Rosetta and Gary are lovely people and we loved sitting for their 5 dogs. The dogs are very easy to look after and love human attention. The house is set in a very quiet, beautiful area and is great for some tranquility away from city life.
Wonderful sit! Absolutely will look forward to sitting again!
What a great sit, Pierce is an absolutely beautiful Siberian Husky with a very mellow disposition, he never barked (except one short bark when Ditka the cat was drinking from Pierce's water bowl, so funny) and never whined, and he got so many admiring looks and compliments out on our walks. Ditka the cat stole my heart with his gentle head butts and overall affection and funny grumbly meows. Great animals. Dalia and Jeremy's home is very comfortable and functional and our is in one of the best overall locations in all of Chicago for walking, shopping, nightlife, and access to the rest of the Chicago region.
Very nice people and a beautiful country location.
I had a great experience housesitting for Chiara and Thomas. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and took the time to show me everything I needed to know about their flat and Figaro. One can tell they love their pet:) Communication with them was easy and efficient throughout my stay. Figaro is a cute little fluff nose. He sometimes followed me from room to room and often joined me on the couch for some TV time. He would occasionally come up to me asking for strokes and cuddles. When the weather was nice, Figaro enjoyed spending time outside, and he had a clear way of letting me know when he wanted to go out. Caring for him was straightforward, and his affectionate company made my stay even more enjoyable. The area where Chiara & Thomas live is great. Very close to the park, beach and water. Their apartment is clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything one might need. I would be happy to housesit for them again.
Julia and her buns were a joy to sit for. The buns are very chill and well behaved. Mostly they are just super cute though!
