Your dog will be well cared for at the Petsmart Doggie Day Camp. My Cavalier has visited many times since we got him at age 7 months, and he just turned two. They really care for your pet and have planned activities during the day. You can bring your dog's dinner and they will keep it refrigerated if necessary. All the dogs are together in the playroom, both large and small. Which was a concern at first. However, we have never experienced an issue.

Extremely disappointed after bringing my dog for a nail trim and leaving with ragged rough cut nails including one cut far into the quick. When I asked why she was limping not one of the employees acknowledged me or even seem to care.

Michelle is awesome! She took great care of my two dogs. I have an Australian Shepherd mix that was a farm dog and never been to the groomer. He needed a lot of work and Michelle did a great job getting him all cleaned up. She also cut my Chihuahuas nails. Great prices, nice place and very knowledgeable. Very happy with MVP!

Michelle did an excellent job trimming my senior dog’s nails. She showed the ability and confidence to properly take care of him and keep him calm. I met Michelle while she was working at the Animal League, I was impressed with her care and empathy for all the animals. I would recommend MVP Pet Care for your pets needs.

Michelle has a very caring way with the animals she cares for. She’s careful, patient, kind and affectionate. My dog Maggie hates getting her nails trimmed, but Michelle carefully and patiently accomplishes the task with as little stress as possible. She is a friendly professional and I trust her with my dog.

Our wonderful dog Freeway was badly matted and Michelle took excellent care of him. Freeway has anxiety issues , but Michelle had great patience with him and did a marvelous job in grooming Freeway. I would highly recommend Michelle as a pet groomer. We will definitely keep Michelle as our groomer for Freeway.

MVP Pet Care is awesome! They provide so many different services, including nail trimming, grooming, dog walking, and Pet waste removal from the yard! They are so helpful and kind and my dogs just love them.

My little old lady dog received really nice care from Michelle. She's very professional, great at communicating with her clients; excellent at keeping me updated on how my Boston terrier is doing while I'm away. She's honest, trustworthy and really knows everything about dogs. I'm so glad she's helped me because I'm really reluctant to send my little dog to a kennel. Her ability to do in-home visits allows my dog to stay in her own home and yard.

We recently moved to Leesburg and had a lot going on with the home we purchased. Kitty Camp Cat Resort was recommended to us by the facility we boarded our dogs with and we are so glad they did. We boarded our baby for 10-days, which is the longest he's ever been away from us in the almost 11 years we've had him. He was so well cared for and loved by the owners. The way they have setup their facility is all about ensuring your cat is comfortable and happy. If you will be boarding your feline, we highly recommend Kitty Camp.

We left our two cats last weekend at this luxury cat hotel. I never worried about them at all. This is very unusual if me when leaving a pet at a kennel,, to not stress about leaving them. They were absolutely amazing. Our spoiled cats loved it!! I could tell they were not hungry or thirsty when we picked them up. I liked the different areas they could play in. They liked laying in the screened in outside area watching the birds and chickens in the backyard. They acted very relaxed and not stressed at all when we picked them up. They stayed two nights there. We were very happy with this cat hotel (closest thing to a cat hotel I've ever seen) and pampered also. We would bring our cats here again.

I highly recommend Kitty Camp Cat Resort! I was moving to The Villages and needing a place to board my kitty while I closed and moved into my new home. The first time I had called they were all booked up and I really wasn't sure what I was going to do. But luckily a week later they graciously reached out to me to let me know that they had an opening, and I am so glad I jumped on it. It was so nice putting my kitty in a resort where she didn't have to listen to dogs barking like the last place I had to board her. Kitty Camp Cat Resort was perfect in every way for my cat. She was boarded in a multi-level condo that was clean with lots of room for her to move around. The owner was great and I look forward to using them again in the future! I cannot describe how happy I am with the care that our two cats got during their stay at Kitty Camp Cat Resort. The owners are caring, love kitties and are truly concerned not only with the health of their visitors but also with the overall mental stimulation. The facility is extremely clean, and the cats receive daily care that mirrors their home schedule as much as possible. A bit about our experience follows. In April our home was hit by lightning and a fire broke out. We were diverted to a hotel but were only allowed one pet. I needed to find a safe, long-term place for our kitties. Luckily, I found Kitty Camp Cat Resort and the owner Jacquie. Kitty Camp only accepts cats, which provides a quiet environment that is further enhanced by the day-to-day routine that is structured to calm the cats. Kitties are given one on one attention and individually scheduled in a playroom and patio time in a safe outside screen room - catios (if approved by owner). A thorough in-take process helps the staff understand your kitties needs and how they can be best met. Our kitties stayed at Kitty Camp for almost 5 months. They are the same quirky fluffs we dropped off in April. I believe that if they had been at a facility that also boarded dogs that they would not have had such an easy transition. The constant barking would have scared them and they would not have had play areas where they could individually play. Book early as they have limited space! This place is great!! I had to evacuate for hurricane Milton. Last minute I found Kitty Camp!! I have big boys and they were taken care of perfectly. The place were the kitties a kept is very clean and organized!! Will use them for any future boarding needs.

Just picked up our little girl. We couldn't be happier with the love and care Jacque and her husband gave to Kokomo. We have never left Kokomo with anyone before we were always fortunate to have family or friends to take care of her. Jacques focus is to take care of your kitty just like you do, follow the same routines etc. There are 3 playrooms for your kitty and plenty of love. The resort is clean and well maintained. If you ever had doubts about boarding your kitty I wouldn't hesitate to contact Jacque and visit their Kitty camp resort. Daily rates are very reasonable. Recently boarded our kitty here for 6 nights. Jacque is thorough and cared for our guy as if he were her own. She even sent him home with a kitty camp treat. The people who run Kitty Camp are very caring. I had reservations to board my kitten in September. Unfortunately my kitten passed away recently. The people from Kitty Camp returned my deposit and sent me a beautiful handwritten card! It meant so much to me! I plan on using them in the future.

Most of the time he is great and our dog does well. This time, he hurt his back or something and never bothered to tell us until we got there and we are really in a bind. I understand if you are hurt and can’t do it but please let people know. There were no dogs there and he said he wasn’t boarding. He didn’t call us to let us know. We have to fly out tomorrow. Please be careful if you’re in a bind. You might be left hanging!

Owner was very accommodating when we needed immediate dog day care. Our dogs were nervous and he spent lots of time trying to find what best suited them. They were excited to go back the next day and he said they did better. We even ran late for pick up and he had no problems waiting for us as long as we kept him informed of where we were.

We have taken dogs to Jim's "camp" for about 12 years. They have always come home clean, well fed and well cared for. Our geriatric cat (who requires shots twice a day) recently spent a week there and came home totally unstressed. Boarding a cat is not always successful but I wouldn't hesitate to take him again.

We just used Gold Coast for the first time and we were very impressed. Jim took such good care of my baby while we were out of town. He was friendly, welcoming, and the kennels were very clean with lots of room for my big boy. We will be using Gold Coast from now on every time we go out of town and I cannot recommend him enough! Third time user and will no longer use. The owner is very rude and forgetful. We attempted to pick up our dogs on a Sunday and called at 230 to check in and he advised he was not open till 5pm. When we showed up at 445 he came out yelling at us in front of our kids that we "called him all day" and "It was his day off and he was watching football" and also told us we need to find a new kennel. We apologized and reminded him we only called once. When we got our dogs home they were both very hungry and thirsty. We will no longer recommend Gold Coast.

I have been bringing my four dogs to Gold coast Kennel for over 10 years. Jim has always been very accommodating and professional. My dogs have always been very well taken care of I would recommend Gold coast Kennel to anyone.

Last thanksgiving we came home to find our baby has been hurt in a fight. We wanted to pick her up them but he said she was fine and he was going to dinner 6 pm. 12 midnite he calls to tell us our chewie is dying.we got her and rushed her to the e.r.vet but it was too late..we still grieve everyday...💔 …

I called this place today and whoever the guy was I spoke to on the phone as VERY RUDE. I asked a simple question as to how many dogs he can handle and he told me that was none of my business and to go find someone else. Just for that I WILL NOT recommend sending your dogs to this place. VERY unprofessional and MEAN on the phone for basic questions. I have a high-energy German Shepherd mix with Doberman that had a lot of anxiety to play with other dogs. Liz helped me with this, her training sessions were engaging and tailored to my dog’s needs. Started to see results just after the first session. Liz is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her for anyone looking to improve their dog’s training and behaviour.

Just picked up our girl from a 10 day stay. Coco was very happy and well cared for. Liz always takes great care of our pup and we feel confident and worry free whenever she stays. Bonus is that any time we go to drop her off, she gets so excited when we are getting close to Liz’s house.

We were very lucky to find Elizabeth as we are snow birds and new to the area. We use Liz to watch our 60 lb Labradoodle at least twice a week for play days and several overnights on weekends for 4 months now. We will be going back home till next winter and will miss her excellent care for our dog. She is really great with all the dogs and actually supervises them all day while they play in the huge private yard or are taking a time out inside. Rest assured your dog will come home happy and tired after staying at Good Dog. I would highly recommend her and will be back next year.

Owner Liz Doyle has created a fun, safe and secure home away from home for dogs. Her property is designed with many opportunities for the dogs to play. Budzie enjoys both day care and overnight stays. Liz is professional, friendly and caring. Her rates are the most reasonable in the area. She taught him how to sit and wait before coming in! I always rest easy knowing my "Pookie" is with her.

Liz took excellent care of our dog Dallas while we travelled. She was loving and caring and worked patiently with his finicky eating habits. He Loved her large fenced yard. .

Liz takes such good care of our kitties when we are out of town!! They are always happy to see her which doesn’t happen often with other visitors. Liz is the best!

My Lola had lots of fun when she spent last Thanksgiving with Elizabeth. She provided wonderful care for my Havanese and I felt comfortable leaving my bay with her. I definitely recommend her for your furry friend.

Liz didn't talk to or touch our dog when we went to check out the place. I would not recommend her.

We have boarded our Chocolate Labrador Retriever at Miss Kate’s Bed & Biscuit for the last two years. They do an excellent job with the dogs. They have large fenced in lots (play areas), and segregate the dogs by size. You always worry when boarding your family pet but Miss Kate’s has cameras both inside and out in the play areas that you can access 24/7 via the web. I know our dog is well taken care of as evidenced by seeing him leap into the arms (now this is a 90lb Lab), of one of the young men that work there when I was dropping him off. The young man throws the ball/frisbee to the dogs out in the play area. We tried a couple of boarding places in the area before Miss Kate’s and we were not happy with them. We are glad that we found Miss Kate’s Bed & Biscuit and we highly recommend them should you need a place to board your dog.

As a potential client, I was eager to experience your services firsthand, especially considering the feedback I had received. Unfortunately, I found that the overall organization of the premises was lacking. The atmosphere was chaotic, and it appeared that operations were not being managed effectively. I had hoped for a more seamless experience, but it was clear that the staff, particularly the manager, was struggling to maintain order. This visit has left me with serious doubts about the capability of your team and the quality of service you provide. I believe that there is significant room for improvement in both management and overall organization. While I had approached this visit with an open mind, I regret to say that my experience did not meet my expectations. I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope that you will take steps to address them in the future.

I recently quit Miss Kate’s because I am an animal Lover and do not agree with the way things are run and who it is ”managed” by now. As someone who recently worked here, I would not bring my babies here. There are plenty of better taken care of and honest facilities with more experienced management to bring your pets. 💕🐾 Response to response: Falsely accusing someone of theft because you don’t like what they have to say is not only insane but also wildly unprofessional but I guess that is a continuous pattern for you.

When we moved to Florida, we were very concerned about finding a good place to take our Great Dane on a weekly basis for socialization. My husband and I travel a lot and at times we also need to board our sweet boy, which is always a huge concern for me. We found Miss Kates about two months after moving to Florida and our baby became a regular three days a week with them until we moved this year. For us, Miss Kates is more than just a place they were like family because that’s how they treated us and our boy, Kadim. We came to know the staff by name, and they knew us. I never hesitated to take him any time we had a need and we referred many people there! Not only do they allow the dogs to play with each other but the staff play with them as well; give them love, give them treats, make sure that they’re fed and loved! One thing I learned a long time ago as you can tell a lot about a place by how your dog responds. Kayden came to know when we would turn down the road leading to Miss Kates and would get so excited! We didn’t even need to have him on his leash. He would jump out of the car and run straight inside like, I’m here, I’m here, I’m ready to play! Picking him up and as a different story, he wouldn’t want to leave. ♥️ Kadim made so many new friends, as did we and we miss them greatly! 🐕‍🦺♥️🐾

I saw some people arguing with the owner in the reviews and I want to talk about something the owner said in the replies, she claims that her business is falling because of the "employees" and talking about 6 or 7 employees that she fired due to various reasons, some that don't make sense, and mentioned that she has never let anything happen to a dog in the past 6 years. I would just like to point out that every single one of the employees left a review talking about how the owner was a complete idiot, said she is horrible to the dogs, and is training their new employees to feed the dogs outside (which could be horrible if the dog decides to start playing), etc. To have almost all of your employees that got fired/quit leave a review like that is quite an accomplishment. Now about her saying that she hasn't let anything happen to any of her dogs in the past 6 years, within the past year and a half she has let 2 dogs die as well as one running away. This is an incredible feat to have, it's almost like it's her job to not let that happen. I wouldn't board your dogs here, I've seen first hand how they treat their dogs, trust me you don't want to have your dogs here.

I recently used Miss Kate’s Bed and Biscuit for dog sitting over a holiday weekend, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The customer service was quick and incredibly kind, accommodating my dog on short notice for a two-night stay. From the moment I dropped her off, it was clear that the staff treated her like family. My dog came back home happy and well-cared-for, showing all the signs of having been treated wonderfully. I highly recommend Miss Kate’s Bed and Biscuit for their exceptional care and outstanding service.

Miss Kate's is the best! My dog, Bella, enjoys her time there and I never worry about her when she's there. I wouldn't take her any where else. The staff is wonderful.

What an incredible place! I have five wonderful rescue dogs that are my children and this is the only place I would ever bring them and trust they would get incredible care. Huge enclosures (not cages or kennels) and giant fields for them to run in... And they're taken out every couple hours! Top-notch care and the facility is super clean and the people here are huge animal lovers. Highly recommend!

I don't know what we'd do without Miss Kate's and their wonderful staff. My wife and I work full-time, and having this five paw resort nearby gives us so much peace and joy knowing he's safe and cared for.

Not the same any longer - my pet did not want to stay there which tells you something. Staff turn over is evident and now you have to prepay and give 48 hours notice to pick up early or they will not refund any days not used. This model is the greed which is more improtant than the customer or the well being of your pets so it's the last time we use them.

There is no pet boarding/day care facility that can match or is better than here! Susanna and her husband are so amazing. They are true animal lovers and treat each one as if they are their own. I recently moved here and when I go out of town I’m always confident my 2 kids(dogs ) are in the Best of Hands If I could give 10 Stars I would!!! Oh, and a little FYI. Susanna is also a Veterinarian which is even more comforting.

Delilah gets so excited every time we bring her. The owners are extremely nice, amazing with the dogs and take great care of the dogs. There isn’t anywhere else I’d want to bring Delilah!

We have two cockerspaniels that have never stayed anywhere but home with us. We just took an overnight trip and they stayed at Charlie's Cabana in Wildwood. The owners are very nice and took exceptional care of our dogs. They sent updates as well as videos. We were so apprehensive about leaving them overnight but we know they were well taken care of. The facility is well maintained and they have a huge outside play area for the dogs. My dogs are gonna start going once a week for day camp. We highly recommend this place.

This place is paradise for our pets, the owners are a very kind and passionate young couple and in addition to this zuzanne is a veterinarian. It smells clean and looks very nice both outside and inside, I will definitely come back with my Coco for boarding and daycare!

This the best kennel that I have ever used for my dogs over a 30 year period. They were attentive and loving to my dog. They took such good care of him when he didn't feel well and was anxious from being left alone. I highly recommend them to take care of your dog. They offer a home away from home for dogs.

This place is awesome!! If you’re visiting The Villegas, go slightly out of the way to ensure your pup has a great time! The owners are calm, friendly, caring and the communication is wonderful. We receive updates, pictures and an overall reassurance that our pup is looked after! Can’t say enough. Also, when you approach the property, their pup, Charlie, is there to greet you with a wagging tail and ball in his mouth. He’s such a good boy. You can’t help but smile. And their foyer smells wonderful. Validation on how clean they keep everything. Yay Charlie’s Cabana!

Charlie’s Cabana was so accommodating and sweet to my dog Charley. I learned about this business from a FB group for The Villages. I’m new to the area and I called on a Sunday morning to see if they could keep my dog while the movers were unloading my belongings on Monday morning. Megan was so sweet and told me she would be happy to keep Charley for the day, just had to bring his shot records. Everything went so smoothly! Thanks Megan and Alex for helping my family!

Just picked up our dog, Drew, who was happily out playing with the other dogs! When we got there, Kathy let me see where Drew would be staying. The room was spacious and very clean. It is a bit of a drive for us to drop her off, but well worth it. The price is excellent and includes play time, she does have some nice extras that you can add on…we added a peanut butter Kong each day . We are headed home now and our dog appears happy and well cared for…see you next time!

We have been going to BTT for 6 years now and it’s so sad to say that we will not be going back. It was clean in the beginning now it should get O- Stars. We love that our pets are treated well there. Our dog was so happy when we made the turn to go into their driveway but happy to get home. Our rescue dog Peanut has had three owners and has been in three shelters before we adopted her. Bedtime Tails is exceptional. Peanut had her own private room with a raised platform type bed which we put her pet bed on top. She was taken out 5 time each day to play with dogs her own size. The last outdoor play time is around 8 pm at night. For a small fee they will give your pet extra attention and even doggie ice cream (the treat is not really ice cream and has no sugar. Specially made for dogs) Peanut got here treat at noon. She had her own dog food twice a day along with a little doggie ice cream at noon. A few of her dog biscuits after each play time. If you are looking for a caring facility to look after your cat or dog while you are away for a day(s), week or more this is a great choice. Peanut will be a regular customer when every we need someone to look after her when we can not.

Josey always returns happy and sleepy after a stay with Kathy at Bedtime tails. Bath nails and ears are a great way to finish off her stay. We are confident she's getting great care while we're away. My dog Bella has severe separation anxiety and can be nervous around other dogs. I do not use a pet boarding service often, but life happens and occasionally we need someone to look after her. We have tried so many places and have always ended up with horrible results - isolation, anxiety, days of recovery, and even throwing up and bloody stools. But now I finally found Ms. Cathy! She listened to our story and was willing to work with us to help keep Bella as comfortable as possible, and without tranquilizers. This is the first time I have been separated from Bella and had no issues. She was her normal self when I picked her up and I could tell from her behavior she had been well cared for. I highly recommend Bedtime Tails! I may even plan another a trip in the near future. :)

My first choice was booked so I asked for a recommendation. Bedtime Tails was one of the recommended places. They offered a tour which I really enjoyed seeing where my pup was going to be for 10 days. If my dog could talk, I think she'd say she had a great time. She came back looking healthier than before we dropped her off and happy. I took advantage of the additional services they offer, so when I picked up my little one she was smelling good, with cut nails and her ears cleaned. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be using them again as my first choice when the time comes.

I left my 11 year old rescue poodle with Cathy for 4 days. My dog takes a LOT of medicine. Cathy took excellent care of her and I am very grateful for the time I had to get out of town for a while. I hesitated leaving her in a kennel, but Cathy seems to run an excellent facility. UPDATE Second visit...Amber is now 12 and even more fragile. I left her even longer. This poodle is a rescue that requires a lot of care...old and fragile. Cathy returned her in PERFECT condition. Yes she is a lot of work, but Cathy and staff did it perfectly.

One of my real concerns about moving to Florida was to find a really good place to board our dogs and to find a place where they could go for 'day play'. I am beyond satisfied with the care and concern and facility of Bedtime Tails. I love the fact that the facility is not a large chain, it's independent and the BEST I've ever experienced ~ and our dogs have been to the highest recommended dog 'hotels' in the past. Not only is the owner and employees excellent, the hours work very well for our dogs. Our Jack Russell is .. well.. a Jack Russell! He's young, very energetic, crazy and it takes a lot to get him tired....I love the fact that he comes home tired and a good boy! He LOVES going to Bedtime Tails... when they take him from me to go play ~ he never even looks back and is super excited. It really helps to leave our fur-baby when you know they're so happy. Thanks Cathy and staff for being who you are and what you do!

So far I have no complaints. This is the first time using them for Abby, my Miniature Poodle Shihtzu mix. I can say the place was clean and the staff friendly. I had arranged Abby's stay weeks in advance. When I arrived they said I needed a local contact who could be at their location within 45 minutes. I had no problem with that but if they would have called and asked before her dropoff date or asked at the time I booked her stay it would have been done. Luckily I got a hold of my neighbors before my plane took off and gave them their contact information. I knew they wouldn't have minded just didn't know if they had plans. I was told that this was something new. Just glad I didn't have to cancel my trip.

Best kept secret boarding! This is the most awesomest place to board your Dogs or Cats and birds. Its very clean and bright and every room has a cute theme along with a Kitty bed and a TV. The place isn't too big but yet not too small and the girls that work there have been there for years and love their job. You can even come in for a free tour. Five star Pet Hotel

We had to board our 2 cats for about 3 weeks while we were relocating to Florida. Village Pet Villas was awesome!! The pet transport service was able to drop off the 2 fuzzies while we were still out of state & they were very well cared for. We were worried they might be traumatized but they were happy as clams here. The little condos are great. We visited once and the cats were very happy, purring & eating. The staff was great. Can definitely recommend them for your treasured pets.

We've used Pet Villas once before and our cat did very well. Staff was very interested in my pet and her needs. They were "pet friendly "! Our cat is there now as a matter of fact. Highly recommend.

I have been using Village Pet Villas to board my dog for a few months and I'm so glad I found them. The staff are amazing and they understand the stress both the owner and dog go through when having to board. I have total confidence and piece of mind in this facility and wouldn't take my dog any other place. They are the best!

This place is AMAZING! We brought our pup and kitty here from out of state, an were looking for just the right safety, care, and love for them that we give...And We Found it! The Manager Susan was Delightful an Warm to our situation of needs... The facility is Very Clean and Full of Love. We will be looking forward to returning and having our pets stay here Again. First time stay for Chi Chi, our 6 lb finicky chihuahua, was a charm. The spacious room, comfortable toddler size bed and surroundings made Chi Chi feel relaxed so he was able to eat, move around. He did not bark to get out as we left him..There was plenty of light so he could sun bathe as he wished. The facility is immaculate and free of any unpleasant odors. There was room for his small crate, favorite bedding and toys. They refrigerated his home made food and heated it up as needed. They followed all my wishes for his comfort and nutrition. When we arrived he was comfortably laying on his round bed brought from home i had placed on top of the toddler bed. And from what I saw the bedding on his small crate was used so he had his choice of any part of the room and beds he wanted to use. I am grateful for the care,atmosphere and we where able to leave with a peaceful mind. I have contacted several so called pet hotels they don't let you inspect the premises first AND the rooms are not spacious as the represent. They r more like cubicle rooms, and staff not so friendly....Thanks pet villas will be seeing you again as we begin to travel. Anyone able to donate to this beautiful place please do so, it is well worth having a place like this where you can be completely confident your pet WILL BE "SAFE" AND COMFORTABLE"!!!!!! with the comforts of home. If my Chi Chi was believe me ALL will be.

Here is an update to my original post and I added a couple of stars. I was contacted a couple of days later with apology and confirmation of available booking. I was then able to go on my 10 day vacation and when I returned my pup was happy and had been well cared for. I appreciated all efforts made to correct the confusion. The staff was very nice. I would be willing to use them again to board my dog. Original post (only 1 star rating) Not sure if it’s the business’ process or some irresponsible employees but I tried booking a reservation to board twice, 2 months and 1 month before my trip, and both times there was no physical record made of my reservation.

My cat stayed here for about a week and had a great time. She had space to move around and a window to look out of. The staff is wonderful and took the time to let her out and play with her. They even took her picture for a Christmas ornament! This was our first time boarding her, and we could not be more comfortable or pleased with the care she received.

I was needing boarding for my pet and I had come from out of state. I wasn’t aware of the influenza requirement so, I called to ask about scheduling the vaccine before boarding. The receptionist was rude and wasn’t helpful at all. Then, I called the Village Pet Hospital and their receptionist was also rude. She wasn’t helpful and didn’t give me a next available time they’d have a vet or nurse that could give the vaccine. She then referred me back to the Village Pet Villas. I ended up using another facility. I’m very happy with them and will NEVER call the Village Pet franchise again. If they don’t care about how they treat me obviously they won’t care for pet.

We boarded our dog for the first time, and let me tell you we will not go anywhere else. They took such great care of her! The staff is absolutely phenomenal! Great prices, clean facility, friendly staff, and you get updated pictures of your fur babies on Facebook. Thank you Sleepy Hollow for taking such great care of Hazel during her stay!! 10/10 recommended!!

We live our 2 mini dachshunds and take them everywhere we can with us. However we needed to find a place we felt comfortable with in leaving them for a cruise. After careful consideration and reading reviews we decided that Sleepy Hollow was the place we could trust to leave our furbabies. They have stayed several times now. From a 7 night stay to a 2 day stay. We know that the staff is loving, caring and treats then like we do which gives us comfort. We're happy to have a place we can take them to. One in which treats them as we do. Makes it easier not to stress when you can see how happy they are.

Sleepy hollow is my go to Kennel the staff is amazing very friendly and helpful without a doubt one of the best and cleanest in the area. Both my Pug and Border Collie has stayed with them numerous times and they have been nothing but the best with them. The area is always clean. 5/5 recommendations.

I have boarded my pugs there twice. The facility is small and homey and clean. My dogs usually come back from other places smelly and needing a bath but not at Sleepy Hollow. The staff are nice and helpful. Highly recommend

My dogs run in there when we take em and that signs to me that they love it. They’re always received with hugs and love from the staff. We board them there and when we pick them up they are clean,pedicured and healthy. We walk thru the kennel and it’s clean and spacious. I’m a forever patron of Sleepy Hollow Boarding & Groom

Our pups were cared for by the team at Sleepy Hollow for 8 days. One pup is an older dog. The other a spunky yearling. They apprised us of the status and were very understanding when we checked on them. When we picked our pups up, they helped me load things and also gave us a review on their stay. Thank you from our family- Crockett and Harley will be back for sure!

Sleepy Hollow took the best care of our lab/pit. She seemed so content and Sleepy Hollow posts daily FB pics of your pet. This country setting is relaxing, clean and overflowing with genuine love for your pets. Our Mia took an immediate liking to the young man who works there. Wish I could remember his name. All who work there are the best. I will definitely be a repeat client! THANK YOU SO MUCH SLEEPY HOLLOW!

We adopted a young dog about six months ago right before a trip that we had planned. We took a chance with Sleepy Hollow and have absolutely no regrets! Our sweet Shep has stayed with Melissa and her team three times now and I am so thankful that I don't have to worry about him while we are away. I love that they post pictures and videos for us to see. Everyone is so amazing and I will always highly recommend Sleep Hollow Boarding & Grooming to anyone looking for a safe place to leave their furry friend.

Awful groomer our dog had an awful gouge on her neck. Shaved way to close on face. Won't ever return there. She's came home shaken from the visit.

Love this place, everyone is super nice, very reasonably priced. And they seem to always make room for your pet, and my dog was super happy when i picked her up. Highly recommend this place.

Lisa has been taking care of my cats ever since I moved to The Villages almost a year ago. I do think the girls like her more than they like me. Lisa provides daily updates and pictures when I’m away and handles all of the requisite daily chores perfectly. She’s also flexible when travel plans change or flights get canceled or delayed. I would recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a reliable and conscientious pet sitter.

Lisa is great. She genuinely likes her pet clients. In addition to feeding and cleaning up after him, she plays with him and brushes him if he is willing. She keeps us updated through texts and sends pictures. We feel very fortunate to have found Happy Home Pet Care.
