Melissa and David were very welcoming and made sure I was all set to take care of the house with a full run-down of everything before they left for their trip. Throughout my stay, they were very easy to communicate with and dealt with any issues regarding the house in a timely manner and gave me some great tips with Benito. They are truly pros on this website. The house is very clean and was in a great location with the grocery store down the street, a 5 minute walk to the park and a 1 minute walk to a gym that has one-month passes, great for a stay like this. Benito was also very easy to care for. He is very timid when you first arrive and boycotts your stay by refusing to eat, but once he warms up to you, he'll be at your side in an instant begging for butt rubs. He also gets super excited about going for a walk, will shake his leg when you scratch his belly in just the right tickle spot and will sit in your lap if you're on the floor with him. He will also make you laugh with his crazy facial expressions and with how he finds you like clockwork when it's time for his afternoon treat. He has such a playful heart and I would petsit him again if I was ever in Kansas!
Amazing sit ! We had the greatest time sitting Dexter for Laurie and Chuck. Laurie and Chuck are super hosts : they made us feel comfortable right away. Communication with them was very fluid and instant from our very first messages, all throughout the sit. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time with them before and after the sit. Dexter is such a loving cat : he loves attention and human contact, we were thrilled to take care of him, what a pleasure ! He bestowed us with so many precious moments : morning cuddles in our arms, coffee breaks on the balcony, Netflix evenings purring on the sofa all stretched out against us... You'd never say he is 15 because he is so fit and active. Poor boy has IBS issue, but it was very minor during the week we were with him and not a problem at all. The flat is beautiful, very comfortable and well equipped (including very efficient aircon). It is ideally located in a quiet though very central area of Valencia. Many shops, restaurants and public transports are within a few steps walk from the flat. Thanks so much Laurie and Chuck for entrusting us !
It was a pleasure taking care of Matt's kittens! His apartment is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It has a bus stop outside a few meters away and a supermarket a couple of blocks away. It was a great refuge for us this month and a half. Matt was always very attentive to us and the communication flowed very well. We happily take care again of beatrice and tote again! 🐈🐈😻😻
Taking care of Ollie and Khana was the most wonderful thing for me. the dogs are polite and well-behaved, full of life and love. they stole my heart. What a delightful sit. Sophie/Piggy is an absolute sweetheart. Calm, contented & loves her cuddles. Very easy to look after. Anna was a gracious & generous host, ensuring that we had everything we needed to have a lovely time in this beautiful spot in the country.
I can just say that the experience was wonderful. Antoine and Vatsala were extremely nice and easy going persons from the beginning! I meet Vatsala one day prior to my stay with Bidoo and she was super lovely. I spent a whole week cuddling with Bidoo and had super funny nights with him <3. We had a great time together and hope to see him and them again!
