teta
As my first ever sit, I wasn't too sure what to expect but Teta was very generous and accommodating and by the time they left for their trip, I knew what was expected of me.

As for Jumble, he was genuinely amazing, a gentle beast. He was so good off the lead and generally responsive to calls, when he gets to a fork in the road, he turns and asks you which way we're going. And then when you answer, he bounds off happily in that direction. Could have walked with him all day.

Genuine thanks for the experience, the house and the area is beautiful and I would happily return.

Kerry
Kerry and Mark made us very welcome. Their home is very comfortable and tastefully furnished.
The house is in a pretty and very peaceful location with plenty of interesting places to visit nearby. Cotehele House (National Trust), Kit Hill with panoramic views, Calstock, a former Cornish mining village with tearooms and pubs and the Tamar Discovery Trail. Communication with Kerry was very good. Ruby is a sweet natured old lady who no longer needs walking, just TLC and attention. We enjoyed our sit over the Easter weekend. Thank you Kerry and Mark.

Alison
We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
Both Gaia and Elton are wonderful pups! We truly fell in love with them. Cheerful, cuddly, playful and just really friendly. It’s a pure pleasure to sit them. They both are hilarious with their own personality. They get really excited about walks, ball, cheese and… cow poo 😄 beware of the last one! 😉 There are plenty of great walks around. Forest walk seemed to their favorite. But the common was pleasant as well with all the meadow flowers.

Our host, Alison and Neil are wonderful couple. We left inspired by their energy and approach to live. They are people of many hobbies: travels, yoga, building community shop (with volunteers and their own ideas only!) or practice in a choir! Two busy bees with heartwarming impact on their community and brilliant ideas!

Thank you for this nice experience. We would love to host you in Berlin any time!

Desiree
Desiree and the furr family were so so welcoming, I didn’t want to leave the farm! Every animal has their own sass and although there is a lot to do, it is manageable, leaving plenty of time to tend to your own remote work. I thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the family, the peaceful sounds of the wild and the fresh country air. I would absolutely sit for Desiree again. A really heartwarming experience!

Sally
We absolutely ADORED everything about this sit, if we could give it 10 stars we would. Sally & Martin went above and beyond as homeowners, welcoming us into their lives like family. We had everything we could ask for in terms of information about the house, a cosy bed and ensuite and even dinners and breakfasts together before the sit began which was wonderful. Sally took us on a walk from the door before leaving, so we knew exactly where we could take Buster which was incredibly helpful and Martin sent us the most comprehensive guide of things to do, see and where to eat in the local area and they even sent us a delivery of craft beer from the nano brewery during our stay! Buster is a dreamboat, the goodest boy in the world and a king cuddler. He loves company, loves his walks and snuggling by the fire all of which we were happy to oblige. Everyone in the village is so genuinely lovely and they all know Buster, it's like walking a mini pop star! Sally & Martin have a gorgeous home and it was a true delight to have been chosen to sit for them. We'd go back in a heartbeat! Huge thanks to Sally, Martin and Buster - we hope to see you again soon! Love Mel & Matt

They were very responsive and communicative and friendly. Made us feel at home. Clementine is so fun and sweet. It was truly hard to leave her. She stole our hearts. She started talking to us a lot and we knew what she meant. 😌
We liked Fitchburg. The Capitol City Trail across the street is beautiful. Walked it almost every day at least once. It goes on forever; a lot to explore.
Was really nice to have the pool access since it got super hot while we were there.
It's a really good sit and we recommended them.
