We were so grateful to have Kelly take care of our home, our dog Cooper, and our cat Ollie. Kelly went above and beyond in caring for our pets, ensuring they were happy and comfortable the entire time. She was an excellent communicator, regularly sending us updates and pictures that reassured us everything was going great. When we returned, our home was spotless—Kelly even left it cleaner than when we left! She was so thoughtful and kind, even leaving us a little gift at the end of her stay. Her daughter was also incredibly sweet and great with the animals. We would love to have Kelly back again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and conscientious house sitter.

Alena is caring and observant. She took care of my Charlie so well. When she noticed Charlie was a bit down she let me know and suggested we facetime . She was right on spot. Alena is well organized and planned ahead, she wanted to learn the feeding, walking schedule right away which showed me she is a very responsible person. Grateful for her help with Charlie while I was away. Thanks to her I didn’t worry about Charlie.

Daniel stepped up and took On an additional pet without complaining. Created a lot more work for him but he met the challenge without complaint. All critters and house still standing and in good shape on our return

Val, Franz & Mabel

We've had over a dozen house sitters for Mabel because we travel a lot, and Sarah has been by far the most professional, reliable and organised. She could easily make a living as a full-time dog/pet carer! It was like having hired somebody who provides a professional service, except we didn't pay her. She read our house guide very carefully in advance, arrived punctually, familiarised herself with our home, made little Mabel instantly fall in love with her.
Then while we were away, Sarah took great care of Mabel, sending us daily summaries of their activities and pictures, with just exactly the right amount of detail we were expecting. Mabel was treated exactly as she would have been if she was with us.
Sarah stayed in our home for three weeks, and each single day we felt in safe hands. She went the extra mile by even picking up parcels for us at collection points downtown. Communication was always timely and effective in spite of our being several time zones away from the UK.
And when we came back, we found the house perfectly tidy, clean and in good order -- and Mabel, happy, clean and relaxed. Thanks Sarah, we hope to have you again as our dog sitter in the future!

Matilda was very flexible and attentive in her communication. Immediately sweet to my cat, and they sent some nice pictures to make me feel everything was all right.
I had to come back a few hours earlier than agreed, but they were very understanding and left the house spotless nonetheless.  Very cheerful people I felt comfortable with right from the beginning. Highly recommended!
