their home to us so we could expand our experience with Trusted House sitters. They were so welcoming and fun, and we felt at home right away. Kaye was very informative with us and made sure we were comfortable and knew our way around the house. You will fall in love with the snuggle monster that is Maggie right away and will love walking her. The house and location is beautiful with lots to explore. Would return anytime, highly recommend!!
A beautiful sit. Really lovely pets (although we didn’t actually get Ziggy this time, we had met him twice beforehand and he’s just gorgeous), very happy purry cats who loved a cuddle and kept our laps warm! Nicki is also a really lovely lady, so welcoming and engaging. We had excellent communications with her from start to finish, and instructions were super-helpful. Definitely recommend!
It was such a privilege to get to house sit for Maria and Matt in the beautiful countryside of Devon. This was our first house sit and we really lucked out. They have the most beautiful home, the three most adorable cats toulouse, khaleesi and lali, two goats, three ducks and chickens galore. It was idyllic, waking up everyday surrounded by nature, fresh chicken and duck eggs, access to fresh apples and all the produce from the herb and vegetable patch and the most delicious home made ham. Maria explained everything clearly in terms of animal feed times and routines, and they were the easiest to follow. We had a fabulous time and can’t wait to return to Feather Nook sometime in the future.
I really enjoyed my time with Marmite and Vasco in their deeply restful peaceful home. Marmite is so sweet and gentle and loved cuddles, and Vasco is really sweet and sensitive and would come for cuddles especially in the morning and he liked to have his own space during the day. Nikki and Sundeep are amazing people and I was so lucky to spend a night with them on their return, they have two beautiful children whom I really enjoyed spending some time with too. Nikki was so kind and helpful, her instructions were really clear and organised and easy to follow so everything flowed very smoothly. I would highly recommend this, and I didn't even mention the location which was stunning. It would be a pleasure to return and housesit another time if they would have me.
Sitting for Dana and Todd was a wonderful experience. Instructions were clear, and they checked in with us frequently to find out if we needed anything. Gator, the young Blue Doberman is smart, playful, and so very loving and lovable. Kate, the senior citizen Australian Shepherd is so funny and precious. We could tell what she wanted by the look in her eyes, how she cocked her head, the tone of her whine, and where she went in the house when we got up to check on her. Catface, the beautiful middle aged shiny black cat talked to us, and loved to be pet and scratched. The three of them make a great eclectic fur family, and we love all of them so much! Thank you, Dana and Todd, for giving us the honor of hanging out with your precious fur babies.
