Had a summertime blast in SF with Lucy & Bailey, two rambunctious and full of personality fur-sisters I'll never forget! Was so sad to say goodbye! Katie & Simon were awesome, detailed, generous hosts and set me up with everything needed for a fantastic sit in their lovely home & quaint neighborhood. Excellent communication, couldn't have asked for a better experience.
We loved getting to hang out in beautiful Milano with sweet Tara and Cacao - seriously the two most loving cats we've met so far! Dewi and Ale gave great, clear instructions and made us feel very welcome in their super cozy home (with awesome views and a cool projector for great movie nights). We only spent a short time chatting with them, but could quickly tell they are lovely, genuine people who we would be happy to see again. If you get a chance to sit for them, we would highly recommend it. We'd certainly go back for more kitty snuggles! :)
I had a great time during my stay at Ashlee’s and Tim’s. They have a nice, cozy place and an awesome work-from-home set up with solid WiFi! Their place is centrally located with bars, cafés and grocery stores within walking distance. Their Roku TV has all the subscriptions I needed and a nice big kitchen island for the days I wanted to cook. Their cats are some of the friendliest and cuddliest I’ve ever come across. They’re low maintenance, just feeding twice a day and cleaning out their litter daily. They slept on the bed with me and competed with who got to sleep on my chest. I miss them a great deal already. I would highly recommend this sit and am looking forward to seeing them again.
This was a great housesit. Andrea is very well organized. The welcome document was more than complete and arrived well before the sit. Andrea’s orientation to the house and the dog’s routine was excellent. Daryl and Andrea’s home provides everything you could need. I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived. Best of all was Tessa, a one year old maltipoo. She is a treasure. She is well behaved, whip smart, very funny, and affectionate. Andrea and Daryl have done an excellent job in teaching her basic commands. So Tessa caught on quickly to something new I brought to her routine— sitting calmly beside me as I knit. For most of my life I’ve been a big dog person, but this wonderful little dog stole my heart. I did not scoop Tessa up to carry her away in my knitting basket, but I was tempted. Would I return? Of course.
We had a wonderful time caring for Bear in Sue & Ron's home. We met with them before hand and they gave us a good run down of what they needed from us. Their home was extremely clean and tidy when we arrived, we had our own room with plenty of space to unpack and make ourselves comfortable. Bear was an absolutely dream, he walked beautifully on the lead and loved walks at the beach. We would be honoured to sit for them again.
Karin was very welcoming and clearly explained how she worked and what she expected from us to take care of her two adorable cats Kathie and Calvin. She showed us where to shop and made sure we would not miss anything during our stay. We enjoyed her meeting and we had a very pleasant stay in her house which is about ten minutes walk from the metro or bus station. His cats are very easygoing and very sociable.
