Alex & Derek were the perfect housesitters and took wonderful care of our dog, Penny! She was comfortable with them from the start, and from the pictures they sent, we could tell she really enjoyed herself. We appreciated that they took the time to read and follow our welcome guide, and their kind and calm energy helped us feel confident leaving Penny and our house in their hands. It was also the best feeling coming back to a spotless house, fresh flowers and beautiful pictures of Penny. It was lovely getting to know them and would invite them back without hesitation!

Manel was delighful to work and communicate with during my recent trip. Manel communicated regularly in the time leading up to his sit, he was attentive to instructions during our walk through, even reminded me that we could take the dogs for a walk! Manel stayed in touch with me while I was away, with photos of the pups, and left my home very clean and tidy!! I'd highly recommend Manel for your dog sitting needs.

Mariana is a very nice clever and polite young woman. She is discreet, but she understands immediately what is needed even without speaking. I had the occasion to spend a few days with her before my departure and after my return and I can say it was a pleasure to have her around, it was like having a person of the family, perfectly acquainted with the rules and habits of the house. During my absence she sent me every day photos and news of Lisa and when I came back, late in the evening, I found a tasty supper waiting for me. The apartment was tidy and everything was at its place. She took also good care of my numerous plants. I strongly recommend her as a pet sitter

Luis took really great care of everything while I was gone again. I trust him completely to know what needs to be done and let me know if theres any issues. Not only did he take great care of my dog but also went above and beyond and took care of the plants and other things that happened including a sick chicken. Hes always welcome back

Fernanda and her family were dream house sitters. It was such a relief knowing that my furbabies were being lovingly cared for by Fernanda and family. We were in daily contact and Fernanda sent plenty videos and even facetimed. Coming home to our house being spotlessly clean was also hugely appreciated. I was so happy when Guiliana and Adam applied to housesit and now I know why. They are so well organized and provided top notch care to my dog, Willow and Oli, my cat. It's always a good sign when you get home and they are happy to see you, but not overly because they were so well cared for. Everything went seamlessly well for both the pets and other overall care of my apartment and plants. It was very clean when I got back, which was nice after a long time away. Guiliana even provided a google doc to make sure there was no room for error or forgetting to feed the pets between both of them, an extra layer of assurance that nothing fell through the cracks. They provided great updates and the cutest photos of Willow on her many great adventures as well as Oli, Guiliana's work assistant. I hope to have Guiliana and Adam back for another sit in the future and enjoyed meeting them.

I cannot praise Olena enough for the loving care that she gave my dog Barkley while I was vacationing for almost 3 weeks. Barkley is an old and temperamental girl and required special care and patience. All of this Barkley was given with Olena. Olena sent me videos and updates daily which warmed my heart and comforted me that Barkley was happy. I came home to a very clean house and a dog that was content. I hope she can stay with Barkley again in the future.

My stay at JC's place was fantastic! Linus is the most adorable pup! He is very smart which made playing with him and going on walks very easy and also fun. JC's house is right next to a nature trail ( I would often see moose and foxes!), so it was easy to get morning/evening walks in. Friso has a TON of easy and low grade hikes which were perfect for long afternoon walks. JC made me feel very welcomed and comfortable in her home. The house was a dream getaway, very tranquil and unique. The location is great too - right in town and close to skiing. She gave very clear and detailed instructions about care for Linus and for her home. Any questions I had she was quick to answer them with clarity. JC really went above and beyond as a host! I hope to sit for JC again in the future - I would high recommend spending time with Linus!

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Manuela and Shawn's house. Bubbles and Eddy are so sweet and not complicated to take care of! 

Their house is located in the countryside where I was able to see lots of animals : blue jays, wild turkeys, cows, etc. I was able to feel at home very quickly due to Manuela and Shawn's warm welcome.  

I really enjoyed taking care of their sweet loving cats and I would be happy to come back anytime. ☀️

Spending time with Naomi's pets was wonderful! Naomi made us feel welcome and was always happy to answer al our questions. The dogs and cat were so cute and we miss them already. If you like cuddles, this house is defenitely the place for you.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable sitting experience! The host was warm, charming, communicative, organized, and thoughtful in terms of leaving out everything I needed. Lovely house with all the key amenities, really great location within walking distance of metro, grocery store, Kennedy Center, and other desirable destinations. Lucia the macaw was curious, intelligent, fascinating to watch, and easy to care for. I am very appreciative that I was able to have this experience and would gladly do it again.
