Dog Sitters in Parow

Anneke and Dries went above and beyond as trusted house and pet sitters. They sat our young cats for 6 weeks, which was the first time we'd left them in the care of others. We felt fully at ease with our cats in their hands, especially when they had to manage some unexpected challenges as the cats grew more adventurous in exploring their surroundings. They went the extra mile to ensure the cats were both safe and happy over our time away. They were also proactive and communicative about house and garden matters and were always ready to assist with any issues that cropped up. We highly recommend them!

Bev was really lovely. She took the time the week before the sit to come across london to meet me and Charlie and get house keys. Charlie was very happy when we returned and she sent us some lovely pics and updates on the walks they went on. Regrettably half the family had to return from our holiday early due to poor health but Bev was amazingly understanding and left the house to stay with friends for the end of the agreed sit and we were so so grateful.

Lee and Alistair did an absolutely fabulous job of looking after our dogs, gerbils and large rural home for just over two weeks. Communication from the start was smooth and friendly, they were very understanding and accommodating of our departure and arrival times, and extremely attentive in order to ensure our pets and home would be looked after perfectly whilst we were away. It is clear that both take housesitting very seriously, and went over and above to ensure our pets were happy and our home was taken care of. They proactively took care of any small issues that arose, were kind enough to be at home to accept two large furniture deliveries and sent us regular photos and updates about our pets. We returned to a spotless house, happy pets and even the lawns mowed (which is a big deal because we have nearly an acre of lawn and only a small mower!). We would absolutely recommend Lee and Alistair to anyone looking for professional, enthusiastic, friendly and reliable sitters, and wish them all the best on their travels and future sits!

Laura and Steph are fabulous! This was our first experience with Zeewoi and such a great one. Laura and Steph instantly bonded with our over excited lab Fern. The lovely updates about what she was up to while we enjoyed our holiday was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Our home on return was immaculate. We are so grateful for both these two ladies and can not rate them highly enough. A huge thank you from us to you, our holiday was so much better knowing that Fern and our house were being cared for.

As ever Janet & Andrew were the perfect house sitters. Self contained, sensible and excellent plant waterers! The house was clean and tidy on our return. We will be asking Janet & Andrew if they would like to return for another sit in 2025!

Juliet and Jaiden were outstanding pet sitters. Not only took they great care care of Tarkan, our Rottweiler, they also were fantastic as house sitters. We can highly recommend them and will welcome them back any time!!!

We really got lucky when we accepted Lauren after a relatively short video call. We met her after that (and before the sit started) when she made an effort to overnight our area so we could all get to know one another. She communicated extremely well, was warm yet professional, cared deeply and genuinely about our doggie (and about us!), and was a huge help and resource to a family that came to stay in our other home from overseas. It was their first time in S. Africa, and she did so much to welcome them, help them settle in, trouble shoot things in the home-- as well as in their travels. Lauren spent an additional 2 nights-- the first when we did not make it home on time due to flight cancellation, and the next when we finally got home, but it became too late to be on the road. These were ongoing last minute changes (more than one) and Lauren took it all in stride. Lauren also communicated health concerns to us about our dog, took her to the vet when she had a troublesome wound, and made sure she could comfortable get up and down the stairs with her arthritis. On walks, the stiffness is forgotten, and Lauren kept up so well on free range beach runs. She did not hesitate to take our doggie along to the cafe and to social events, and even got her some luxury birthday treats. We have other sits coming up, arranged before we met Lauren, and I can only hope they go so well. If not, I feel reassured that a back-up might be close by. Huge thanks to Lauren

Dante was friendly and looked after my dogs and cats very well. He kept in contact while I was away and followed all the guidelines for their routines. He is reliable, caring and tidy and my pets were very content being with him. I would highly recommend him and would welcome him back to house and pet sit again for me.

Priyal was extremely well prepared and debriefed in detail all that was required for the week long sit well before hand. She gave our children an inordinate amount of love and care, sending cute cuddle videos and photos on a regular basis and ensured that their every whim was fulfilled (lucky Pushkin & Rossi!) I would not hesitate to use her again, my children absolutely adored her. Thank you Priyal!

Andrew and Marike were excellent pet sitters. They communicated with us before the time and arrived on schedule. The house was left very neat and today and the animals had fun with them. I would definitely recommend them and hope to use them again in the future.

Jaydee and Reino, a delightful couple from South Africa, spent their summer in the UK and graciously offered to care for our home and two beloved Spaniels, Dash and Riley, for two weeks. From our very first video call interview, it was clear that they were the perfect choice for looking after our home and pets, and they absolutely proved us right! Reino and Jaydee arrived the night before our departure and took the time to familiarise themselves with the welcome pack. We spent an evening in the garden, sharing a meal and celebrating my daughter's 11th birthday, which made us feel we had known them for a long time. We were confident in leaving our pets and home in their care. Throughout our time away, they maintained excellent communication by sending regular updates and photos, which we appreciated. They took great care of the house and watered the garden. We were pleased to see the beautifully mown lawn - a task Reino took the initiative to do, and Jaydee kindly dead-headed all my summer annuals, ensuring prolonged flowering into the autumn. Their dedication to our home and pets was truly commendable. Upon our return, we were greeted with a spotless house and clean linen on the bed, just as we had left it. Their meticulous attention to detail was evident in every corner of our home, leaving us feeling reassured and satisfied. We wholeheartedly recommend Reino and Jaydee for their exceptional care for our pets and home.
