Have been coming here for years. Staff are always happy and helpful. Both our dogs love it and always come home happy, exercised, and enriched. I know my dogs are always safe while at daycare because someone is always with them. Also while they are boarded because someone is there overnight with them. Not many places offer that, I’m so glad they go above and beyond. They treat your pets like family!

We love Pete and Macs! Our husky Boomer can't wait to go to day care each week. The staff takes care of him like their own and we are so grateful to have this wonderful home away from home for him to be cared for and hang with his other dog friends!

I have been using Pete and Mac's for a couple years now for boarding. I recently boarded my elderly dog 14+ years for about 11 days because of a family trip. I never had issues prior to this and although I was nervous I trusted that he would be in good hands. When I picked him up his nose was bleeding on top which has happened before when he was crated. I noticed he was also not able to open his right eye. I waited a few days and the eye became much much worse, cloudy and pussing. I took him to the vet and it has now been over $350 and counting for his eye due to a laceration. When I called Pete and Mac's they explained he was as trying to get out of his crate and needs a noodle. They did not offer to pay for my vet bills and I feel like this is negligence and that they should have done a better job watching my dog. I still have another follow up visit and I am guessing that this will be close to $500+ for me!!! I already spend my vet $550 to board him! I usually never complain but this is something I feel should have been compensated. Needless to say I will not be using Pete and Mac's again.

Darby loves going to Pete & Mac's in Palatine for daycare! And for me, it is good to know that while Darby is having fun, he is also safe because Pete & Mac's has a maximum capacity of dogs in the daycare room each day and they are also good with their vaccines protocol. Pete & Mac's is also helpful and accommodating to us. There were a few days we had to board Darby urgently and they were able to take him on a very short notice.

Our dog goes crazy if we say "Doggy Daycare?" He can't wait to see his freinds and run & play. He gets lots of playtime in the morning and afternoon, he has his own good sized pen to hang out in, rest and eat when he's in his down times. They take great care of him. It's super clean and the staff seems to really love the dogs they care for...they know our dog well and that he loves snuggles. He comes home happy, clean and wiped out. :) We checked out a lot of places in Palatine and this one was a step or two, above the rest.

I am so happy with the care my babies received at Pete and Mac’s. They even each got a bath before coming home. I will definitely utilize this facility in the future. I was so worried initially but now? I’m very comfortable and know my babies are safe and taken care of. Thanks to all the great staff for dealing with my calls and being kind.

This was the first time I have ever had to board my dog at a facility and I will admit that I was pretty nervous bringing my dog here. She does not do well with other dogs so I was very happy to see they have options for dogs like my own, as well as 24/7 supervision in the building (most boarding places do not do this). I cannot stress enough how incredibly happy I am that I brought my dog here! She was perfectly fine going to boarding area when we said our goodbye (didn't even look back), and was her normal happy self when I picked her up. She showed no signs of stress when she got home. The staff was even kind enough to call me the next day to check and make sure my girl settled in at home fine. I highly recommend this place if you have a dog who isn't dog friendly, they will be in good hands! Harli-Quinn and I are both looking forward to the day we come back.

We are really happy with Pete & Mac's for our dog! I think they do a nice job keeping the dogs safe but allowing them to get a full day of playtime! It also seems clean and staff is friendly!

Pete and Mac’s is such and awesome place to take your fur baby’s .I have two that go five days a week and they treat them like family all the staff is so caring.they are always willing to help honestly they helped me out of a very difficult situation and through it all I always new my baby’s couldn’t be in a better place . I read a review from someone who gave them 1 Star I believe they should get ten out of ten I tell everyone to take your fur baby’s to Pete and Mac’s you won’t regret it I love them ❤️

What an incredible experience! The staff reacted out immediately to ask some basic questions, and honestly the hand off was the smoothest! We got multiple updates about our pups, and everyone was courteous and kind. Absolutely will be coming back in the future! Thank you!!!

We use Waggles for daycare several times a week. Every time we pull up my dog gets so excited because she loves being there! That alone tells me the quality of the staff and facilities. The staff are amazing and greet her by name when she walks in. Brianna and Crystal at the front desk are always so kind and attentive. My dog was very shy at first and they actually put her in the appropriate play group, not just with the other small dogs like I experienced with other daycares. Once she got a bit more confident they moved her up to the regular play group. I really appreciate the attention they showed to put her with other pups with similar personalities as she grew. The facilities are spacious and clean and I feel totally comfortable leaving my dog in their capable hands!

Brought my 18 month old rescue Nikki in for the 2 week training program and it has been a great success. The skills they have taught her, and our family, will go a long way to happy home life. Thanks Waggles team.

Waggles and their Team is the BEST❣️ My pup Nikolai goes every Tuesday and LOVES it!! I have tried other places but this place wins by a landslide as far as Fun, love, professionalism, love, cleanliness… love, safety , oh did I say Love, love, love for your pup!?!? When I pick him up he is one pooped pup that hates to leave but sleeps all the way home❣️ And too think it couldn’t get any better… my pup had to be out a month to due to hurting his leg at home and WAGGLES sent him a care package (see pics) ❣️❣️🥰 Check them out!! It’s a family for furry friends and you won’t be disappointed ❣️

My dog Mavis loved going to Waggles for the day or overnight. The staff took very good care of her and we had no issues or problems of any kind. As a matter of fact, anytime I would say the word “Waggles,” Mavis would get very excited and run to the door because she couldn’t wait to go.

I left my very anxious German Shepherd there for a week over the Thanksgiving Holiday and they did an amazing job with him. I really like that they have an evaluation so that they can see if this is a good fit. They were also the only place that recommended I don't give him medication so that they can assess how he would be without drugs. The few places I had kept him before were more than happy to have him be drugged. Because he did not have a lot of interest in playing they recommended the enrichment which was an extra charge but seemed to be well worth it. The staff at Waggles are just wonderful and it is very well staffed. I cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of my doggo and we will return for boarding and day care. He also had a bath and he looks great.

I can’t begin to tell you and I don’t think there are enough characters to tell you folks how great these people are. They take very, very good care of my dog. I always feel comfortable and safe, leaving him in their care. You will not be disappointed.

Otis loves Waggles! This place is a brand new construction so everything is clean and up to date. The indoor play areas are divided to allow different play and temperament groups. The outdoor play areas are long and allow space for dogs to run back and forth. The staff is qualified, friendly and attentive. The owner has been extremely responsive with all of my inquiries and it is clear that Waggles cares about Otis and wants the best day care experience for him. I 100% recommend Waggles and we will absolutely be coming back.

I have 2 dachshunds - one is a COVID dog (2020), and the other is an adoption from a breeder (very skittish). This is the only place that they enjoy coming to!! My dogs love it. We do daycare once a week and boarding whenever we are out of town. They eat the entire time they are there for boarding, which indicates zero stress for them (and zero stress for me). Everyone knows my pooches and their peculiarities. I drive for 25 mins one way to drop my dogs there, and I will never go anywhere else!

So nice! Me and my Anoush (my dog) are treated so wonderfully! Every person there knows Anoush as soon as she comes in, not just the amazing girls up front but the ENTIRE staff. People that I have never even met, they are all so excited to see her. I know she has so much fun by the way I say “let’s go see the puppies” she just spins and spins. I feel so comforted knowing such loving people are taking care of the pet I love soooo much! Guys, I just wish you had cameras so I could watch how much fun she is having. I would probably not get much work done, because they have sent me videos of how playful she is. You are all so extraordinary, we love all of you so very much. Thank you a million times!

Our family suddenly had a great opportunity that would take us traveling almost every weekend for months! First thought was..."who is going to take care of our cats?". I didn't have time to do the extensive research, I usually do, and I did a search and Tails-a-Waggin 4U popped up. I phoned Peggy, and instantly got a great feeling from her. We have now been using Tails-a-Waggin 4U for awhile now. Peggy is wonderful, and had paired us up with one of her sitters..Linda! There are no words on how amazing and kind Peggy is! She took care of my fur child Luna (female cat, age 7.5 yrs) for 4 days and was the best. She understood that my gal can be a bit shy and timid around new people and was extremely patient with her. So patient that my cat warmed up to her and allowed Peggy to brush her. She has been the only person, outside of my husband and I, who has been able to accomplish that! We were even surprised to see cute little report cards about Luna. Peggy knows exactly what she’s doing and is always prepared if any situation arises. Anytime we need a pet sitter, we’ll always reach out to Peggy. Cannot recommend her enough!

Peggy is the best! She's helped us out for years by watching our cats and walking our dogs 2-3 times per week. Our pets love her, and she cares for them like they're her own. She is professional, responsive, and very dependable. Couldn't ask for better.

Peggy and our dog walker Colleen have been so amazing to work with. I was nervous to get a dog walker because we just rescued our dog and he is terrified of people and can be aggressive. From the moment I called Peggy she assured me that they are open to dealing with him. Colleen came to me our dog several times before she began walking him and over the past few weeks they have become the best of friends!! He even lets her rub his belly!!! Excellent service! Peggy came to our rescue when our regular pet sitter suddenly went out of business AND right before a big holiday weekend - so it was hard to find someone fast! She was able to stop by the next day, meet our Muttley and learn his little tricks and took amazing care of him while we were away for a week. She texted photos and updates every day and wrote a report on him each day as well. Really great, affordable, RELIABLE and very great with communication. I highly recommend!

The owner of this small business, Peggy, is a kind and energetic woman who is running an outstanding pet sitting service. She is very quick to respond and just a truly good person. The sitter for our area, Linda, is an absolute darling. I don't think I can truly describe how kind, patient, and caring she is. She consistently makes us feel like we can trust her with our home and pets and like they are more than taken care of. It's like having a reliable community member who can watch our spoiled pets while we're away. Peggy has been a wonderful dog walker for our bichon frishe Samwise. She is very responsible, trustworthy and always takes the best care of our dog. Tailchasers did cat-sitting visits for our two kitties while we were away for a week vacation. They went above and beyond and made sure to wash their bowls and give them play time and deal with their skittish/picky eating habits. The cats were well fed and happy when we got back! I loved how easy it was to organize and input all the pet information on the portal and keep it updated. I didn't have to worry about leaving notes all over my house. Their online scheduling was also very straightforward and customer service was very responsive when we had to change some dates. Overall was very low hassle and gave us lots of peace of mind! Especially the pet photos they take like the one attached.

Last weekend I used Tailchasers for the first time and cat sitter Leslie was awesome! She came to my house multiple times a day to care for 4 cats and she was there at the time she said she would be there. I know this bc at the end of each visit she sent me a 'report card' on each cat which included specific details about what was being fed to each cat and included multiple photos of each one. She even spent time working on building friendships with the more skittish cats. I've very happy with my experience with Tailchasers. I will definitely use them again!

We started with Tailchasers recently to help with weekly walks/at-home visits with our two pups (our previous walker with a different service was closing down her business). The process to get information on their services, then schedule a meet & greet with our assigned walker and officially start services was super smooth. We had an intro call with Phalycia, where she was extremely friendly and thorough. We then had some follow-up emails with her and Randa (TC owner) to get a few more of our questions answered and then schedule the meet & greet with Leslie, our assigned walker. It all went so well and smooth. The first walk/visit with our boys was great. Leslie posted so many adorable pics in the post-visit report. I also like that you can see the route they walked. That's super helpful! We plan to use their pet care services for when we travel, too. We look forward to working with Tailchasers and being a client of theirs for many years to come.

Lengthy review but I promise it’s worth it, especially if you have a nervous/anxious pup. I moved to the area about 3 months ago & if you’ve ever moved with a dog- you know it’s just as much as a transition for them as it yourself. I have a dog who was a pandemic pup who I raised in the rural south & I was pretty nervous about moving him up to a metropolitan area. I knew finding him a daycare was going to be quintessential for his success. I wasn’t sure how he would take to it, but I’m happy to report that it has been an amazing experience. What I have loved about Tailchasers is that they originally listened to my concerns about his anxiety and skepticism for new scenarios. Their daily routine has proven to be helpful for my dog & I can tell that Sarah, Allison, Diane and the rest of the staff really care about the dogs entrusted to their care. Their daily report cards are fun bonus to the day and the biggest factor of all: my dog loves being there. So much so, he would run to Tailchasers from my house if I’d let him. He went from being so nervous to even go in the front door to being filled with excitement once we arrive in the parking lot. I’m super grateful to have found a place that I feel safe and confident bringing my dog to.

Unlike most other pet resorts, every single staff member to a "T" maintains a super calm demeanor, takes as long as they and your dog need to acquaint, and mutually respects every interaction with your pet family. I have been taking my Leroy to Baxter and Beasley's since he was a puppy. He is always excited to jump out the van and go play at daycare. He's usually pretty tired and ready to relax when I pick him up. We have boarded Leroy here many times. I highly recommended Baxter and Beasley to my family and friends.

To Jennifer, Mike, and Sharon It is with a heavy heart that I bring you the news that Shelby left us today. I hope it's okay that I use this forum to tell you, and to thank you. Shelby was a very big, fierce Rottweiler sentenced to death at a very young age, presumably for being, well, too much of a Rottweiler. Jennifer rescued her [ the first of many, as I recall ]. Mike, honorable and responsible soul that he is, took it upon himself to make sure she was 'safe' for placement before allowing her to be re-homed, given the 'history'. He concluded, correctly, that " She has a good heart " , and, while he was at it, provided her some proper training. I have never known a better trained dog; Mike is absolutely the best. Almost 8 years with me, never a 'bad dog' moment. She walked the streets of the city off leash every single day, always listening to direction, never running off, never bothering anyone, never once misbehaving. Well, she did scare the hell out of the mailperson once, but that was on the mailperson.... I tell everyone I know that acquires a new dog to go see Mike. Shelby had a great life. She lived to see her 9th birthday last month, a reasonably long life for a dog of her size. She was always happy and healthy. She knew everybody in the neighborhood, and everybody loved her. Well, except for the squirrels maybe, she did enjoy terrorizing them - even today. She owed that great life to your good works, and I cannot measure how much she enhanced my life. We thank you.

My puppy Olive loves going here! We do boarding occasionally which includes doggie daycare. She’s always so tired when we get home and they take great care of her when we’re out of town. Mike and Sharon are very personable and friendly. Highly recommend!

I never thought my dog would be able to attend daycare with his aggressive behavior! I brought my 4 year old, rescued pit mix to Mike for some advanced behavioral training. My dog had not previously been socialized when we rescued him and we have been "dealing" with his dog aggressive behavior for 2+ years. My end goal was to be able to drop my pup off for daycare while I was at work, but I wasn't fully expecting my dog to be able to get over his socialization issues. After a one on one session in training with Mike, I was amazed to find that my previously "dog aggressive" pup needed some extra guidance and I was SHOCKED to see my dog behaving like a good citizen in daycare after one day! I am extremely impressed with the level of professionalism that Mike has shown throughout the process. I was worried about the other dogs in the daycare, and Mike took extra care to make sure all of the dogs (including mine) were safe and happy throughout the day. Mike kept me up to date with my dogs progress, and provided guidance on even introducing my dog to my relatives dogs when we go visit for vacations. Baxter and Beasley's is now my pups favorite place, he begs to jump in the car every morning to go for a full day of fun. Added notes: 1. The facility is extremely clean 2. The staff takes extra special individual care of my dog (they knew his name by the end of the first day) 3. The prices are extremely affordable for such high quality care

This is the best daycare/grooming/boarding facility around. The owners and staff really care. My dog has not been happier since he started attending daycare there. They are so good with him! They really care and it shows. Sunny is the groomer and does a fantastic job. They really follow instructions and often offer recommendations. You can see they truly care about the dogs. This is the best place for your pet!

I have been boarding with Mike and Sharon from the earliest beginnings of B &B. They are the kindest and most giving individuals I know. Professional, dedicated to the betterment of your dog, their dogs and rescues. The facility is fun, clean and you couldn't ask for more knowledgeable people. I have really appreciated Fetch pet care for their dog walking service! I use Fetch whenever my sister babysits my dog. They have been so reliable and do such a good job with my dog! I always receive a report card and a photo of the walk. It makes me feel better knowing my dog went for her daily walk in my absence and that she was in such good hands!

We have used Fetch Pet Care in Schaumburg for years, and have been very pleased. It's a very professionally run business yet they seem to really care about the pets. We've used Michelle for a long time, and she does a wonderful job taking care of our cats and turtle. Every time she comes in she sends us a message and picture showing us our kitties and gives us an update on them. She is also extremely reliable. I highly recommend Fetch.

We have been using Fetch Pet Care for a couple of months now after my dog went thru knee surgeries. The entire staff was prompt and responsive to all my questions and concerns before hiring them. My pup is really shy and fearful of strangers and from the moment I scheduled our meet & greet I knew he connected with his sitter. Tank absolutely loves Corrine and can’t wait to see her. So far we have only used the extended day walk visits but I’m sure in the future we will use other services.

I am so glad I found Pet Suites for my Baby Bear. I rescued him in February and he was a shy little guy and not sure of many things, to be expected as a new rescue. Since he started coming here to doggie daycare, he is now Mr. Social Bee. He loves coming here and I love it too!! I just picked Bear up today from his 1st boarding experience, and he came out wagging his tail and super happy! Every time I come here the dogs come in wagging their tails and do the same leaving. The staff is Amazing and are true animal lovers! Two of my most favorite things are the video cams and the outside play area w/pools. I had visited 2 other places prior to picking Pet Suites and I am so glad I choose Pet Suites!!! Thank you for all that you do and I am very grateful to have found you.

I love this place!!! The staff is super friendly and so caring! All of the staff is awesome, sometimes you just want to stay and talk with them for hours! Very clean and spacious facilities as well. I was so nervous when taking a weekend trip and leaving my pup there, I had upgraded him to the luxury suite to make sure he would be comfortable. When I was dropping him off the staff told me there was a live web cam!!! So I can check on him if I missed him too much. 110/10, I recommend them highly!!!!!

We had the most amazing experience with Pet Suites in Arlington Heights! This is the longest that I've been away from my baby, Lucy my Cat. I was an anxious wreck. I was away in Canada. Not only did the staff answer EVERY single text while my family was away, they allowed my best friend to come and bring some things to Lucy to make the rest of her stay more comfortable. Our 7 year old rescue dog had very severe separation anxiety when we adopted her in November 2023. We needed to find a solution so my husband and I could both be gone from the house at the same time. We are so happy we found PetSuites! She goes several times a week to play with her dog friends and the staff gives her lots of love. She can go just for a few hours or a whole day. We even boarded her there when we took a trip. Their hours are great, you can drop off or pick up anytime 6:30am-8pm, 7 days a week, which is perfect for us!

Feeling super sad to not come back to pet suites with our fur baby. She started off going to puppy preschool about 2 years ago. I work 13 hr shifts so she was a frequent pup! To check my phone when I have a moment to see my dog always in the cage is really sad. Each time I have called there was always another reason of why she was in there. I questioned them if we should be bringing her to day play if she is having behavioral issues. Their response was that she was not aggressive just over stimulated at times and needed short breaks which we completely understood. Another reason was that she pulls off other dog’s paper name collars. One time they said it was a new employee working that was unaware our dog can come out and play with the other dogs. Today she was in the cage for hours. After calling the to see the reasoning she had been placed in the cage, they took her out. Within minutes she was back laying in the cage. I had to witness a worker force my dog to sit before coming out of the cage and then when she opened it slightly and my dog would excitedly jump (mind you all the other dogs are swarming the cage) she then closed the door on her. This happened multiple times. While she was in the cage the worker would just point at her, obviously I cannot hear what is being said. I had to have a family member come pick her up because of how uncomfortable that made me feel. There have been some really amazing workers that have made us feel welcomed and that our pup was loved even with her quirks and all but to feel like our pup is not cared for, we will not be bringing her back.

Holiday always loves going to PetSuites! I know he enjoys seeing all of his furry friends there, and his human friends (just as much)! The staff at PetSuites was very friendly and willing to work with us quickly. Very clean facility with knowledgeable staff members. They treated both myself and my dog with a great deal of respect, willing to go above and beyond. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone who is looking for doggy daycare, boarding, classes, or a way for their pets to socialize with others!

If i were you i wouldn’t ever take your dog here. Not only did they send my dog home looking absolutely ridiculous, half shaved, but they cut him and left bleeding wounds from the clippers i assume, he also developed kennel cough a week after being here. My dog gets anxious so I assume he was not the easiest to deal with, however, i’m sure my dog is not the only one who doesn’t like going to the groomers and this is what they are trained and paid to do. they were rude, unprofessional, and didn’t seem to care at all. if you love your dog, don’t take them here.

It was first time for Rocky at PetSuites. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They took care of our frenchie. He was happy! We were receiving updates and pictures. He stayed there for 6 nights.

Been working with Elite for several years now! No complaints at all! They are a great service and always available in a pinch.
