I had a wonderful time looking after Putty in Vicki and Bob’s serene home! Putty is an awesome companion—super friendly and communicative. He will come to you when he wants to go outside or have a bite to eat. He is also a great cuddle buddy and will collapse on your lap when you’re watching TV. Sometimes he will trick you and pretend he wants to go outside, but instead he will lead you to the front steps for cuddles. He’s such a great kitty with a brilliant personality! Vicki and Bob were also fantastic. I felt well looked after. They provided a detailed welcome guide and did a thorough walk-through before they left. They bought some of my favorite snacks and food, which was so sweet of them! Their beautiful home is surrounded by trees and gets a lot of morning and evening light. I was so relaxed and comfortable in their home. I gave them daily updates and they were responsive, great communicators, and truly a pleasure to chat with! Thank you Vicki and Bob for trusting me to care for your sweet Putty. I would highly recommend this sit to all kitty lovers!
We had a great stay with Tony and Kim. We were made very welcome and given all the information we needed. Harvey and Rosie are very friendly dogs. Thank you for everything.
Woody was definitely one of the most special dogs I’ve looked after so far. He was always around, or sitting on my lap while I was working, or on my feet when I was cooking. The best time of the day was definitely going to the park for his long walks, he gets sooo excited, and the experience of bringing him on a bike was something very different and fun to me, I enjoyed every minute of his company! The house has everything we need, it is located in a nice area and the neighbours were very kind. I went to the house and met the whole family before the sit started and Eli showed me where to take Woody for his walks and everything about the house as well. They are really nice people and great with communication! I definitely recommend this sit and would love to do it again. I still miss Woody :(
AMAZING house sit! Gemma and Sam were so welcoming and such organised hosts. We had the most amazing time exploring the area with their beautiful dog Igloo! Igloo is an active and incredibly well behaved dog! We enjoyed exploring the surrounds, with multiple hiking trails nearby! Gemma and Sam were so helpful with recommendations of nearby attractions and having their local knowledge of conditions (ie. snow on trails) was super helpful. We also loved relaxing with Igloo post walk taking in the beautiful views with a coffee on the deck. Cannot fault this sit, we had an incredible week. Absolutely would sit again!
Welly is a truly sweet-natured, happy boy and it was a joy to look after him and his beautiful home, which overlooks the stunning city of Bath. Ros and Richard's period home is tastefully furnished, clean and comfortable, and you'd struggle to find a property better placed for accessing both the city and great off-lead dog walking opportunities, since High Common is just a hop, skip and a jump away. Wellington has excellent recall and never strays far, so is a great companion. He is a placid, gentle boy who is friendly with other dogs of all shapes and sizes, as well as all humans. He is a follower rather than a leader and happiest when receiving affection and words of love. ❤️ A hugely enjoyable sit. Thanks to Ros for inviting us.
Lola is the sweetest dog ever! I absolutely loved sitting with her. She is playful and fun, but she will also curl up on the couch with you, and follow you to bed and cuddle up. She is a delight and very easy to care for. Andi and her husband are a very welcoming and kind couple, and their home is comfortable and cozy, full of art and books, with a beautiful backyard. They made me feel at home while I was there, and went out of their way to make sure I enjoyed the sit. It is in a safe and very peaceful neighborhood in Palo Alto, perfect for walks, and just a couple blocks from a beautiful little community garden. Andi was very communicative and helpful throughout. Ten stars!
