Ken
Ken and Renie are both so sweet and were incredibly helpful with the detailed instructions they left for us and quick responses any time we had questions! We had dinner together our first night there (they cooked for us) and they are such kind, welcoming, good hearted people. Riley is the cutest puppy and once he warmed up to us (it took about one full day) he followed us around the house and either laid next to me on the couch or on the floor by me all day while I worked. He was very calm during the day while in-house and was also pleasant to walk with. He was very into smelling all the different scents along the road! Whenever we left the house Riley went into his crate without a fight. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and spacious, and is waterfront with a bunch of plants and hummingbirds that kept us company on the deck. The surrounding area is very peaceful with a group of coffee shops and restaurants a short 5 minute drive away. This sit was such an amazing all around experience!

Tony made a great first impression, was accommodating and easy to talk to. The location of the apartment is great and it is well served by public transport.

Lulu was affectionate right from the start and wouldn't leave our side during the whole sit. She is great on the train and also with other people and dogs.
We had problems walking her around the neighbourhood surrounding the apartment, so we would recommend taking her somewhere a bit further by public transport - where she will want to go anyways :D - (e.g. Treptower Park or Tempelhofer Feld). We would also advice to always bring her stroller with you because she might get exhausted at some point.
When we sat down for a quick bite to eat outside a restaurant or cafe, Lulu often seemed restless and wanted attention, although this gradually improved over time.
Lulu needed some eye drops during our sit and was great at taking them (thankfully all is well now!). Tony informed us of her condition before the sit and showed us how to administer them to her, so there were no problems.

Thank you for letting us stay at your place and trusting us to look after of Lulu!

I really enjoyed this sit. Arty and Ajay were so much fun, big love bugs and champion snuggles. Lisa was so welcoming and accommodating. I would do this sit again and again if I lived closer.

Cherry
Dean and Cherry were very welcoming, and shared everything I needed to know to care for Dante, who will win you over before you know what happened. Dante responds well to "sit" and to snacks, and has a reliable routine that made caring for him easy. In the neighborhood, I highly recommend Ula Cafe (grab a coffee, and enjoy it on Dean and Cherry's roofdeck), and a walk to Jamaica Pond.
