Paula was amazing! She was super responsible, organized and accomodating, willing to help out any way she could. She took impeccable care of my grumpy older dog Jake, walking him and coaxing him to eat, and sent me daily pictures and updates. I felt very secure knowing she was there taking such good care of him and the house. Paula also left the house very neat and tidy. She is a treasure!
For anyone fortunate enough to have Adam and Veronica on their pet-sitting radar, don't hesitate—snap them up! They're not just your average sitters; they're a blessing in disguise for any pet parent seeking tranquility during their time away.Entrusting them with our precious Gucci for nearly three months was hands down the best choice we could have made. Their maturity and sense of responsibility shone through in every aspect of their care. Right from the get-go, Adam and Veronica displayed flexibility and adaptability that was second to none. Their level of attentiveness was off the charts, spotting even the subtlest changes in Gucci's well-being and promptly bringing them to our attention. Together, we tackled any challenges that arose, emerging victorious each time.Their communication skills were on point, with regular updates that kept our minds at ease throughout our absence. Plus, their ability to follow instructions, especially in whipping up Gucci's homemade meals twice a week, was nothing short of impressive. But what truly set them apart was their 'Animal IQ'—they seemed to understand Gucci's behaviour and body language better than she understands herself! It was evident that their extensive experience with animals was paying off, giving us complete peace of mind knowing Gucci was in capable hands. And let's not forget their knack for fun and games! They kept Gucci entertained with plenty of walks, games, and even brain teasers to keep her sharp and stimulated. It wasn't just sitting; it was a full-on adventure!Their work-from-home setup ensured Gucci had constant companionship, just like she's used to. They didn't just pop in and out; they became integral parts of Gucci's daily routine, showering her with the love and attention she craves We can't thank Adam and Veronica enough for the incredible care and affection they showed Gucci. Gucci will always remember them.
Kind and thoughtful couple. Loved the sit in the snowy winterwonderland with a beautiful lake in front of the cozy and warm home. Friends are lovely and warm. The cats are so affectionate and friendly. Highly recommended sit!
Frank and I thoroughly enjoyed our sit with this great family! Karla was a great communicator before and during the sit. We had the option of staying in their home out in the country or a family members closer to town. Each had their appeal, but we chose to stay at their home out in the country with a massive yard (but only a little bit of watering plants) for Walter the dog to run around in. It was quiet and peaceful. They have beautiful comfortable outdoor furniture on both sides of the house. Coffee in the morning, wine at night...hearing birds and enjoying the gorgeous weather was such a treat! So many hummingbirds!!! It was amazing! The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on! I slept so well with the windows open and the great country air. Waking up to the sound of birds and not traffic or airplanes overhead was such a treat and a change for me living in Las Vegas! Frankie the cat was playful and entertaining and super affectionate with the loudest purrs I have ever heard...Such a love bug! Walter was a great work companion. He cuddled up to me when I was on my Zoom calls and was very quiet, he is not a barker. We took Walter to a few outdoor music events and he was happy and content. Concerts at a Sequim lavender farm, wineries and Bremerton Waterfront. Walter enjoyed the music and people watching. He is very calm when seeing other dogs. He was an absolute JOY to take out and about. I hope to spend time more time in this beautiful part of the Pacific Northwest again next summer with these great pets and their awesome family!
Dee and Saffy are both lovely. We met Dee and Saffy prior to the sit and had brilliant communication prior and during the sit was great. Dee ensured that we had everything we needed to be comfortable and cosy in her peaceful home. There is also an incredible garden to explore with Saffy as your tour guide. Woodhall Spa is just a 3 minuite drive away with the most incredible bakery and deli. Saffy is gorgeous and great company. She is very low maintenance and has great feeding routines. She loves a cuddle in front of the fire in the evening. We have never known a cat dribble and chirp so much during fuss! We very much hope to return and pet/house sit for Dee again in the future.
Barbara and Scott’s home is comfortable and cozy. Beautifully renovated with details of a craftsman home. It felt especially homey to me because Barbara and I have similar pieces of furniture from our families. The guest bedroom and bath was just right for Trip and me! She slept at my feet and I got a “nose to nose” wake-up when it was time for breakfast. We did some porch sitting and birdwatching while outside. She stayed around the house on her treks and came to the back porch when I called her in. San Antonio is a special part of Texas to experience. It’s rich with history. You can start with the Alamo and Riverwalk and move on to the exceptional architecture, cultural events, shopping and food. And…Trip…so sweet and petite! She walked right into my heart! A gentle soul. She let me know just what she needed - a call at the door to go out, a bump on the cheek when it was time for breakfast and many massages in her beautiful silky fur. It was like being with a special little friend! Scott and Barbara…THANK YOU for sharing Trip with me! She has a special place in my heart. I have lots of photos and videos to remember our time together. Thank you for being so welcoming and kind and sharing your lovely home with me. I am so grateful for my time in San Antonio with Trip! And getting to experience another part of my soon to be home state of Texas!
Our 3-nights stay at Michelle's charming Bali villa was an absolute delight. The serene atmosphere, Michelle's warm welcome, and the endearing presence of her three dogs made it a truly memorable experience. From the chill and adorable Winston to the naughty and funny Bugsy, whose playful antics brought laughter and joy, and Raffy, the gentle soul in need of reassurance who transformed into a true gentleman—caring for these "attachants" dogs was a privilege. Michelle's attention to detail in creating a comfortable space and her trust in responsible and mature individuals enhanced our overall experience. Highly recommended.
Wonderful sit looking after lovely Ruth and Mora, they’re such sweet and gentle dogs! Sadly poor Mora had an injured paw so she was housebound which was a bit sad having to leave her behind, but Ruth was so well behaved on walks and an absolute dream off lead with great recall. We even went on a few runs round the forest together! The house is in such a stunning location with beautiful views over the hills on one side and a stunning mossy forest straight out the otherside, definitely one for the nature lovers! Linda and Fraser were easy to communicate with and generally very lovely people, Linda even made me a delicious veggie lasagne for dinner when she was back!
