Belinda and I recently completed a four day sit of Megan and Graemes place looking after sweet little Luna. To say that this sit was absolutely amazing doesn't seem quite dramatic enough. The location of the sit is in a very nice area just off of a main street with many shops and restaurants and is less than 5 minutes from the train station and a grocery store. The house is well equipped with everything you would need for your stay, was really clean and tidy and VERY comfortable. We met with Megan, Graeme and Luna the day before the sit as we were already in the area and they were all super nice, friendly and were really easy to get along with. All instructions were provided and they were straightforward and easy to follow. A couple of local walking routes were also advised and the one in particular was our favourite and we completed it daily. Luna really is one of the nicest, well behaved dogs I have ever met. She was always so happy and very easy to sit. She throughly enjoys her walks and is always eager to go. She demonstrated to me that she is quite dog neutral, never pulling on the leash to go see another dog and always walking so well. Over the four days I believe I sat on the sofa twice as I preferred to sit on the floor where Luna would be quick to give me the best cuddles. Belinda and I can't recommend this sit highly enough! If you want to meet genuinely nice people and have the pleasure of caring for the sweetest little girl, you owe it to yourself to apply for a sit here!
We had a lovely time with Yahtzee and the house was cozy and comfortable and located within walking distance of all the beauty that Santa Fe has to offer. We felt at home and at ease and communication with Sarah and Nick provided all the information we needed to make our stay a thing of beauty. We will miss Yahtzee and his playful energy !
As every sitter has already noted, the home is beautiful, well-appointed, and comfortable.  The location is 10 out of 10 stars, too.  Having a personal pool and being able to bicycle to the beach and for miles around were keys for me. Now, let’s get to the most important part — Bitzy and Rocky! Adorable, affectionate, patient, and obedient. I liked how they would snuggle right up to me on the couch. I hope to see the girls again!
The sit was lovely. Daniel was great and very helpful, welcoming and communicative. He provided all the info you could need to take care of Seamus and the space is clean, quiet and peaceful and in a great neighborhood too. Seamus is a literal delight. He is so sweet, funny and playful, not to mention very beautiful too! He has a very chatty personality but is a wonderful and affectionate companion that loves to be around people. I miss little Seamus already!

Our 2 pugs recently boarded with Adored Paws for a week while we went abroad. Even after the settling in visit, it became clear how much Helen treats the dogs as part of the family. She was very thorough making sure we packed everything (including my older dog's medication) in advance of their visit. We received regular updates and photos while we were away, and didn't worry about them once! I think the dogs were quite disappointed to come home after they'd had such a lovely time with Helen + family. They received lots of love, attention and regular exercise. I would have no reservation in recommending Helen and Adored Paws to anyone looking for their dogs to be kept in the style to which they've become accustomed. I very much look forward to booking the pugs in for their next stay!
Our Labrador recently boarded for 4 days and I am delighted with the care that he received. It’s obvious that Helen loves dogs and is passionate about what she does, and our pup clearly had the best time. Helen was kind enough to send detailed and regular updates along with photos of our puppy on his adventures. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Helen and Adored Paws!
The lovely Helen stepped in at the very last minute to look after our two cats last weekend and I can't recommend her highly enough. She was very professional and made the time to come over and meet the cats before we left. Our cats were not only well fed and watered, but she took time to play with them and bond with them too - they both seemed very happy when we got home & don't appear to have missed us - judging by the photos we got sent too, they seemed to have had a lovely time! It was lovely to go away and feel completely relaxed about leaving the cats - poor Helen even had to clear up after a hunting spree they both had, but there was never a word of complaint and you can tell she genuinely likes being around the animals - she has such a calm manner with them and is interested in getting to know them. We will definitely be using 'Adored Paws' again! Thank you Helen!
Helen at Adored Paws is fabulous. Our lab Max loved his day of doggie day care and subsequent overnighter with her and her gorgeous dogs. She really welcomed him into her home as if he were one of the family. She’s clearly passionate about the dogs and always has their best interests at the forefront of everything she does. Max didn’t want to leave at the end as he enjoyed his new pal Bailey too much. Helen was very professional with booking Max in and getting to know him and kept us regularly updated with Facebook photos and emails about what Max had been doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Helen’s services again and highly recommend her.
I have absolutely no problem strongly recocomending Helen at Adored Paws. My puppy adores going there and Helen ensures she has great walks and fabulous fun in the garden! I would not let my dog go to anyone else - she even stepped up to the mark and cared for Purdey when I was rushed into hospital. Five star care and five star service!

We just came back from 2 weeks away and could not be more delighted with the excellent care and attention our little cat received. Ziggy is terribly shy and I was concerned, but for no reason as have come back to him being in great spirits as his usual little treats and meals were served perfectly! Excellent service my puppy now 10months old has completely changed since joining the crew at Verulam pet services so much easier for me to handle and so happy. VPS are fantastic, not only are all of the staff super friendly, they are incredibly reliable and truly care about the animals they look after. I have only started using VPS recently but wish I used them sooner! My dog loves going on her walks with them, I highly recommend.

We’ve used Elaine at Waggy Trails for over a year now, since our dog was 6 months old and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Any worries about dropping our new dog with someone went away as soon as we met, and she’s always on hand, and incredible flexible when we need her, which we’re always so grateful for. The biggest takeaway though is how Peggy (our dog) bounds out of the car and runs down the driveway as soon as she realises where she is, excitedly bouncing into Elaine’s arms without so much of a look back at me before I leave her, you can’t ask for a better approval from your dog than that!
My dog Flynn goes 2 days a week since he was 5 months old and absolutely loves it! Waggy Trails is a wonderful doggy day care and Elaine cares about each and every dog as if they were her own, which is amazing. Highly recommended.
My Cavapoo Ted absolutely adores Elaine - he goes to her for daycare and boards when I go away on holiday. Ted loves going so much - he gets super excited when we turn into her road and drags me to the front door when I drop off! Elaine is so friendly, flexible and treats Ted like her own dog. Dan is the dog walker I know I can trust. Dan has been walking my dog for 6 years now, and my dog adores him. He has great management of dogs and understands their individual needs. He’s great at keeping clients informed as well, which is reassuring as the dog owner. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dan.

I have been using Wayne and the team for 2 years now with my 2 dogs and they have always been super reliable and taken the best care of my two , who both adore them all . I live on my own with 2 dogs and have had a few emergencies that I have had to deal and the team have always been able to help me out with walks and boarding - I can’t praise and thank them enough
Wayne and Cheryl have been looking after our cat and dog for several years now. Our dog, a rescue, can be particularly difficult with strangers but took to them immediately. The love that they have for animals is immediately apparent. It is so reassuring to be leaving them in such good care. I can recommend them unreservedly.
Home from Home I consider One Stop Pet Services to be Ruby’s second home, I have complete trust and peace of mind that the team care for her as if she was their own. The service is professional, friendly and reliable. Communication is excellent, the team are so approachable and will go above and beyond to provide care for my pets, including cat sitting, dog walking and boarding.
I have used One Stop Pet Services for a few years now for daycare and dog boarding and my dog loves it! They all show her so much love and its like her second home. They are so reliable and try to help me out whereever possible! I would be lost without them. They always send pictures and videos throughout the day too of my dog which I appreciate.
Wayne and the team were very professional and flexible. On short notice they provided a great service for us and our 3 dogs Koko, Gizmo and Brownie. They were reliable, thoughful and accomodating to our schedule and timing. We definitely would recommend them.
My nervous dog has been going to Animals at home with Cheryl and Wayne for a couple of years now. We met quite a number of doggy minders leading up to her first stay with them but something about the family and how they operate their business struck a chord with me. They love Kiki like their own and my dog is not always the easiest to handle yet they have really gone over and above to settle her. Everything I have ever asked of them has been fulfilled and holidays and days out are so easy now that I have a happy place for my dog to go. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a place like home 🏡
Wayne was extremely helpful, kind, polite, and very efficient. I would highly recommend his company. He helped me with my cat, in a very precarious situation who had got himself very stressed about going to the vets, and ended up stuck behind the wardrobe!!! Wayne was amazing, moving furniture etc to free him, and putting everything back once he was in the cat box. This company is worth everything, and not expensive AT ALL!!!! USE THEM instead of the vets ambulance service
We use One Stop a number of times per week for walks and when on holiday for boarding. We completely trust them with our Cavapoo and she loves them back. Highly recommended.
A last minute request and Wayne was there. My fluff baby is quite shy and reluctant to walk however she did walk and got lots of cuddles too. Definitely will be using their services again!
I was in a dilemma. Both husband and I were housebound due to covid. Our little doggie never ill suddenly needed veterinary attention. Sheryl/Wayne came to our rescue at very short notice and took him to the vets for us, stayed with him and bought him back. I will definitely use them again - thank you so much for making a stressful day easier to deal with both for us and little Alfie.
Our dog Willow (Toller Retriever) has been going to Sarah’s regularly for the past 3 years and she so obviously still loves it there. I get sent photos which were really reassuring in the early days, and still make me smile now. Definitely a home from home for her.
We could not recommend Sarah more, for how well she has looked after our Yorkie puppy on a regular basis. Penny has the best time and is always so excited to arrive. We love the photo/video updates, and Sarah's communication makes things very easy for us. We know she is well looked after and treated as part of the family.
Our dog has been boarding with Sarah for almost a year and loves going to stay with her. Sarah and her family are really lovely and take very good care of him with lots of walks, cuddles and doggy play. I'm often worried he has so much fun he won't want to come home! We have been involved with CK for over two years,and CK is still very important to us. I started working with Ollie on a 121 with Maziy for behavioural issues from walking to her escaping at every opportunity. We have come so far, and every day, I use the tools I have been given by CK and it really has changed my relationship with my Maziy, she now goes to Doggy Day Care occasionally ( when there is space) and gets so much enrichment their from scent work to swimming pools., to pack walks and a trampoline!! I recently booked Maziy in with the beautiful Ellie, the onsite dog groomer. What a wonderful lady Ellie is. She kept Maziy calm, and Maziy had a great time being pampered. I can not rate CK enough and as long as I always have a dog I will always have the tools and education given to me by the wonderful pack of hoomans at CK. XL bully breeds are very welcome depending on availability.
These guys are life changing, we attending training earlier on this year with my Corgi. You have to be committed to following advice but they will give you all the tools to make your dogs life better. The pack walks make it easier to keep in touch and they give you so much confidence to be the best for your dog.
Canine Karma is absolutely brilliant and are the ONLY people I trust my girl with. She's very nervous around people, they didn't give up, and now she wags her tail when she sees them and is so happy see them (and the dogs). We had initially started off with behavioral sessions with Oliver, who helped me so much and gave me the tools to best help my girl - and I'll be forever grateful. You guys are the best x
Having had 2 previous dog trainers for our highly dog reactive rescue dog, 'which had not helped', I was dubious that Canine Karma would help. God was I wrong. Kevin came to the rescue. We had 4 sessions booked. Withing the first 10 minutes of the first session there was an immediate change. My dog is now completely different. I can not recommend then highly enough.
Monty has been attending daycare since he was just 14 weeks old, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The team is truly amazing. They've played a significant role in Monty's development into a well-rounded and sweet boy. Their assistance with training has been invaluable, and their overall care for Monty is evident in everything they do. Kevyn Tyler is the most amazing Dog Trainer! Our Chocolate Labrador had developed some really antisocial habits like always pulling on his leash, jumping up to meet people, and eating "things" left on the ground. After working with several other trainers, we felt it was impossible to ever get him to behave. On session one with Canine Karma, we talked through canine psychology and human psychology, how to think like a dog and how to communicate so our Labrador understands what we want. After our first session we made so much progress, I was confident this was not a lost cause! And now after more sessions, our Lab is consistently more happy and obedient. At first I was unsure if our dog would enjoy Canine since he is so small and most of other dogs are much bigger. If anything, spending time with bigger dogs is helping a lot to build my dogs confidence. He was very shy, scared and quiet in the beginning but now, he gets very excited to spend the day with his dog friends. All the staff at Canine are very friendly and super helpful in providing tips on how to train him at home. We are very happy with Canine and would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a place to leave their dogs.
I can not recommend canine karma highly enough. My Alaskan malamute absolutely adores going to daycare. The groomer Ellie is absolutely amazing and he comes out smelling gorgeous for at least a week. Their boarding facilities are clean, heated/air conned and unlike other kennels the dogs are out majority Of the day socialising and going on adventures. Any training needs Ollie and Kevin are very helpful and will answer any questions or address any behavioural issues.
Can't begin to thank Canine Karma doggy daycare enough. We have a lively, dog reactive, English Bull Terrier and the staff are amazing with her. Not only keeping her active and stimulated during her time in daycare, but working on socialising and general manners. All the staff are so friendly and Evie can't wait to get to "school" in the mornings. She goes to daycare twice a week and we've really noticed the improvements in her behaviour since she started going. 10 out of 10!

We are really impressed with Deni's services. She has been walking our two poodles weekly for a few months and recently she also took care of Toffee and Luna for a week. Our dogs are very attached to us and I was initially worried but I really shouldn't have been. Deni and her family were amazing. The dogs were cared for very well, had plenty of walks and a place on the sofa to watch TV with Deni. I can say with confidence that both poodles have enjoyed their stay at Deni's. Even Luna - normally very timid and scared of being away from her family was doing amazingly in Deni's care. I couldn't have asked for a better treatment for my furry friends. You can see straight away Deni's dedication and genuine love for dogs. Highly recommended.
Deni and her hubby are great with all dogs they look after and our Milo is no different. I was worried initially as Milo is shy and not great in groups of dogs but he seems to thrive when boarding with Deni. I know he’s happy as he pulls on lead towards her house!! Recommend for sure 🐾 …
I can not recommend Deni enough. She is very reliable, as well as flexible to your agenda and understands each dogs needs. Our German Shepherd loves her and he is usually shy around people. He's always excited to see her and exhausted when he comes back. He's also stayed over the weekend with Deni, and we felt totally at ease as she is completely trustworthy and you get photo updates.

Lucy is a naturally shy Cavapoochon who has grown in confidence since going on group walks with Diamond Dogs. The photos and videos sent after every walk show her relaxed and having fun.
Rolo absolutely loves going, he’s walked every week and also regularly boards. I’m honestly so happy I found Deni, it’s a home from home for Rolo. Our 11 year old golden retriever loves her stays with Diamond Dogs and trots into their house without a backwards glance! When her previous dog sitter moved away last year we looked very carefully for a good dog sitter to look after her for ad hoc days, overnight stays and holidays, and from the first stay knew our dog was happy and well looked after and that we’d made the right choice. We love the photo updates sent to us while she’s staying - clearly lots of fun on walks and a real home from home for the doggy guests.
We had our 7 month puppy, Bailey stay with Deni for 11 nights. I was a little worried at first as he was quite young, timid and never left us before. From initial meeting, Deni ensured he was comfortable with the overnight trial and a group walk leading up to his actual stay. We had daily updates with lots of photos and videos, which was really nice. I could see Bailey was well looked after and having a lovely time, making new friends and growing in confidence. I would definitely recommend Deni and have already booked Bailey in again for next year!

Sammy has a great time and comes back thoroughly exhausted which is quite a feat given how energetic he is. He’s always very excited to see her and his doggy friends. Sonia is simply amazing! She has sat our cat for the past few years and he loves seeing her, she sends us regular updates, photos and videos and even has time to give a visitor cat a cuddle! Sonia is an absolute gem! She administers injections to my cat with such a cheerful and caring demeanor, it’s almost as if she’s giving him treats! Not only that, but she’s always up for a good laugh, sending us hilarious videos and updates of our cats playing and bouncing around. She’s a professional who exudes a cheerful and upbeat personality, and our cats absolutely adore her. We also appreciate the fact that she’s the only one who visits our house, and our keys aren’t jumbled up by multiple people like they were with our previous local franchise company. Sonia has been taking care of our cats whenever we go on holiday for many years now, and we couldn't be happier with her service. We always feel at ease knowing our cats are in such good hands. Sonia truly loves cats, she doesn’t just stop by to feed them, she takes the time to interact with them and make them feel cared for. We love the little videos she sends us of them playing, it’s such a thoughtful touch! Hands down, Sonia is the best cat sitter we’ve ever had, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable and caring.
Sonia took excellent care of our 5 cats for a week, visiting 3 times a day to feed and play with them, sending us videos and updates every time. The cats are all very timid but she made great strides in gaining their trust. We'd been working hard to help them get along together and she continued this with her expertise and experience, so we could carry on seamlessly when we returned from holiday. As relatively new cat owners we were very anxious about leaving them for the first time, but Sonia was amazing and we'd have complete confidence in using her again. We recommend her most highly.
Sonia provided two visits for our kitten when were away. She was great at keeping us updated and is very trustworthy. Sonia is very friendly and knowledgeable. We also appreciated the introduction visit so we could meet Sonia and talk about our requirements beforehand. 5 stars and would recommend.
Sonia looked after our little tortoise for a week that we were away. She is a wonderful pet sitter, so responsible , caring, trustworthy and accommodating. I will most certainly entrust her with our pet in the future. I cannot recommend her services enough. She is very very good!
Sonia loves pets and she has such a positive sparkling and super friendly personality and on top very professional. She also appears very experienced so that I trusted her pretty much from the very beginning when we met the first time. I had no doubt that my Sphynx cat Mia and her offspring will be fine with her and she delivered 100% . I will definitely contact her again and will always recommend her.

Great service from Sonia who reliably fed our cat whilst we were away. The cat preferred staying in its own home and it was no more expensive and much more convenient than using a cattery.
From the first meeting with Sonia, we knew we had found the right cat sitter for Grape and Raisin. From settling them in, to giving us some good advice about water fountains – it’s been a professional, super friendly experience. Grape and Raisin were clearly very content, and we really appreciated and enjoyed the daily funny and heartwarming updates and videos. We think our two girls still miss Sonia, and it’s clear that she absolutely adores cats – what more could you want in a cat sitter. I would highly recommend. Thank you, Sonia.
What a fantastic experience for me and my cherished golden retriever puppy. My puppy has been having a time of his life at Karen’s. I wouldn’t leave my dog anywhere. Karen came highly recommended These are her word “I like to make people think their dogs on holiday with them so they don’t miss them too much 😄” Let me tell you she does what she says ! I requested maximum updates and 3-4 times a day I got a photo dump of what my boy has been up to. We did 2 short visits as test runs with her before he checked in for a stay. He was so happy when I picked him up but luckily he was happy to come home to me also. I’m looking forward to sending him to Karen’s again and will try to find a reason soon. The integration she does with the dogs that are staying with here and really one my age is so valuable. highly recommend is an understatement ! I’d show videos if it let me but here are some photos
I highly recommend Karen and her team. My dog has stayed 4 times now, totalling 27 nights. I had driven myself round the bend researching suitable dog boarders for my little girls 1st experience. I was recommended The Wag House and knew on 1st meeting Karen that my little girl would be very happy here and well cared for. She's excited when she arrives and always settles straight back into her routine on arriving home. The pictures and videos received whilst away are reassuring. She has a great set up and I hope she always has availability when I need, as I wouldn't want to use anyone else.
Dulcie and Reenie have just come back from the most amazing weeks holiday at The Wag House. Karen was brilliant asked lots of questions with regards to our dogs when we met her such as asking about my dogs home routine so she could follow it so it was for them a home from home experience Daily videos and pictures of the fun they were having was brilliant the whole family couldn’t wait for the next ones to come through. Karen said she didn’t want us to miss them whilst we were away and this was her way - we loved them. If I could give six stars I would she’s amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else !
I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to Karen and everyone at The Wag House for taking such wonderful care of our dog! She had an amazing time and it was truly remarkable to see her come out of her shell, from a dog who sat on the side to see her playing with other dogs and showcasing a confident and playful personality. As this was our first time leaving her for an extended period, the updates and videos you provided were incredibly reassuring. We can’t wait for her next play date! Thank you for everything!
Karen is absolutely fantastic! My pup Rupert LOVES the wag house… I know he’s happy, safe and very well looked after. She always sends updates and pictures and accommodates at short notice. All the dogs look so happy and play together nicely
Rolo stayed at The wag house for a week when we were away. He had the best time and was happy at the Wag house. We love the photo, video daily updates and their communication makes things very easy for us. We know Rolo was well looked after and treated very well. He had so much fun with other dogs in the big garden and I would recommend wag house to anyone.
Just had to share our experience with The Wag House! We left our dog Penny with Karen for 8 days and it was amazing. Karen is incredibly friendly and kept sending us loads of adorable pictures of Penny. You can just tell she loves dogs and really enjoys what she does. Penny was so well taken care of and made a bunch of new furry friends. We got regular updates, and it was clear Penny was having a blast. Karen really goes the extra mile – she asked about all of Penny’s preferences, like where she likes to sleep and how often she eats. It made us feel so much more comfortable leaving her there. The Wag House has a large, long garden with tons of toys, including a tunnel and a paddle pool for those hot days! Penny had the best time playing outside. Karen was super flexible with pickup and drop-off times which made everything so convenient for us. And there’s even grooming available on-site which is a fantastic bonus! What’s great about The Wag House is that it feels like a home, not some big, impersonal kennel. It’s Karen’s place, and she and her team really treat your dog like family. If you’re looking for a place where your dog will be loved and happy, definitely check out The Wag House. Penny had an awesome time, and so did we knowing she was in good hands. Could not recommend Karen high enough she helped me out when my dog sitter let me down last minute on the busiest week of the year. My dog was so well looked after and I can’t wait to use her again!! Best ever dog boarder I’ve ever had x
Karen has looked after my puppy now for 2 months. I can tell he loves it there, I’m always updated with photos and videos with him playing with other dogs. Highly recommend .
Karen has become like a second mom to our little dog giving him so much love and us peace of mind when he stays there. We could not ask for a better home away from home for our dog.
