Jose was an excellent sitter. He was reliable, easy to work with and really cared for Kodiak. Jose was very patient with our anxious dog at the beginning but quickly became good friends. He sent us daily updates and was quick to respond to our messages. The house was clean when we came back and he left us a very thoughtful note and present. We'd love to have Jose back in our home anytime!

Our cat and home were well cared for by Juan and Maylen. They were both very kind and easy to communicate with. Great house sitters!

Lubin was the best pet sitter we could have asked for. He kept us up to date constantly with photos and it was clear our cats loved him and felt super comfortable with him. It was such a pleasure to have Romi and Alejandro at my place. They showed so much genuine love and care for Lima, asked questions in order to be meeting her needs and they took her out for her daily walks. They communicated regularly and openly and left my place super clean and tidy. Highly recommend them!

Mirna and Maxi, were great sitters. They cared about my cat -Orlando- around a week. We haved a topic with my cat but theiy reacting was on time and opportune. The communication between us was good. Ailen was a very good sitter, she took great care of Thor during the week. She did way more than the necessary walking and feedind. She hanged around with him, took him in meet ups with her friends and played with him. She was very sweetly updating us everyday with videos and pictures of Thor. You could tell she cared about him a lot. We came back to a very happy dog and a very clean apartment so thank you Ailen!

What a joy it was for Joel and Alicia to stay at our home. They were communicative, clean (omg - returning home - the house was IMMACULATE), loving to our pets... everything you would want in a house sitter. We live in the woods and no joke, we returned to a driveway without pine needles. They were THAT clean. We so enjoyed hosting them at our home and super grateful for their support of our pets. A+++ house sitters - cannot recommend them enough.

From the beginning, communication with Azul was effortless, and she demonstrated an excellent willingness to meet the needs of my dogs. During her stay at my home, she kept in touch regularly, and whenever I reached out, she was quick to respond, providing updates and sending photos of the dogs. Azul also managed to care for Tita and Atilio without any issues. Tita is usually anxious and very attached, while Atilio requires daily medication due to epilepsy. When I returned, I found the house tidy and clean, and the dogs well cared for. I highly recommend her. Desde el primer momento fue muy sencillo comunicarme con Azul, ella tuvo una excelente predisposicion para ocuparse de las necesidades de mis perritos. Durante su estadia en casa se mantuvo comunicada y siempre que le escribí estuvo atenta a contarme y mandarme fotos de los perritos. Además pudo ocuparse sin inconvenientes de Tita y Atilio. Siendo Tita una perrita que suele tener ansiedad y es apegada. Mientras que Atilio tiene epilepsia por lo cual requirió medicación diaria. Cuando regresé, encontré la casa muy ordenada y limpia, y los perritos bien cuidados. Sin duda la recomiendo.

This was the first disappointing experience that I've had with a pet sitter from this site. First, they didn't sleep in the room with my dogs which I had included in my instructions which I sent them weeks before they were to pet sit. Javier said that this was because he has a sinus problem that's exacerbated by dust or dog hair. Why wouldn't they say that this would be a problem before accepting the pet sit? They also said that sometimes the dogs woke them up. Occasionally, dogs are going to hear something outside and bark or use the dog door to go outside. This is normal for anyone who has ever had dogs. It's not like they do this all the time so I thought this was a sign that these people really are not pet lovers. It's possible that they were super sensitive because Natalia is pregnant. But again, if this was an issue, they should have let me know in advance so that I could select other pet sitters. I know that my dogs were stressed as they chewed up the edge of a sofa cover and blanket. They have never done this before. I asked Javier if the dogs scratched at the door to let them into their bedroom at night and he said that they never did this. That is really strange as my dogs always want to be in the room with their human companions. The other big problem was that one of my dogs needs eye drops twice a day. I showed them how to do it. I have never had any other pet sitter have difficulty with this as my dog is used to it and is very good about it. About 8 days into my trip, Javier tells me that about 1 1/2 days after I left, my dog started avoiding the procedure and that she almost bit him. He said that he didn't want to notify me earlier and interrupt my trekking. Well I would much rather know right away than have my dog's eyes get bad. Any pet owner feels this way so I thought that was a bad choice to delay notifying me. I explained that he should get her to trust him and gave him some suggestions like sit on the couch with her and give them all treats. Anyone who's experienced with dogs knows this. He said that he personally would prepare her food. I guess that means that Natalia was feeding the dogs which would have made them very easily trust her. It's like Javier doesn't understand dogs. There were some other irritating things like them wanting to change the schedule and arrive AFTER I leave for the airport. Of course, my dogs are going to bark at them and not be comfortable with them letting themselves into the house unless they arrive while I'm there. Javier also accidentally took my phone charger. It cost me about $10 to replace it which is not a big deal but it was just another annoying thing to deal with when you return from a trip. Overall, it seems that they believe feeding your animals and maybe taking them for a walk now and then is enough to be considered a good pet sitter. On the upside, Javier did try to cook them some rice and pumpkin to add to the dry food on the last day before I returned because the home made food ran out that day. But this was a small plus offset by a lot of minuses.

Flor and Juan came a day early to get to know the animals. They quickly made a connection with the 4 cats and 3 dogs. Flor sent me updates about the animals a couple of times a week as well as photographs. I retuned home after 6 weeks to well fed animals who all appeared very happy and to a very tidy clean house. Thank you both for your love and care and bon voyage on your travels.

From the start we felt confident with Ashley. We left with peace of mind, which is very important to us. We had good communication and she gave us updates every day, which was very appreciated. All the little tasks we asked of her were respected. Everything went wonderfully and we would be very happy to have her again in the future.
