Stevie and Binx were super easy to look after and lovely to hang out with. Stevie loves lots of affection and will gladly keep you company when on the couch. Binx is a little more solitary but will still say hello! The place was lovely and relaxing for our stay and Leigh was always easy to get ahold of if we had any questions. We had a quick handover before the stay, which was perfect for showing us all we needed to know about the cats and house.
Gabrielle and Robert where lovely hosts and have a wonderful home. Toby and Charlie were good friends and companions and easy to care for. Though it wasn't warm enough to enjoy the pool, it is gorgeous and the terrace is fabulous for sitting and eating outdoors, as well as the lovely garden. Their home is in a lovely rural commune close to villages with services, food, gas etc. There are endless sightseeing places to go all within driving distance. I had a wonderful stay!
We can't think of anything that would make this pet sit better. Veila is accomodating, a great communicator, kind and generous. And the pups are energetic and sweet. Cooper likes to sleep at the foot of the bed and Buster came in every morning to snuggle a bit. Penny is more independent and slept in the front room. We learned very quickly that Penny didn't like some trucks or loud noises on our walks but a tight lead was all she needed to keep at bay. We also learned that Cooper was crazy about chasing the ball in the front yard each morning (or anytime) as we had our coffee. We loved taking the pups to walk small beaches and pathways around Dennis, a very pretty cape cod village surrounded by more very sweet towns. We highly recommend you jump on it if you get a chance to pet sit for Veila and her furry family. You will love it!
It was such a pleasure to sit for Jeanne. Her beautiful apartment is in the heart of Windsor and is a perfect location. Jeanne left clear instructions to care for Pip and Leo and her home. Both Pip and Leo have such personalities, they love to play with their toys and each other. They have a cat flap and come in and out as they please. It took only a day or two for both cats to warm to me. They love a scratch under the chin, and love when you play with them - specifically if you get down to their level e.g. sit on the ground or sit on the bed, they feel more comfortable. In terms of location, the castle is across the road and the apartment is close to many pubs and eateries, as well as the long walk. Thanks for a great stay, Jeanne.
Had a wonderful sit - Maya and Tucker are amazing Goldens! we went on lots of walks together and played in the backyard. Maya is just a sweetheart. Tucker has more energy and is also a great dog. Jeremy is an amazing host! He provided detailed instructions, was available for questions, and is so nice! The house is comfortable and high-tech, in a good, central location. would recommend!
It was lovely sitting for Ellen and taking care of her two sweet and cuddly dogs, Montana and Dexter. They are such good boys! The apartment complex is a dream for those who work remote; there is gym, pool, many desk areas and even a cappuccino machine in the lobby (such a treat!). There are plenty of green spaces nearby and areas to walk to the doggos. Ellen sent over a detailed welcome guide and responded right away to any questions that I had during the sit. I’d recommend this sit to others, and hope to be back one day to hang out with Dex and Monty!
