This was my first sit with TrustedHousesitters and what a great experience it was! Brianna made the whole experience very easy! We met ahead of time via Google Meet to review the details of the sit and to get to know each other. She read my profile and offered to let me bring my 22 yr old son along. Brianna's apartment is very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and has a great view of the city! The apartment complex is in a convenient location -- only a 10 block walk to the capitol. Her communication with me about how to take care of her dog, Orlena, and her apartment was thorough. Orlena is a fluffy and cuddly pup (he was 1 at the time of the sit). He has typical puppy behaviors that Brianna is working on, but overall is the sweetest pup!! She really enjoyed walks and going to the dog park. I hope to return to take care of Orlena again one day!! 😁
We had a wonderful time looking after little Nina who is a gorgeous little cat! The house was absolutely immaculate when we arrived. Spotless! We couldn't have asked for anything else. Chris was on the other end of the phone if we did need anything. We spent a lot of time doing lovely walks around the area and got the bus into Oxford and Thame a few times. Nina was a very easy cat to look after, she just needs fed and watered. She is very playful and is just overall stunning. I wanted to take her home! Thank you Chris and Simon for making our stay so easy and enjoyable. It felt like we were on holiday. Would highly recommend this housesit to others. :)
I had a wonderful experience sitting for Gus. The apartment was super clean and comfortable, and Sandra took the time to show me where everything was and to go over Gus', her adorable cat, routine. I felt at home, and Gus is such a funny, lovable guy! She even took the time to drive me to store the day before she left and to help me get acquainted with the neighborhood. Would happily sit for Gus again, and this was an easy 5 stars.
Molly and Ramona are two great girls! educated, affectionate and playful, they will listen all the instructions you give them while you are at home or when you take them out for a walk. We loved and enjoyed with them! Sean's apartment is nice, cozy and has everything you need and is in an excellent area of the city, very close to metro station. Good communication. Would definitely come back.
We are so happy to have had the chance to stay 2 weeks with Moby, Tosca and Moun. They are so adorable and friendly, we were sad to leave them and we have missed them every day since! Nic and Karen's house is big and has everything we need. It is in a safe and quiet area, with shops, supermarkets and a shopping center nearby. We didn't know Rabat and we really enjoyed our stay there, thank you Nic and Karen for allowing us to discover this great city! And we are ready to come back whenever you want ;)

Very friendly and careful staff! I’ve brought my puppy here a handful of times and he always seems to enjoy himself. The prices are also fairly reasonable for the accommodations and services offered. The staff listen and follows any notes, dietary restrictions and special instructions you may have for your pet to ensure a great stay. I also opted to receive photos while away just to check in on my pup.
If I could give Dog Spot 100 stars I would!! They love my dog and my dog loves them! The times are easy to work into our schedule for daycare and they have online reservations which is so convenient. They also have great reminders for the dates you have booked through an app. They have thought of everything to make it such a seamless and easy way to know your dog is taken care of! @Dog Spot Hotel is an amazing place. We feel like family! Our 3 year old Bichon, Barkley, has been attending since he was a puppy. A huge shout out to Erin, Lauren, Hannah, Angel, and Sebastian always welcome us with a smile. I am thankful for them and how they make us feel confident that Barkley is not only being taken care of, but is getting love and attention, too! I am sure I am missing some of the names, but know they are all fantastic! Barkley gets so excited when he gets to go to "school". It is so wonderful to know that he is in such good hands. You can really tell they love him and give him attention. I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience with Dog Spot - and the wonderful people that work there.
My three big dogs love to go. If my dogs are so happy every time we go and so tired when I pick them up, there are no need for further comments! If they love it, I love it too. On the human side, the staff and everyone are the nicest and most caring people with their human and pet clients.
I needed a boarder for my older cocker. My vet recommended, Yelp reviews were great, and coworkers recommended, all pleased with Dog Spot Hotel. I stopped for a visit and was very pleased by the facility and the number of busy workers. Picked up my fur baby today, she was happy, all her belongings were clean, and nails trimmed. I could not be more thankful. And the price was great! Will be back for sure.

Don’t you wish you could ask your dog what they think about things? (Ours talks with buttons and he mostly talks about wanting to play, walk and get a good scratch.) Our experience at the Dog Spot has always been incredible, boarding and daycare. When we pull up, our dog lights up and becomes a wild maniac trying to get to the staff that he adores. The staff are very professional, clearly love the animals and I trust them. I got a tour of the facility and it smelled and looked CLEAN. The dog and his stuff always come back smelling good and clean. I’ve heard that “a tired dog is a happy dog” and the interaction our boy has at the Dog Spot with dogs and people makes all of us happy. I’ll never go anywhere else. I feel like I hit the jackpot by finding this place.

I love this place for my pet poodle. We were on vacation and my husband had a heart attack and I had to find a place close to the hospital to take my baby. I was so excited when I found this Taj Mahal for her. It’s beautiful, the girls and so sincere and friendly and my baby even got excited the next day when I pulled up in front to drop her off. My only regret is that they don’t have one like this in Tennessee where I live. I will be using this daycare all week while my husband has his heart surgery! Misty played so hard that she collapsed when we got back to the apt and allowed me to rest after a long day at the hospital! I have to take a moment to share how amazing this company and the owner are. I reached out to the company in a panic as I was leaving in 2 days to go on a Covid deployment in another state. I called and was frantic because I could not have accepted the assignment if I was unable to find a sitter. Darlene, the owner reached out to me after I left a message. Her response was swift and professional. I don’t have cats or dogs; I have 2 parrots. The owner’s employees were all booked up for the holidays. The owner sensed my stress and she said that she would come by and feed and care for my birds herself. She was so selfless. She went by twice a day and was absolutely on point and dependable. I want to thank her and this company so much for stepping up when I had no options. This is without question the best service and compassion I have experienced in many years. I highly recommend this company. Trustworthy, reliable and punctual. What other company do you know of would have its owner or president come and do the work. Amazing! Denise gives you updates on how much fun your puppies are having. She also offers overnight boarding, which is very useful in case you need to go out of town. Denise took great care of our dogs!! She provided updates as they were settling in and pictures when we asked on the only day we had cell reception. I’m always anxious leaving my pups but Denise takes good care of them
I brought my 16 week old dachshund puppy here for Daycare for the first time and Denise was so sweet to her and sent me updates and pictures and videos all through out the day. My puppy had so much fun with her dachshund, Opal, and the best part is she was exhausted when she came home!

My Labradoodle, Jersey, loves going to see Denise and all of her dog friends! I’ve used the boarding services multiple times, and even though I am anxious anytime I have to leave my pup, I feel at ease knowing she’s at a safe place having lots of fun.
Denise has the best doggie daycare and overnight place to stay I have ever used. She is wonderful with the dogs and they love going there. It makes me feel a bit better when we go on vacation to know they are having so much fun.

Dr. Wigglesworth has been the vet to our 5 pets for over 20 years. All of our pets have/had long lives (16, 17, 18, 20 and one is still going at 15). He is a professional and knowledgeable no-nonsense doctor, he thoroughly explains everything and is happy to answer as many questions as you have. He doesn't jump into unnecessary procedures either. We've trusted him with our precious pets and will continue to do so as long as he's around. A special shout out to the staff, especially Emily, for her extra care and effort.
We've been taking our dog year for almost 10 years now. They all do such a great job making our pup feel as comfortable as can be in a vet's setting. Great communication and care.
Update 9/20/24 after speaking with the owner of this establishment he seems to be confused why I didn't bring my dog back there for aftercare and decided to go to a different vet. Gee maybe because trust was broken?He stated he doesn't do this type of surgery in his establishment so I'm still trying to figure out why he hired a vet that does LOL (and she clearly shouldn't be) * WARNING GRAPHIC IMAGES* My dog is stable but I wouldn't say ok. When we moved to Florida, I found a vet and we stuck with her for the whole two years we've been here. She recently left the practice, and I foolishly decided to stick with the new vet the owner of the practice hired. (Mind you I've never met the owner Dr.wigelsworth) Butters with bad timing formed a huge lump on his leg (soft tissue sarcoma). Best option for this is removal of the limb because it's highly invasive cancer I agreed seeing I just had my tripod pass away june 22nd. When I went to pick him up after surgery which this vet seemed comfortable with, he seemed to be in a state of phantom limb syndrome, but super exteme. I was warned on the phone before I got there. (Easy Google search if you have no clue what this is) I thought it was weird a dog could be discharged same day limb removal but the vet seemed confident it would be OK. They went to hand me Butters he bit me (that's fine he's always been a biter) this one was weird he clenched on. I feel like this pain for him was quite severe. I went with the vets judgment that it was the anesthesia and phantom limb syndrome. He clenched a towel in his mouth on the car ride home. We sat at home with him for 3 hours until I couldn't take it mentally anymore of him screaming in pain. There was no way I could get a pain pill down his mouth. We proceeded to bring him to the emergency vet nearby he needed iv pain meds and a fetanyl patch. Fast froward over 24 hours later he was finally discharged. I felt disgusted a veternarian practice could hand a clients dog back to them in this condition. Today is day 9 since this surgery and we are still dealing with complications. He now has dead tissue and an Actinomycosis infection. I understand complications happen, but this just isn't sitting with me well after I was handed my son screaming in pain. I have so much empathy for vet tech, vets, shelter workers, etc. But PLEASE if you ever need to do such a surgery with your fur baby please make sure you trust the person. The owner of this vet hospital has nothing much to say to me. Not even a sorry. This has been complete hell for me and my dog. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM
Great staff! Dr Ferris has given me great care amd advice over the years. I’m here monthly for acupuncture and laser for our elderly dog. And I have 4 senior cats. So I can speak from expertise and time well spent.
Words cannot fully express how grateful I am for the incredible care Dr. Ferris provided to both my beloved dog and myself during such an emotionally difficult time. My dog, who had reached a very old age was gently euthanized under Dr. Ferris’s compassionate guidance. From the very beginning, Dr. Ferris was understanding, patient, and empathetic. The entire staff was professional and comforting, but Dr. Ferris truly went above and beyond. When my dog’s health declined and it became clear that the time had come, Dr. Ferris didn’t just provide excellent medical care— she provided emotional support for me as well. After the appointment was over when I was overwhelmed with grief, Dr. Ferris didn’t rush me out the door. Instead, she stayed for over an hour, holding my hand, sharing in my tears, and offering the kind of comfort that went far beyond what I could’ve ever expected from a veterinarian professional. She showed an extraordinary level of compassion, not just for my dog, but for me as well. It is rare to find a vet who truly understands the bond between an owner and their pet, and Dr. Ferris demonstrated that understanding in such a powerful and beautiful way. I will forever be grateful for her kindness, her professionalism and the emotional support she gave me during such a painful chapter of my life. Thank you, Dr. Ferris for not only caring for my dog but for caring for me in a way that I’ll never forget.

Turns out my cats aren't fluffy just really fat. The doctors and staff here were well educated and was able to explain how nutrition is important for my pets health. They have become a healthy weight again thanks to this clinics help.
Dr Ferris is great with all three of my dogs. Each one has health issues and she treats with traditional and alternative medicine. Chiropractic and acupuncture ….she’s wonderful!

I’d like to start with my most heartfelt thanks to Martha and crew for their care of our lab and our kitten while we were on a cruise. She even bought my kitten toys knowing she’d never boarded before and was scared. Getting back and seeing photos of our babes she sent every day made my heart melt. They couldn’t have been taken better care of by our closest relatives. The place is clean and bright with competent and loving staff around everywhere. We have traveled extensively and never have we boarded our dog at a better place. I’d go there there again in a heartbeat 💗
This us an awesome place for my big 60 lb puppy, who is a loner. She gets lots of playtime during daycare. Everyone here is knowledgeable about dogs and cats. You can tell they really care about your pet, by the happy wagging of their tail when you pull in the parking lot.
They must be THE BEST, because I cannot imagine a better experience. This was my first time boarding my cats. I dropped off Cocoa and Roxie for 2 weeks at Pet Wagon and am blown away by their quality of service and genuine care for the animals. Every day they were there I received pictures and a status update on how they were doing. It was so fun for my kids (and me) to see them exploring their environment and their progress in adapting to boarding life. They have a “jungle” (I think they call it) with climbing opportunities and windows to look outside. They have large multilevel wire kennels where they stay at night. This can all be seen on the website.. Thank you so much. We will see you again next time. :)
We left our "moody" dog here while we took a short cruise and couldn't have been more happier and satisfied with a boarding place! Everyone is very friendly and extremely "pet oriented"! We got daily photos of our doggie which was so nice and greatly appreciated. DEFINITELY recommend The Pet Wagon!!!
Absolutely AMAZING. We boarded our parrot here, it was her first time staying out of our house and she's a baby. We were all so worried about our baby bird, when we took her in she was moulting and stressed and our voices echoing did not help. But when she came back, she was happy, healthy, and had grown in a brilliant new coat of feathers. For a while after her chirp sounded different, must have picked up a new tone from her talkative friends there! They clearly have company, food, everything they could need, because if they didn't, it would show. Parrots are high maintenance, even little parakeets like our girl. If preppy pet was not giving them amazing care, she wouldn't have come back such a happy girl. We will DEFINITELY be returning in the future!
Great place! I leave my two lovebirds here when I travel for work or vacation. My birds dont seam to be stressed when I pick them up which is a great sign. People working there are all very friendly and professional. Highly recommend the place.
Do not take your senior pet to this place! Our labrador endured a puncture wound while he was boarded at Preppy Pets and Preppy Pets blamed it on him sleeping on the ground instead of his bedding. Despite his age and health issues they made us feel that they can properly care for a dog. They called us every day for the first three days we were gone. Day 1 was because the recommended kennel was too small. Day 2 our lab kept barking, Day 3–there is an open wound from our dog laying on the ground. It was now evident that Preppy Pets was not capable of taking care of our Labrador. They also charged us for each pill that was given to our dog. There was nowhere on their website that they would charge for medication administration or were notified that they would be charging for the service. So dog owners Preppy Pets charges $1.50 per pill. How ridiculous is that? What was supposed to be a $350 stay turned out to be $600. Well, the next day we took our Labrador to our vet. They had to sedate our family dog of 14 years, give him IV antibiotics, suture, and debride his wound. $500 later, our vet commented that it was highly unlikely that this one was from laying on the ground. The dog was either bit or punctured by something. I will not ever recommend this place to anyone and our vet will sure to never recommend this awful place to other dog owners.
The staff is great and my dog was always cared for and loved. Unfortunately she had contracted kennel cough twice in the last year there. The first time I brought it to their attention in hopes they would inform other pet owners but instead they claimed it was due to the breed of dog I have. My dog never had an issue at any other daycare/boarding facility. For the health of my dog I no longer feel comfortable bringing her there.
My dog has been going here for daycare for almost a year, and he loves it! He gets to play all day instead being home alone. He’s also boarded here a few times, and they always take good care of him. The owners genuinely care about everyone’s dogs, and the ladies that work for them are fantastic!
My grand pup goes to preppy pet, and he loves going to play with his friends. He wines when he see it. Plus he is so tired when he comes home. Staff and owners are great with all the animals and family's.

First time I left Mr. Bruno at Preppy Pets for boarding. I am happy to report the facility was very clean. I knew Bruno was safe and well taken care off .
Took my dog here, dog came home with a bunch of injuries, I could see on the pet cams that my dog was being mauled. It took 3 hours for me to reach anyone about this, and I ended up having to take the dog to the vet due to my dog ending up with an infection due to the injuries their negligence caused. Not only did my dog get mauled and traumatized, but now I had to spend hundreds of dollars unnecessarily. Never taking my dog here again!
Wow! What great people Tony and Yolanda the owners are! I moved to Melbourne from Orlando over a year ago and I have taken my two Bichon Frise dogs to them daily for doggy daycare. I have also boarded them there a few times and they treat my dogs and me so wonderfully with such kindness, understanding and professionalism. I wouldn't bring my dogs to another place because they treat us all like family and truly care about your pets. You won't find more kind or fair people that sincerely care about your dogs than Tony, Yolanda and their staff. I HIGHLY recommend them for your pet's needs in daycare and in boarding. Thank you to everyone at Preppy Pet in Melbourne! If I could give you 10 stars, I would! In addition, I read some of the negative reviews, and the owners of Preppy Pet are so diligent in ensuring that all pets are up-to-date on vaccines that they won't allow pets who are expired on vaccines to stay in their facility. They are operating on correct pet safety protocols, and everyone should appreciate that they are very responsible in wanting to keep all pets safe from others who might impose illness upon other pets. She watched our 2 cats for a week. Spent quality time with them and made sure their litter pans were clean and their water fresh daily. Shes extremely prompt and sent us several videos every day during her visits. Highly recommended.

Brandon took great care of my dog while I was away during the holidays. I had never used a pet sitter before and was so worried about having to leave him behind but it didn't take long to realize I had left him I'm great hands! He's a nervous dog and he warmed up to him in no time. I will be using them whenever I need a petsitter again in the future. And I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Terri and her team are the best! We have always had a relative to watch our pets when we go out of town but unfortunately the situation changed, and we had to figure out what to do. When I was at the vet's office, I mentioned the situation. As overprotective fur baby parents we knew we definitely didn't want to board them. They suggested we look for a pet sitter. I went online and found Pet Nannies and I am so glad I did. From the start Terri put us at ease and let us know our boys would be taken care of just like they were theirs. We have used the service now numerous times and couldn't be happier. We get two updates a day which include pictures and movies. They feed, play, exercise, and keep them company on each visit. I booked with Pet Nannies twice, once over the week of Thanksgiving and the other during the week of Christmas while flying home for the holidays. I have a chinchilla and she requires very specific care with regard to environmental conditions, playtime, food, etc. I’m honored to have the first chinchilla they’ve cared for because they did an absolutely fantastic job. Terri (owner) is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and compassionate with pets. I had verbally detailed to her the care my pet needed during our meet and greet, and she had sent me back a comprehensive list of everything I had explained from memory! She also sends sweet messages and artistic pictures of your pet to let you know they’re doing okay. Julia and Loren also did an awesome job caring for her and sending check-in messages and pictures every time they went over. I have never had more peace of mind being away from my pet, so if you are in their service areas, don’t even think twice about booking with Pet Nannies!
What a wonderful experience we had with Ms. Terri! Finding a pet nannie for our Manny cat in Fl was hard. Between the extended time away from the home and someone in which we could trust to come to the home. Ms. Terri and her team provided us this and more! From the start of the process ( meet and greet), to the regular updates while we were away from the home and the feedback when we arrived. Our Manny cat was in great hands! We will be using her team for all trips in the future!
Wonderful, caring, and detail oriented service. I just relocated within Brevard County and needed new pet sitter for our two kitties. We have a senior (18 y/o) cat and one younger cat. I was concerned about finding a good sitter for our senior. I hate leaving our babies. I was really impressed with Terri and her team. The initial in-home consultation left me feeling much better and I knew we found a good fit. They even had some good suggestions to make our kitties more comfortable during our absence. This team of wonderful people really cares about the animals they are taking care of. We got daily pictures with updates and some enjoyable videos too! They have amazing communication. I felt so much relief knowing they were taking good care of our kitties. When they visit, they don’t just quickly do the minimum. They do what’s needed and more. It was nice to come home to kitties and a home that was well taken care of while we were gone. I recently had to make a brief trip out of town and needed care for my senior fox terrier. The charming daily reports they provided via text gave me reassurance my fur baby was in good hands. Best pet sitter by far!!! We have no worries when leaving our furry family home alone, Pet Nannies is always on time and responsible, sending us videos and photos of each visit. This is so much better than leaving your pet in a kennel locked in a cage. Always responsive and most friendly, glad I was introduced to them.

I have been using Pet nannies to care for my 2 little fur babies and would not trust leaving them in anyone else's hands. They both love their caregivers, and they take the time to send us texts and video pictures of the dogs, so I know that they are happy and well cared for. This business (specifically ran by Tracey) is amazing. We searched far and wide for a reputable place that truly put focus on the individual dog and were very personable. When we had our site visit to make sure the doggies got along and everything was good to go, we were beyond impressed with the level of care and love she provided. Tracey made sure we were very comfortable and asked all the important questions and was quick to be clear without adding answers we wanted to hear. If you are looking to drop your dog off for the day, have her come visit your house or other services, she is definitely the person to trust. We will be returning knowing what she provided for our dog. Oh, she even sent photo updates and gave us updates on his stay.
We absolutely LOVE Tracy, she has been taking care of our fur baby since Roki was 9 months old. We needed a sitter last minute and Tracy came through for us, and we have been using her ever since. I would not trust anyone else with her. She always keeps us updated on how Roki is doing.

I brought my puppy Lucky in today to be groomed and they did a great job. Lucky's hair had been butchered by my mother and i was worried that it could not be fixed but they did a great job at correcting it.
Person did a good job grooming my cat, however, for the price I paid I'm surprised they did not also bathe her. I had to do that myself post visit.
They are great with my cat LEXI. She gets the lion cut. I recommend Pampered Pets to any cat owner who needs to get their cat groomed!
Carol and Autumn did an excellent job caring for my baby! Dixie looks beautiful!! Carol followed my wishes and took time to listen to our needs. I just moved to Melbourne and was a bit nervous leaving Dixie at a new groomers. The groom took 3hrs. and when I returned to pick her up, she was happy, calm, and not scared at all. The price for the full groom with teeth brushing was cheaper than my old groomers, so we’re happy campers! Great job Pampered Pets!
I have groomed with Carol before and loved her technique and demeanor towards the animals. She knows her stuff!! I went in to check out her shop and seen her interact with her clients and their beloved pets. I never seen her mistreat an animal at all. Or else I wouldn’t support her business. I am brutally honest. Carol and Sue definitely know how to groom and know customer service and satisfaction! I may work for a different grooming company, but if you want quality work done in a shop in record time...call Carol!!
They took Levi in for a nail trim at a short notice. They did such a wonderful job keeping him calm! We’ll definitely come back!
This is the best shop ever! Carol and Sue are very careful and take great care in grooming your pets. My dog and cat love going to see them. This is a first as they used to be afraid to go. Their work is top notch and professional. Would highly recommend this friendly and clean place.
I used to love taking my dogs to get groomed by Cindy because she was always so nice, gentle, and listened to exactly how you wanted their hair cut. But she got bought out by a woman named Carol, she was so rough with my little 9 lb dog. She grabbed her by the chin hair! And I explained exactly how I wanted their hair cut but she didn't listen at all and rushed me out and said I'd have to come back to get their hair fixed, so I went back the next day and she started to get annoyed. I even noticed that she nicked one of my dogs with the clippers. If you do think about going to Pampered Pets please ask if Cindy will be there.
Dino has his nails done here. Great work by Sue! She’s amazing! Dino doesn’t like having his paws touched but she was excellent to get him calm and ready to go! Will be back and highly recommend for anyone’s pet needs.
Carol does an amazing job on all our pets. We have been so impressed with her level of care and service that we continue to bring our dogs to Pampered Pets even though we moved to West Palm Beach. 5 stars all the way!!
