Simply put, Shella was amazing. She is a great communicator, who is also polite, punctual, mature and intuitively 'got' what I wanted from a sitter out of the sit. We touched based once a day (as that is all I require if I trust the sitter), I got a photo of a happy looking Angus, and it meant I was happy and relaxed that he was being well cared for. If I could get Shella to do all my sits, I would. zeewoi needs more Shellas.
I enjoyed this sit very much!!! Mary was a delight to communicate with. She even left me a little gift ❤️ The furry babies are super sweet and loving!! Already miss them! The house… is absolutely gorgeous, amazing location and peaceful energy! I would return to this sit in heartbeat!!
We feel very lucky to have had the chance to meet Fiona and Richard and look after their beautiful dogs Frankie and Ruby. Richard and Fiona were extremely welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed which meant the sit was very straight forward and enjoyable. We would gladly come back anytime and are jealous of any future dog sitter that gets to spend time with Frankie and Ruby. As you would expect with Weimaraners, these two are a lot of fun and love to be around humans… Initially Ruby was a bit shy but after a day she had completely warmed up to us and her goofy personality really started to shine. The dogs are walked twice a day and are much happier off the lead which is easily accommodated as there are some great forests/reserves nearby. We hope to keep in touch with Richard and Fiona and have very fond memories of our time in Stratford Upon Avon.
We had a wonderful stay at Colms place. Hedi was such a lovely dog to look after, she was so well behaved and didn't give us any issues. The house was warm and nice and quiet, with plenty of options for entertainment and best of all was the spa which was clean and ready for use when we arrived. Colm was easy to get in contact with to answer any questions. Would recommend this as a great place to house sit.
Our stay with Carrie's 3 lovey cats was great. The house was really cool and the location of it in Evergreen was great for mountain lovers! Duma, Tica Linda, and Cheeba were such cool cats with their own little personalities. We thought Cheeba would be the most friendly one. Instead, Tica Linda warmed up to us first and Duma shortly after. They were all great companions while we were around. Seeing all the deer and elk in the neighborhood added to the experience of being there, And the neighbor over the road was very helpful too. You definitely have to love cats to watch these guys because they live their life in a specific way, but it was really cool to spend time with them. Duma is definitely the head of the house but is very loving once he warms up. Cheeba is Duma's best friend and won't be afraid to talk to you all day. She isn't the most fond of cuddling but will let you pet her a little bit. And Tica Linda likes to keep to herself, especially outside, but is the most cuddly and will love onto you all day.
This was a wonderful sit. Dodger is funny and endearing. He lives in perpetual hope - that when you go to the kitchen you must be getting him a treat and when he brings you a toy, you will surely want to play. Sarah is friendly and independent. She is happy for you to pet her and equally happy to go her own way. Julie is friendly and welcoming and her home is so comfortable. I especially love her deck where Dodger and I, and sometimes Sarah, had our morning coffee and greeted the day. Greenville is one of my favorite towns to visit. I would wholly recommend this housesit to anyone.
