Hands down the best place for my dog. The staff are so warm and caring, even staff members I haven't met before greet my dog by name and seem to know who he plays with and how his days go. I have a very intense, extremely high energy, easily bored, destructive puppy. In a previous daycare (equally warm staff, but less staff members present and no toys/equipment for playing), my dog would come home tired but his manners would deteriorate after his time there. Sometimes he'd play a little too rough with other dogs and often he would smell bad. I believe this was due to poor supervision (dogs urinating and it not being cleaned promptly, unsupervised play getting too wild and rough). My dog has as good (or better) manners after going to Downtown Dogs and this was evident after his first week there. I work a lot and really appreciate that there is a place to bring my puppy where he gets to play, interact with other dogs and humans, and just be himself and thrive. I also appreciate that all the work I put into his training doesn't go out the window when I leave him at DD. They also offer a lot of a la carte activities, treats, playtime, etc. and sign up for these and regular services is really easy (online, by phone or email, or sign up sheet in lobby). Can't express how grateful I am to have found DD and that they love my dog so much!

Super care givers and handlers. Our dog is happy to go and happy when we pick him up. We love the one on one activities and being able to look in on the streaming video. Go Amber and Jackie, Clipper loves ya, and so do we!

My pup absolutely loves it here! I don't have to worry about him when he's here; I know he's having a good time and, as a bonus, he comes home exhausted. Everyone on staff is super friendly and responsible. They provide honest feedback about your pup, both good and bad. Additionally, they meticulously keep track of everything your pup needs, including food, treats and enrichment activities. They also ensure that my dog doesn’t get overstimulated by giving him enough breaks during the day. Their evaluation process gives me confidence that my pup will get to play with dogs of similar temperament and won't get bullied.

10/10 would recommend this facility! I was incredibly nervous leaving my dog in the care of someone who wasn’t me, but the employees here made me feel comfortable doing so. They are all kind and clearly love dogs. I love that I am able to check in on her through their live webcams, as well as having the option of “pupdates”, where they text you pictures/videos throughout the day. They have so many enrichment options to choose from to add something a little special to your dog’s day, which I always choose! My dog has gone here a few times and each time she is excited to go in and greet the workers/other dogs. I still get nervous leaving her, but knowing that she is genuinely being looked after/cared for makes me feel a little bit better. Definitely check this facility out if you are considering doggie day care!!

Both San jose and Palo Alto locations are great. The staff is friendly and always doing special events for the dogs. I appreciate that your dog will also learn how to play well with other dogs and can practice other skills like obedience and agility.

Downtown Dogs offers great enrichment activities and weekly treats that pet parents can choose from. My boy is never bored when he’s there. The great staff really get to know the dogs and best of all they really like the dogs who are in their care.

we love the staff and facility at DD! Our dog loves it here soooo much. We are never concerned leaving him when we go on trips. We know he is safe and taken care of and the little add ons of activities, treats, play time, and photo shoots make the experience that much better and cuter. 10/10 we love our DD family

This is a gem of a dog care facility. The staff are truly amazing. Their understanding and patience with Bernard’s quirks, like his playful habit of going through legs or his less charming moments of mounting, have been great and they handle correcting behaviors well. Bernie has been a regular for a few years now and absolutely adores his daycare and overnight stays. Whether it’s for a day or a week, I recommend this place!

I’ve been bringing my dog to downtown dogs for 2 years now, and would absolutely recommend them to others! It’s always a good sign when my dog is eager to go through the day care door every day. I love they have an evaluation before allowing any dog into the daycare, they put a cap on the staff to dog ratio, they have a they have 2 hr lunch breaks during the day to feed them and let them relax/digest, they are so accommodating of my pup who has his unique personality quirks, and they are great about giving feedback on my pup’s day each time I ask. Also, the staff is always so friendly and provides great customer service!

We absolutely love this place. From the first time that we brought our 11 week old to a puppy social here, we knew we had found an awesome group of people that we could trust. They are usually booked for daycare 3 days out and extended overnight boarding needs a month or more notice. We've been coming here for a year and a half now and every Thursday Artemis gets super excited and bounces off the garage door hoping to get to go for the day. The webcams are clutch and let parents watch how much fun our furbabies are having without us! This week we went through another puppysitting agency and we thought we were going to be ok being out of town for a week. Boy were we wrong. Even though we had introduced Artemis to the sitter beforehand and they seemed to get along, the sitter just couldn't get Artemis to trust her. It took a neighbor and their pup coming over to get her to feel safe enough to be leashed. Fast forward to a repeat of the situation the next day at the sitter's place. We were out of town and there was absolutely nothing we could do. Artemis was stressed and didn't feel safe, so was the sitter! Downtown Dogs really came through for us. Even though they were already fully booked, they listened to our situation and agreed that they were the safest place for Artemis to be, so they took her in! I am soooo glad that we had been bringing her here for soo long! Artemis is in a happy place where she knows and loves everyone and she gets to play with her pupfriends.

the great reviews are true! We chatted with Alexandra and Ed about their services for our two kitties. They were very responsive and set uontime to meet in person. They are insured with pet CPR certification. They were friendly and welcoming, yet thorough and attentive with questions. They took fabulous care of the cats, and shared pics of them and the immaculate litter box. They even changed the litter genie and swept up stray litter. The cats seemed quite happy. Shout out to this fabulous service. It gave us such peace of mind, which is so important. I cannot recommend them enough.

Extremely professional and reliable! Alexandra has been taking care of our cats whenever we have gone away on vacation over the last three years. It's always difficult to leave our fur babies behind, but Alexandra's professionalism gives us peace of mind when we're away. It also helps that she sends regular email updates with pictures (sometimes video) of our cats! It's so nice to come home to clean and happy kitties after being gone for a few days. Alexandra & Ed have been taking care of our dog for almost two years now. We've had them walk our dog regularly during the week and have also had them stay over while we've been out of town. Lovable Pet Sitter is not some big pet service conglomerate. You will have the same familiar person taking care of your pet. It's been really important to us because our dog does not warm up to strangers easily and we feel at ease knowing that our dog is in good hands when we're away. We highly recommend them.

Lovable Pet Sitter took care of my cat for two weeks and they were fantastic. I got text message updates and pictures as well about my cat every time Alexandra came over, which was great and a huge relief. They provided an extremely reliable, excellent service and I would highly recommend it. They also have reasonable prices that are on their website and very straight forward.

Ed and Alexandra are THE BEST dog sitters we've ever had! They've been our dog sitters for over 5 years now and we've never had any problems - quite amazing considering that one of our dogs is prone to anxiety issues and the other is aggressive towards other dogs. So leaving them at home "unsupervised" or going on walks can be challenging and daunting. Oh and did I mention that they're both 70lb Akitas! We usually hire them for our long vacation trips, anywhere from 2-4 weeks and we always feel that our dogs are in good hands. The reassurance they provide is why we keep hiring them. We can tell when we come home from our trips that our dogs felt comfortable too, and in fact, probably miss Alexandra because of how well she takes care of them. As other yelp reviews have mentioned, Ed and Alexandra are very thorough and leave "report cards" after every visit in addition to email/text updates with picture to show "proof of life" haha. Those pictures ARE the best! They will also water plants, check mail, take out trash and do additional services included in their price that you wouldn't expect a dog sitter to do. And to show how committed they are, they recently stopped service in Mira Mesa, where we are, but told us that they would continue to be our dog sitters because of our long relationship and their relationship with our dogs. Needless to say, we were so relieved and thankful - that's great customer service! If you want trusted reassurance at an affordable rate, HIRE ED AND ALEXANDRA!

Ed and Alexandra are awesome. Our jack russell's absolutely love them and after 7 years of perfect pet sitting we trust them completely. Ed and Alexandra care about our pets like their own and you as an owner. They also send you frequent updates and photos. I would recommend to all of my friends and family!

My cat never warms up to people right away, but she instantly greeted Alexandra. I swear she is the cat whisperer! I have been entrusting Alexandra with my cat for over 4 years now & I would never use anyone else. She always sends updates, either text messages, or pictures, or videos. It definitely gives me peace of mind. She has also administered medication to my cat in the past, with no issues. I highly recommend!!

This place really cared about my little dog and I had a lot of confidence that they would understand her. She is 11, which is relatively old to start doggie daycare. But she seemed to have a great time and I'm delighted to have a place I can drop in when I need coverage for her.

We've been taking our now 4 year old Shih Tzu to We Dog Care for boarding since his former dog boarding closed. The staff is very attentive and ask a lot of questions when dropping him off. They have been great! We will continue to use their services as we have been very happy with them.

The staff at We Dog Care are very mindful of my dog’s needs and her care. I always get a full report at the end of the day. It is as though Artemis was the only dog they cared for.

Great place !!! My 14 year old Shepherd mix has gone to We Dog Care for a year. After trying other daycare options in the San Jose/Santa Clara area ....based on my experiences, without a doubt this is the absolute best ! The staff is friendly, very caring, knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know each dog, their behavior and needs. The safety of each dog is a top priority too. The lobby is large and always clean. After drop off, there is peace of mind knowing she's in good hands and well cared for. When picked up, I'm told how things went that day. With senior dog issues, they match her with other dogs that best fit her energy level and personality. The daycare dogs stay in the daycare area the entire time they are there (from drop off to pick up) unless feeding, grooming or different services are requested. Unlike other places that would put the dogs in individual kennels/crates/cages hours before closing and that's where they stayed until picked up. There is someone in with or around the dogs at all times, I've witnessed that not to be the case elsewhere. Also, no restrictions when daycare is available. I'm so glad to have found We Dog Care and feel grateful to everyone there for the loving care shown to my sweet, senior little girl.

We Dog Care knows about dogs; how to train them, how to handle them, and how to communicate with the owners. Our two Cairn terriers are excited to go, happy when we pick them up, and sleep well when they get home. On a recent vacation we were able to watch them on Youtube, and know they were having a great time. The manager of the Willow Glen location is outstanding at customer service, and we appreciate the little details she notices about each of our dogs. Highly recommend.

My grand-dog is in town and I had to find doggy daycare while I work on Sunday morning. Took him in today for an evaluation and it went great. They were so friendly so helpful and the prices are excellent.

We Dog Care is a professional company that always cares for my dog. When I pick her up at end of day, I get a report on her behavior ( once she got a time out because she wouldn’t stop barking when another female dog took away her male playmate). Don’t take away my man, Joline! I am always comfortable leaving her in their care for the day, or boarding.

I was looking for day care for my 1 year old pup and was able to find Jackie through google. She was able to take him 5 days a week, full time, which was what me and my boyfriend were looking for. The meet and greet was great. She really wanted to make my pup feel comfortable. As the days went by, my pup was super excited each morning to see Jackie. She keeps us posted with our pup throughout the day and is extremely reliable! Would recommend to anyone trying to board or day care.

We meet Jackie over a year ago at puppy training. We were looking for someone to board our golden retriever puppy for a weekend. Our Lola was well taken care of and had a blast socializing with other dogs. She now goes 3 days a week for doggie daycare. She looks forward to seeing Jackie and her pups. Jackie goes above and beyond to make sure every dog gets the attention they need through out the day 💛

Jackie is amazing. She is very responsive and flexible. I started going to her after looking for a dog sitter that was closer to my home. She is much more than a dog sitter. Her dog training experience and loving nature elevates her services. Recently, I went on a trip far away and Jackie was only able to watch my dog for a portion of the time I was gone. After I was not able to find other options, she offered to take care of him and drop him off at the second boarding place. She also fed him white rice and boiled chicken when his stool was too soft. Even though she does not take dogs with soft stool she cared for mine as if he were her own. Thank you Jackie. I'm only sad that I'm moving soon and won't be able to see you much longer.

Jackie (of Precious Paws) is amazing. We adopted a sweet but stubborn half-grown pup, and Jackie has worked hard to teach our dog some manners. Our dog loves going to see Jackie every day, because she’s given tasks to do, but also treated with love. Jackie has made a world of difference!

I boarded my 10 month old GSD puppy with Jackie for 5 days and I was extremely happy with how well she cared for my dog. I received daily updates and pictures of my pup and that really helped me since it was my first time away from him. Due to snow storms my flight was cancelled and I couldnt make it back in time for the pickup. Jackie went above and beyond to help board my dog for an extra night. I will highly recommend Precious Paws for your Precious Pups.

I just wanted to share how much I love Precious Paws. My original dog sitter canceled on me at the last minute when I was ALREADY out of town and I called Jackie from Precious Paws who came through for me in a big way. Not only did she come pick him up and watched him until I came back in town, but she sent me updates that included pictures and just text messages that just left me know that he is in great hands and from the looks of things he made himself really comfortable on the couch. This is the exact kind care I was looking for. I didn't want to put him in a place where he was going to be another dog in a cage. I wanted him to have fun minus me and my son and that is exactly what I got. I am so happy with the care and will be back there for services again.

They have been absolutely amazing with our 1.5 year old cat where we had to leave the country for a month to visit our parents. Alex and the team really made her feel comfortable (she is a shy cat). I will readily admit that I am one of those crazy dog moms - my pup is a full member of our family and I am very particular about her experiences. I checked out four different doggie daycares in the area before deciding to try out Lucky Buddies - and Lucky Buddies blew the competition out of the water. As other reviewers have mentioned, Lucky Buddies provides excellent care for pets - the staff are well trained, passionate, and friendly. They really get to know your pet and meet them where they're at. Neko started attending at 4 months old (she's now 13 months old), and the folks at Lucky Buddies have been so patient with her wild puppy and teenage months. They work with me on her training, and they clearly love her for who she is. And Neko loves going to both daycare and overnight boarding! The level of professionalism demonstrated at Lucky Buddies continually amazes me. The staff communicates frequently, and Yesica and Alex are always adding new improvements with the dogs' best interests in mind. I would not trust any other facility with Neko; Lucky Buddies is her home away from home, and I'm so glad we have them in our lives.

am so happy to have found Lucky Buddies! I've owned three dogs over the course of the past 20 years and have boarded them at 4 different locations. This is hands down, BY FAR the absolute best. I realize at first glance it seems expensive, HOWEVER, when you realize the overnight price is for 24 hours and includes the wonderful daycare program, it's very reasonable. The staff are just wonderful and clearly love animals--all are treated the way staff would treat their own pets. Among the many things I appreciate are the regular messages and photos they took during my pet's stay and posted on the portal as well as emailed or texted owners (depending on your preferred communication). The best proof, of course, is how happy my dog was during the stay and when I picked her up. Yes, she was glad to see me but clearly she was not anxious to leave (as has been the case in a different boarding place). Don't even hesitate; this is the place to go. Your pet will love it and love you for taking him/her there. For the first time in a very long time, I don't feel guilty about leaving a pet behind when I travel.

I had to go for an unexpected trip and was in a hurry to find a good overnight daycare for my cat. The staff was very patient with him, and he was even able to warm up to the staff in the short amount of time he stayed with the Lucky Buddy staff. Very grateful for the care and frequent updates the staff provided!

To say Yesica & Juan are doggy whispers is an understatement!! They seriously have been so flexible with my fur babies- Ollie & Sadie. having a place that can take in last minute requests is a plus! I cannot thank them enough for taking in my babies when need be. And of course keeping up with them via Instagram is also a relief! You get to see what the Buddies are all up to throughout the day! It’s always an adventure being posted on their. I cannot leave out all the doggy activities they do (you get to take home & let your doggy be creative) as well as all the themed festivities, a holiday? Believe Lucky Buddies will be celebrating it! Like Valentine’s day, St Patrick’s Day, Christmas, Halloween… etc., they do it all! These guys go above and beyond to ensure every dog gets enough exercise, play time, cuddles, food, treats… the whole nine yards! It’s the best.. i’m forever thankful for their service and love to my babies.

Roxie has been going to Lucky's Buddies for that past year. Yecenia and Juan are great with her. When I went on vacation to Egypt they even picked Roxie up at my house! I love all the extra touches Yecenia does--including holiday events, periodically sending photos and updates of Roxie during the day. I highly recommend taking your dog to Lucky's Buddies. We began taking our puppy to Lucky Buddies a few months ago and have been so happy with their care! We've done daycare, boarding, grooming, and will soon start some in house visits as well. Our puppy loves playing with the other dogs, and always comes home happily tired and engaged. They are great at updating us, and we love catching glimpses of our pup's day on their social media accounts too! They use the timetopet app which has also been super easy to use and book services, they've also been very responsive to questions. We love Lucky Buddies so far!

Joji loves spending time at Lucky Buddies. I love seeing the videos of him playing and receiving daily reports cards with photos. He used to be a shy puppy, but he has become so social and playful after his stays with his buddies. He also enjoys the neighborhood walks and gets a bath before coming home! We really appreciate the love and attention that Joji receives from Lucky Buddies.

My dog loves coming here! The staff is friendly and professional. I trust that my dog will be safe. We have used them for day care as well as boarding and couldn’t be happier.

I strongly advise against using this business. My dog was attacked while under their care, which was traumatizing for her. Despite this, they terminated their service on the same day, citing my complaints about their billing practices as the reason. What's even more concerning is that they terminated their service without any prior warning or attempt to work with me. I have reported this business to the BBB, but they have not responded to any of my emails and calls. I tried to work with my credit card company to dispute the charge, but the business has responded by claiming that I canceled the service, even though they sent me a termination letter clearly stating that they were forfeiting the unused passes. I did however request for the refund for the unused passes which they have not done. I've sent several emails asking for a copy of the receipts and contract that they claimed I signed to agree they can terminate their service and forfeit any unused passes with any reason. I highly recommend avoiding this business due to their poor handling of my dog's attack and their shady business practices. If you are already using their service, be cautious when you purchase their passes in advance. As of today, I have yet to receive my refund of $1428.3 for the unused passes.

Staff is very rude and doesn’t communicate well at all. When I went to pick up my dog, it was after 12 noon and they argued with me over paying a late pick up fee I told them just to use one of my prepaid days from my boarding package to cover it to which they insisted they can’t do it and I must give them more money at that moment Understand that the prepaid day that I was asking them to use is more than the value of the late pick up fee Having just got home from vacation and not having my wallet or money with me I had no way to pay this fee and instead of trying to make things easy they decided to fight with me. All I’m trying to do is get the dogs that were prepaid and get home. I had a huge positive balance on my account don’t fight me The manager then went as far as calling my emergency contact on file to tell them that I was angry at them in an attempt to get me in trouble with them🤣. My neighbor informed me that the person on the phone was petty and rude, and she asked him why he was calling if there wasn’t an emergency and if I had already picked up my dogs she answered emergency contact not my parents Parking lot is practically unusable small I had chosen this place because of the raving reviews and am so disappointed by my personal experience. I tried so hard yet each of the 4 times I went there they found reasons to cause drama accusing me of not paying for prepaid grooming in Oct 23 to not coming fast enough in August of 23 to pick my dog up from grooming (they called me at 1 while I was showering and then 3 more times in the next hour as I got dressed and made my way over to pick up my dog). BE PATIENT it takes time to get there, I can’t stop everything and teleport over. Do not recommend will not go back.

Great doggy daycare service! Super friendly staff. I feel confident my pup is well looked after and safe. Worth the price for peace of mind! Update: I had to board my dog shortly after he was diagnosed with an ear infection. I couldn’t change my trip as it had been planned years in advance. They didn’t charge me extra to give him two pills a day plus ear drops every night. They also cleaned his ears every other day with a medicated ear cleaner I provided. I took him to the vet the day I picked him up for a follow up, and the vet was shocked by how clean his ears were. There was no sign of infection or irritation. The swabs they took from his ears were perfectly clean. The vet said she rarely sees ears this clean. I was over the moon thrilled! Thank you Dr. Dave’s for taking the best care of my dog! I will NEVER go to another boarding facility again!

Have always had a good experience here. It does smell bad in the lobby more often than not and once my dog smelled AWFUL upon picking her up from boarding but....nothing that a bath couldn't fix. Recommend.

Safe place to bring your dog. It is a smaller place, but the dogs aren't in kennels for part of the day like Canine Corral. The walks are also in a small area. The main objective for me is to keep my pup safe and free of ouch reports and Dr Dave's does that. Other services are available too

My dog is always excited to go there and always happy when I pick him up. No matter if it's for a few hours, a long weekend, or grooming. Best of all is he is allowed to play with other dogs while there. Staff always accommodates any insane request, be it for diet, grooming nuances, or even to send picks of BM for tracking digestive issues. The only issue is they could be too popular on weekends and may not be able to board overnight, wish they were bigger.

I love the hair cut they gave my dog. They do a beautiful job here the only thing I wish they would have done was call me to let me know it was going to be more since my dog was being difficult. I understand charging more since they needed another stylist to help but just call to let me know what is going on as well as that it was going to take more then 4 hours. I am very understanding of these things but I like to know what is going on with my baby. Other then that the groomers are amazing.

We use them for grooming are older dogs. They do an excellent job and accommodate our special needs (we need to use scent free shampoo, which we provide). Our dogs are not particularly stressed to go to the groomers.

Danielle is super professional and took great care of my four cats for two weeks! Everyday she sent me an update about my babies wellbeing and pics, she answered all my messages really fast. I used to leave my cats at pet hotels when we travelled, but my cats loved staying in the house, it was less stressful for all of us. I saved her contact for future trips, because it was really comforting to know she was here to take good care of my cats.

I have been using Danielle’s services for many years and trust my pets are in good hands with her! I have a senior dog and a cat with diabetes and she is able to give them all of their medication without any issues! She is reliable and knows how to care for animals in a professional and caring way. She also has great advice and recommendations so I can better care for my animals when asked. Her services are exceptional and she goes above and beyond for each animal. She developed a deep connection with each of my animals so I feel most comfortable leaving them in her care. It puts me and my pets at ease knowing she is caring for then when I am away or in need!

My two Chihuahuas have stayed with Danielle a few times now and I've always felt they were in the best hands! Twyla has some resource guarding tendencies which Danielle is skilled in handling. And my old man Wilson has kidney disease which gives him poor appetite but he always eats for Danielle. I would absolutely recommend!!

Four Paws is great. They are very caring and professional. Our dog had an emergency surgery and was on medications. We needed someone with experience and also knowledgeable about after care surgery since we couldn’t cancel an important trip. A very difficult situation for us and even though our dog was stable and was already 7 days since the surgery we were worried. We found Four Paws on line. We met with Danielle and Bianca and Immediately felt confident leaving our doggie with them. Danielle kept us informed about our dog’s progress and the medications intake. Danielle made especial arrangements the first few days to accommodated our dog’s needs and to make her feel comfortable and safe!. We will forever be grateful with them for helping us during that emergency situation. After that event we had left our dog a couple of times with Danielle and Bianca and each time it has been a great experience , our doggie is happy and We finally go on trips with a peace of mind !!!

I am so grateful to have found Danielle a little over a year ago! My 9 year old Pomeranian, Wally, has many medical conditions and Danielle is the only person I trust to leave him with. He has a thyroid issues, collapsing trachea, allergies and had a recent knee surgery. I needed someone with medical experience above a day to day walker who would be able to check in on him and make sure he was ok when at work (and let me know!). After knee surgery he still wanted to get out and about and Danielle walked him around the neighborhood in his stroller - he loved it! I've also used Danielle for overnights and Wally had a blast. He can be difficult with taking medications and picky with food and Danielle handled it with ease (and got him to eat!!!!!). I can truly relax on vacation knowing he's safe and taken care of. Recently Danielle has offered doggy daycare and these are some of Wally's most fun days. He always comes home happy and tired!!! I can honestly say Wally is a happier and healthier dog because of Danielle - I highly recommend her services!

Danielle has been a fantastic pet sitter! She is always responsive and has gone the extra mile to take great care of our cat while we’re away, spending quality time with her and administering medications whenever needed. We had Danielle at 4 Paws watch our dog while we were on vacation. He is very nervous with new people and we were worried about leaving him with just anyone. I knew as soon as we dropped him off that we made the right choice to leave him with Dani. We received photos while we were away updating us on his status and could see that he was having a great time with her and the other pets in her care. By the time we got back he was so comfortable with them I know I’ll be using them again in the future. Five stars all the way!! I’d recommend them to anyone needing care for special needs animals or just for a doggie play date. We enjoyed our vacation so much more knowing our baby was safe and happy.

We are so happy to have found 4Paws Pro Care in Santa Clara! Our mini doodle has stayed with 4Paws (Danielle Mores) for extended stays while we had to be away (and a couple of times for daycare). You couldn’t ask for a better experience or better care. Our pup is so comfortable with them that when we arrive she runs in like she is home! We really appreciate their focus on security and chemistry with the other dogs. It is a positive, enriching environment:) Danielle keeps us updated regularly while we are away. And it is a comfort that Danielle has a background as a registered veterinary technician. She has also been flexible when we have had schedule changes. 4Paws is our pup’s home away from home :):)

Danielle has been a great and reliable sitter for our 3 cats! She has looked after our cats many times. She is the first person we contact to drop in with our cats when we need to go out of town. We would definitely recommend Danielle to care for your pets!

We are lucky that we get to send our dog here. The staff are nice and attentive. They seem to be selective about the dogs they accept. It is easier and smoother process to send a dog compared to other places. I love that I can see him through camera during the day too. My dog is always happy when he gets sent here!

Sweet Doggies is very likely the best doggy daycare that I have taken my dogs to, and we have attended many over the years and across many different states! Some highlights: - The team is kind and really care about the doggies! They know and remember my doggie Jim and he is always happy and relaxed around each of them. - The team always keep an eye on the doggies and will provide short time-outs if necessary to interrupt and deescalate bad behavior. I really appreciate their consistent monitoring! - Jim is always soooo excited at drop-off and happy at pick-up. - Daycare hours are amazing (I just wish there was also a Saturday option). - Facility is so clean! - The only daycare I know that offers the first week (5 consecutive weekdays) as a free trial to make sure the fit is mutual for both the daycare and client. - Option to check-in on your doggie via webcam at any time! My dog has been at Sweet Doggies a couple of times but I can already tell it's a fantastic place. They recognized us immediately and always made us feel welcome. My dog comes home absolutely tired. And they respond to my questions and give me updates on how he's doing. Cannot recommend it enough

The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly. However they have not been very diligent about sending updates (they say they'll send photos, or can send email updates by request) when my dog has been there for boarding. I didn't get any updates of any kind during the last 2-night stay despite requesting them. They have webcams on during the day, but it still would be nice to hear how he's doing or get a pic at night when he's bedding down.

My 2 pups love it here. One is very introverted and rather protective around other dogs, but she's really learned a ton about socializing with other dogs since I started bringing her here. They do a great job de-escalating the few times she's been worked up. Both pups get super excited when I ask if they want to go to day care and one if them never wants to leave.

They're very loving on all the dogs they watch/board. I love that they have camera surveillance 24/7 (unlike others that take down their cams for "nap time"). My fur baby always comes home tired from a full-day of play. Even if she needs to be boarded, I know she's getting enough excerise and attention.

Wonderful daycare, the staff really care about your dog and will even know what your dog was up to all day. I love checking the webcams to see if my dog is napping her day away or having the occasional chase with another fellow pupper. The monthly pass is quite the package considering how well they take care of your dog! I've really noticed Peach (my dog) come out of her shell a bit. She's still timid by nature, but she wontw default to bark at strangers anymore!

This place is great. They know our dogs by name and personality after only a few visits. They have cameras for us to watch the dogs remotely while they are there and the atmosphere is friendly and clean.

The people at Sweet Doggies love dogs and treat them well. I have been sending my dog to the Sunnyvale location for more than six years, and am happy that they now have a location nearer to San Jose.. It’s the best place I have found to board my pup.

We've been taking our 50lb labradoodle to Furrtropolis daycare basically since the day they opened, and have loved it! Their early open and late close hours are amazingly helpful for drop off/pick up with work. Friendly staff who really care about each pet; when our dog wasn't feeling well one time, they reached out to me to let me know what was going on. It is a great big facility, so she comes home nice and tired from playing. We've used their boarding services too, which was a smooth process and gave some picture updates along the way. We are so happy Furrtropolis opened!

Very fun sport focused daycare that believe sin the health and wellness of your pups. I have my beauceron participate in almost every class they offer, and have made some wonderful friends there. The facility focuses on the safety of the animals as well, keeping a close eye on all of them and participating in alot of personal interaction with the dogs to ensure they comfortable, safe and happy.

We took our two Huskies to them today on July 17th. They got us an appointment quickly and the 11 year old was super dirty! They were WONDERFUL- our girls came out clean, happy and not traumatized at all! Apparently they did sing their Husky songs but they did a great job! This place is women owned! We will be back! I also saw they had a daycare and the dogs appeared happy!!

My dog Hattie has been attending day care at Furrtropolis for the last few months and she absolutely LOVES it! She is always so excited when we get there. It’s clear how much Mireille loves pets and is very knowledgeable about dogs. I also appreciated that Furrtropolis does an initial evaluation to get to know each dog and make sure it is the right environment. The dogs are well cared for and get plenty of attention from people who seem to really love dogs. The facility is brand new, clean and safe and the dogs have plenty of access to fresh water. They also do fun activities you can pay $20 extra and your dog can participate in for added mental stimulation and training. Hattie is a HUGE fan of rat Thursdays and it always makes me happy to see the videos they share and how much fun she is having. I’ve tried both Wag and Petsmart in the past and Furrtropolis is hands down the best day care. It’s nice to leave her somewhere where I know she is safe, well cared for and having a fun-filled day!

Mirielle and Rebecca are amazing here at Furrtropolis. Mirielle is the owner who goes above and beyond to make sure your dog is comfortable, well taken care of. Their number one priority is making sure your dog feels safe and comfortable here. Rebecca is the groomer, my dog loves spa time and can’t wait to return. She is very knowledgeable and really cares to check in to see what you would prefer and never assumes. Ares our French bulldog has never felt so comfortable in any environment but this place is home for him.

Great new dog care center for the area. Friendly staff that really care for the dogs. My chihuahua dog got to learn some rat sniffing training and my husky has had a couple great groomings. Highly recommend!

Clean new facility , they sent pictures and updates during boarding , they were attentive to special needs during fireworks season . They care about the welfare of the animals there.

Allie‘s Doggie Day Camp is nothing beyond amazing! she is so flexible with my schedule and is very prompt with communication. you can tell how much love she pours into each one of her dogs at camp. My pup gets so excited everytime he arrives at the front gate. Allie’s is so clean and organized with plenty of water, mini pools, fans (when hot outside), beds and activities to keep the dogs busy throughout the day.

We were very lucky to find Allie’s Doggie Camp to look after our dog Butter while we’re on vacation. Allie is a delightful lady who genuinely loves dogs and is passionate about her job. Her spacious and well-maintained backyard provides the perfect play area for the dogs, and she keeps us informed with regular updaters via text/email. We just got back from a three week vacation and it was great to receive a video of Butter enjoying a relaxing massage while we were away:). Butter always returns home healthy and happy, clearly having a wonderful time there. Big thanks to Allie for taking great care of our dog and being there to help us whenever we needed it! I highly recommend Allie’s Doggie Camp!

So glad I found Allie's! The facility is gorgeous, kind of a spa for dogs, and very clean. Allie is very professional, very knowledgeable about all things dog and obviously really loves dogs. I trusted her with my Chiweenie, Elliott, for almost 2 weeks while I was away last month and I can happily say I have no regrets about it! I know Elliott got THE BEST care and I know he had a fantastic time with Allie and all the other dogs. I highly recommend Allies Doggie Day Camp.

My two dogs have been attending Allie's for almost 2 years now. So many places crate the daycare dogs constantly or have tiny spaces to play. Here they have tons of outdoor space, doggy pools, birthday parties, and more. They absolutely love their time there and bye Felicia me at the gate every morning.

Allie's Doggy Day Camp and Boarding is amazing. The first time we boarded our sweet dog there, we got little videos showing him running around playing with other dogs or chasing a ball that was being thrown for him. It helped us miss him a little less. More importantly, the peace of mind that we had knowing our family dog was being so well cared for and that our pup was having fun was so important. Another reviewer mentioned it was more like a doggy retreat or spa, and we fully agree on this.

Allie's Doggy Day Camp is an awesome place to leave your furry friend while you're away. I felt very welcomed leaving my 6 month old puppy at her place. Allie is super knowledgeable about dogs and makes sure each dog is a good fit for the daycare. 1st time bringing my dog, Oreo, for boarding, he stayed for a week. I was a little skeptical at first because of his personality, and I was worried how he would behave when I'm not around. I was surprised and happy to hear from the staff that he was a good boy, and how he became comfortable with everyone that attended him. I recieved pictures of him daily which made me feel better, and I was able to watch the Webcam and one of the staff stole a kiss from him, which I thought was super cute. Everyone I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I am pleased to say that I finally found a place where I feel comfortable taking him for boarding. I also appreciated that I got to do a free tour before I proceeded with the boarding, very helpful. Thank you to the Wags Hotel team for making Oreo's experience (and mine) a good one! I truly appreciate it.

Wag has taken AMAZING care of my dog Oscar for over 3 years now! He’s always so excited to go to daycare, and most of the staff recognize him the moment he walks in! Taja, Zach (Zack?) and the person we often see at the front with facial piercings (so sorry I don’t know your name!!) are regulars in Oscar’s life and always take the time to give him extra love. 1st time boarding my 3 little dogs. They were very attentive and provided excellent care for them for the 6 days they were there. They were aware of my concerns about this being the 1st time they were boarded and took care to ensure my babies were well cared for. Staff is friendly, professional, and polite. My babies loved everyone and really enjoyed their time in all day play with the other doggies. Great place. They have discounts for multiple babies. They even have a groomer on site and my babies enjoyed a great bath during their stay. I will definitely bring them back again and again.

My dog loves coming here for daycare ("all day play") and boarding. Whenever I load her into the car her tail is wagging and I can tell she's really excited. The staff are all really personable, and everyone knows my dog and greets her as soon as we step through the door, which makes her even more excited! They plan fun holiday enrichment events - such as hula skirt parties and pumpkin pup cup days. She has come home with some adorable cards and keepsakes with her paw prints on them! This Halloween there was also a really fun "Howl-o-ween" party for pets and owners. I keep bringing her back because I feel like the staff truly know and care for her, and it is a large, clean facility (they are constantly cleaning). I love the convenience of not needing to pre-reserve daycare appointments/dates - I can just show up and drop her off. Booking reservations for boarding is easy, and they've always had availability for us - even on busy holiday weekends.

People were extremely friendly and the service was exceptional. I had to drop my dog off for the day and was pressed for time with a schedule that wasn’t defined. Wags staff provided me with an extremely fast check in process and were very flexible on the pick up time. Very convenient service. I could also watch me dog play in the yard with the other dogs on their camera. Was great to see my dog having so much fun with the other dogs.

I have great experience with Wag Hotel Santa Clara! The staffs were so kind and attentive. They really took care of our dogs and gave attention to each of our dogs with compassion. They will let us know if our dogs have issue and make sure they will be taken care of.

First time boarding our furry family member and so sons glad we went to Wag Hotel. Everything about this place is just over the top excellent! If I could give more stars, than I would! These guys are lifesavers. A medical emergency came up that left me and my dog stranded near the hospital my dad was sent to for multiple days. Emergency boarding was full, so I tried booking an appointment with Wags, which I made an account to try and do. Since it was the same day, I had to call, and not only were they able to connect my number to the account before I could even introduce myself, but they managed to snag me a coupon to make the day play affordable. When things got worse, I was able to call them and extend my dog's stay, and they were able to work with me. So my dog managed to have two days of fun and a night of boarding to bridge them, and it was not only affordable but a great peace of mind! The staff were lovely, friendly, and clearly loves dogs. My pup had a great time, and I recommend this place to all my friends now who have no one to watch over their canine children! Thank you all for your help, you made everything so much easier in ways I cannot describe. <3

The staff is amazing and really good with our dog. They also take very good care to follow any specific food and vitamin/medicine instructions. Our dog always has a good time and I love that the staff remembers her. I truly feel that they care about each of the dogs like they are their own.
