Vanessa came in a day early which helped to further help her get acclimated to the house and pets. I have quite a crew of pets including fish and I never doubted that they would be well taken care of. She sent me pictures throughout my trip. I was out of country and never worried about the animals at all. They were played with, fed well, and given a whole lot of attention!
Kyle sat for two of our cats for a week while we were on vacation. He was great, and we'd absolutely recommend him! We left our two boys at home and got lots of updates including photos and meal updates. The house was left very clean and communication was A++ He even went out of his way to come a few days early to do a tour as we were not able to be there the morning we took off. I would not hesitate to have Kyle back to take care of our cats and our home.
Wonderful place! Neko (cat) does his own thing for the majority of the time, but when he comes in, if he isn't sleeping, he enjoys cuddles and pets. Skye (dog) is very shy at first. If you lay flat on the floor and say her name over and over again, she enjoys it and will come up to you and give you kisses. Don't rush to touch her because it will make her run away. She will warm up to you. She loves playing around and is extremely easy to walk! People and cars don't bother her. There's a nice backyard to sit and lounge in while Skye is out back. She enjoys the company! Plenty of cool places to check out if the weather is nice. If you like Mediterranean, I recommend the Wrap It Up food truck in the food truck park. So good and kept me full for the whole day at a reasonable price.
We enjoyed our stay watching Billy and Binkie. They love to run around the apartment and lay in the sun. Lettuce time is hands down their favorite part of the day. The apartment had great natural light and a good wfh set up. Wi-Fi worked well and there was a peloton available as a bonus.
I had an awesome time watching Duncan and Freddie! They are super sweet, friendly dogs and incredibly easy to care for. And Caitlin and her husband were wonderful hosts! Highly recommend watching these pups!
I had the most wonderful week with Gunnar! Anne was lovely and left such clear information and her home was incredibly tidy and cozy. I would recommend this housesit to anyone!
We had a wonderful time in Anne's place. Super comfortable bed, clean house, and it even come with cleaners on the day we leave :D. Frankie is very friendly and adorable~~~ Very easy to look after. There are plenty of nice and affordable cafes around the area, all within walking distance. Thanks, Anne, for the extra day we stayed during the gap. We really appreciate your help.
I spent two splendid long weekends in Carouge with Gringo and Helios at Lyndas home. It was all the time (before-during and in the end of the stays) a smooth conversation by WhatsApp to Lynda. She even picked me up at the station and showed me everything. Her apartment is well-equipped and very comfortable to stay in. I felt like at home. Gringo and Helios are two easy-going, super lovely and well-educated cat-brothers. They don‘t need much but a good time to sleep, some cuddles every day and a big bowl of food. So I got enough time to stroll through pittoresk village Carouge with its unique shops, bakery’s and Cafés. Thank you very much to Lynda, you are a super host! and hopefully another time. All the best.
