Coco is whip-smart and very sweet. She still has puppy tendencies, so I was glad to have both of us sitting. She is canny about knowing what you are going to ask of her, such as going into her pen for the night. We made sure to walk her and play often to expend her energy. The house is quiet and comfortable. Cathy gave us empty drawers for our items and she introduced us to the neighbors. She was available for questions throughout the sit. We got very fond of Coco!
I met with Lauren twice before the sit. She explained Monty's routine and told me about his anxiety when seeing bigger dogs outside. Which was super helpful information for me, so I could be vigilant when out on walks. Monty is a fun, playful, loving and cuddly at home and we became fast friends. Lauren and Nick are super nice and so welcoming. Their home is beautiful, equipped with everything you could need and in a great location! It was a fantastic sit and I'd recommend it to anyone who has the chance to sit Monty. Thank you very much for your trust.
Todd and Victoria have a beautiful home with 3 amazing pets. Finn, Nova and Echo were so sweet and made friends with our little Italian greyhounds. It took a few days before they all would sleep together by the back patio door. The sit was way to short, just when we felt like we were getting into a groove with all the pets and it was time for the sit to be over. We look forward to continuing our new found friend and new pet friends. Our dogs and son didn’t want to leave when it came to depart.
Had a lovely time in Barnstable with Indigo and Haggis. Haggis was a sweet talker who loves a lap. Indigo stole my heart as we walked the dunes exploring together. There was never a worry as she is so well behaved. Joanna and Hamish were kind enough to share their home before and after the sit due to an earlier start and later arrival. They created a relaxed environment to make me feel at home. There was a comprehensive guide for the house and pets and plenty of support available if needed. There was ample space made in the fridge, cupboards and bedroom for sitters belongings. The house was warm, comfy and quiet. I would be happy to return anytime.
Erica is so sweet and is always available to answer questions or help problem-solve. Theo is such a sweet boy who loves to snuggle and is happy with a simple walk around the block—but is thrilled with longer walks. Lexi is an easy-going cat who is happy to laze around and get some attention from you. The building also has a great gym (which is almost always empty) that has a sauna in each bathroom.
This was just a great sit and it is a pity that I had only few days. Deidre and her husband are really warm hearted and sweet relaxed people, our first video chat was really nice and I was given all detailed information before and on the welcome book. When I arrived, Deidre introduced me to all very well and I met these adorable pet, the huskies Max and Aria and the big cat Tristan. They are all so sweet and lovely animals and I connected to them for the first moment. Max and Aria are great company and we explored together the nature and the beaches around. It is a stunning nature and I regret, that I had only three days to see it. The dogs are easy going, we went along the coast line and they love to run on the beach. I really appreciated as well the walks to the woods with them, as the forests are so special and beautiful there. You don’t need a car for the walks, because everything is reachable with lovely rural paths, but I took them as well with my car directly to the sea to have more walking time along the coast. At home, they are always close to you and like cuddles, and treats of course. I enjoyed my time a lot with them, outside and inside. The cat Tristan is a cute thing and very sweet one too. He came always and sat down on my knees, when I was sitting on the sofa and liked the cuddles. The house is an old cosy french house and I slept very well in the first floor, where I had my cosy bed room. There is an inner backyard or terrace, where sometimes the dogs like to take a nap and if the weather is fine, you can sit outside just to read a book . It is well situated on the road to Moellan sur Mer, what you can reach in some minutes, a nice little french village with all you need. A bakery is just walking distance and what shall I say, everything was fine. I loved my stay there with this bear-like dog Max and this sweet soul Aria and lovely Tristan. I would always sit again and I can highly recommend Deidres home and pets to sit. I keep wonderful memories. Thank you, Deidre.

I’ve been using the daycare service at Pets Gone Wild for the last week. The facility appears to be clean, spacious, and well-organized, with plenty of play areas for the dogs to enjoy. Today I dropped off for boarding. So far we’ve been very pleased with the care here.
I have taken my dog here a couple of times before to get boarded and have never has an issue before. Not sure if they had a change of staff or employees but when my dog has had a problem before they let me know when i picked her up. This past weekend I left my dog there to get boarded when I went to pick her up on Monday I found that she was limping on her way out and after the employees had laughed at us for our form of payment (only thing we had were one dollar bills) I has asked if anything happened while she was in here and they told me no. When she got home, my girlfriend inspected her (she works at an animal hospital)and noticed she had a cut on her face below her eye along with limping on her left leg and when we checked out her paw pads, we noticed on her left foot she had a peice of her pad flapping and detached along with her right pad being irritated and red. After calling and bringing it to their attention and sending photos, they responded with the fact that they had multiple calls about dogs going home with irritated feet and told us that my dogs paws look "pretty good" and the cut on her face was due to another dogs nails. Regardless of the rough housing of dogs, it should've been brought to our attention when asked. We won't be bringing her back here due to the lack of professionalism and communication. Thank you.

You should not write a place that you’ve never been to. And you should not write it based on an and You should not write a place that you’ve never been to. And you should not write it based on a sign outside. At least he’s being honest and trying to find people to work instead of some of the generation today that just has their face in the phone. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Disregard the negative reviews on here. Someone was saying something about not answering the phone. I’ve called a couple of times and they weren’t able to answer right then but please understand it’s because they are taking care of your fur baby. They will call you back or just try again in a couple of minutes. We checked out the place before we took our dogs there. They gave us a tour and r veryone is super nice and friendly had a smile on their face and they all look like they really loved animals. Four days later, we dropped off our babies off to be boarded. I was extremely nervous because I have never left my pug Smushy with anybody. But Jasmin and the other staff made me feel extremely welcomed and at ease. They also sent me pictures letting us know that they were acclimating very well. Our German shepherd Tokyo he’s very shy he’s usually not around a lot of dogs all the time. They took their time, taking him out and getting him used to the other dogs. We also got to meet the owner Walter, who is very hands-on. You can tell he loves what he does. I definitely urge you to check this place out before excepting the bad reviews because this place is phenomenal. Can’t wait to take my babies back to visit for a play day.
We were in town visiting family and was grateful to find this place! We dropped them off a few times and felt totally comfortable leaving them. Facility is clean and well run, and Noel & Martini had a blast.
They are wonderful!! Peanut loves going there and I can leave him knowing and trusting he will have a good day and is in great care. I love how they interact with him at drop off and pick up, makes me feel confident in descion to keep Peanut in their care for camp... and a tuckered out pup is always a great take away!!
My boy Ceasar loves @PetsGoneWildResort when we pull up to the building he's excited and happy. I cannot get him out of the car soon enough! The staff, Walter, and everyone there is so, caring, kind and knowledgeable!! The decor, pet rooms, and inside and outside boarding areas are phenomenal and make for a great experience in my opinion for anyone's furry family members!! Whenever I travel or Ceasar needs some time with his friends I take him to @PetsGoneWildResort's loved there and it makes me. happy, knowing he is safe and in good hands!!! 😍 and loves to be there!!
My pet was previously at Dogtopia until they permanently closed after Hurricane Beryl, then I enrolled my pet at Pets Gone Wild and so far I do not have any complaints. The only issue I have, which is nothing Pets Gone Wild did, it's just my preference. They only allow the small dogs to play indoor. So on days where it is too hot or raining, the larger dogs are kenneled. I have a yard that is a full 2 acres in size. Pretty much the same size as the entire outside of Pets Gone Wild . So my pet has more than enough space to run around at home, but the only reason I had him in Dogtopia and now Pets Gone Wild, is so he can have other dogs to run and play with. He is the absolute most loving and friendly dog ever, so I wish they would allow him playtime indoors on the hot and raining days instead of kenneling him. Because I can leave him at home where he is not kenneled and has tons of space to run around in, but then he's by himself. That was the thing I loved most about Dogtopia. It was 100% play time indoors and then only time they were kenneled, was just for lunch time and then they had cameras where I could see him playing all day. There were no blind spots. But again, that's an issue because of my preference. But now that fall time is approaching, I'm assuming the dogs will be outside all day except for lunchtime. But still in rainy days, they're gonna be kenneled. But with that being said , I will give pets gone wild a praise for the courtesy of rinsing of my dog when he did play and get muddy. So overall I would give them 9 out of 10 Stars and the only reason I wouldn't give 10 Stars it's because of no cameras and my preference of wishing they had indoor play on hot days and rainy days instead of kenneling the dogs. But so far from my experience, all the staff have been very nice and they all seem to care about all the pets and that's way I always take the employees breakfast, lunch or sweets from time to time. Just to show my appreciation for they're care of my most precious pet. Thank you to all the employees of Pets Gone Wild.
What a wonderful facility! The indoor room is beautiful, my Australian Shepherd loved it so much! You can tell the staff love what they do and the owner is so kind. I had my girl groomed while she was at daycare and they took great pains to make her look and feel like royalty!
Brought my German Shepherd Nina for a day of day care. She came home so tired from playing all day. The staff is so nice and professional. Julia was so awesome explained everything and I decided to bring her back. I met the owner and he was also very professional and loved my dog. I recommend this place.
Rachel is so warm and playful towards my very spoiled pup! She is reliable, always giving advance notice when not available for walks! She is also flexible and accommodating! I feel comfortable knowing my baby is getting love when Rachel is caring for him!

Rachel was great with my pups, especially my anxious one. She was patient and really loved on my babies while I was away. She kept me informed by sending me update videos...they were fun to watch and I could tell my pups were well looked after. She went above by taking initiative to bring in my mail and water my plants without me asking, too! I will definitely use her services again!
Rachel is great! She was responsive, dependable, and easy to communicate with. I was nervous for someone to take care of my young puppy (and an adult dog too), but she was up for the task and patient with the puppy. She left our house clean and no puppy messes to come home to. Rachel takes fantastic care of my two dogs to give them some extra exercise and potty breaks while I’m at work. My dogs love her and she is very organized and dependable. So I know my puppies are in good hands. She also sends me plenty of cute puppy pictures to brighten my day!
I can't say enough about how fabulous Rachel is as a pet sitter! She always goes above and beyond and always sends videos so I can see how the pets are doing during her visits. She has such a natural way of connecting with animals which is obvious with my shelter dog who is afraid of everyone and very skittish. Rachel is so amazing, it only took 3 visits for my dog to be comfortable enough to jump up on the couch and sit with her. Also, she's helped me figure out ideas of how to overcome my dogs picky eating. Rachel is always so responsive and has the most friendly and upbeat personality. Feel so lucky to have her care for our pets and most importantly help my dog come out of her shell!

I have no words to explain how good,amazing, incredible (and I can go on) Rachel was to our babies while we were on vacation. She was literally their mom. She not only take care of all their needs, but she played with them, slept with them, teach one of my babies so many skills she didn’t learned in 10 years with us. At the beginning we were nervous because they are two pit-bulls and it was the first time we leave them with somebody, but as soon as Rachel walked in to our home all that worry washed away. They are all besties now and they had such a great time together. They didn’t miss us at all, because the love and cuddles Rachel gave them was endlessly. I recommend Rachel 200% but at the same time we want her all for ourselves lol. If you are looking for a reliable, caring, loving, trusted and amazing pet sitter and human being, she is the person. DogHouse 24/7 has been wonderful for my little fur baby. They’re very intentional with NoLa and she’s never really mopey because she has so much fun there. They’re very communicative if anything arises, and always send pics so that I know she’s living her best life!
I cannot say enough good things about this place! I'm so glad I found Pat and Charles. They post video updates on their page and I got daily updates about my baby's day. I normally hate leaving him at the kennel when I go out of town but Pat and Charles are able to give much more attention to him. With them I almost feel like he is being taken care of by family. Will definitely be taking my dog to them in the future.
Pat and her family are amazing! My family and I were travelling across the country, and we left them with her as we attended a Houston Astros game. They took care of them as if they were taking care of their own pets, and they she updated us with pictures and videos when we were at the game. Highly recommend for anybody who is passing through or living in Houston.
So happy to have found my fur baby's home away from home. I'm a fairly new dog mom who gets anxious about leaving my dog with anyone. My dog is super excited when we arrive and worn out when he comes home which is what I want. He refused to leave one time! I knew then that he was enjoying the love and attention given by Mrs. Pat and Mr. Charles. In addition, the care is personalized and communication is great! The videos and pictures make me want to go over and play. Their home smells wonderful and is so clean that I would never believe they had any dogs there otherwise. There's even a table with complimentary snacks and drinks for parents. I highly recommend for daycare and boarding.

My dog loved this place! She was so happy and came home tired from all of the fun she add. Pat would send the cutest updates to me letting me know that my dog was okay and having fun. I loved to see her playing with the other dogs. She felt right at home. I am so thankful that I found Doghouse 24/7. I felt that my dog was safe and I was confident that she was treated well and received the attention she needed while I was away. Can’t wait for her to go back!
Pat and Charlie are the best! The way the dogs get excited to jump out of the car and see them speaks volumes. Our dogs are nervous and don't warm up to people easily, and they LOVE Pat and Charlie. They are also a joy to communicate with both in planning and in updates on your pup's wellbeing. They even reached out about one of our dog's allergies and gave him medication - only once we had approved of course. They are responsible about the dogs they care for, check vaccination records, and ensure all dogs are a good fit before taking them on. They are the only boarders we ever use in Houston and the only ones we think we'll ever need!
Mrs. Pat and Mr.Charles have been a true blessing to our family! We were searching for a doggy daycare that was affordable and close to downtown and the Doghouse 24/7 has been the perfect fit. They take the dogs outside to play frequently throughout the day and post awesome pictures and videos to keep us updated on what our pup is doing. We can't recommend The Doghouse enough. 5 stars all the way!
I’m so grateful to have found The Doghouse! From the moment we first met, I felt comfortable boarding my dog with them. Pat and her husband are absolutely lovely and some of the only people I would feel 100% comfortable leaving my puppies with. They have awesome facilities, they do Al kinds of activities with the pups, and they are truly caring and loving people.
Irma and Odie take care of my indoor and outdoor cats regularly. I trust them and Posh Paws because their staff are pet lovers and care for my babies as if they are their own. They make a house visit for first timers to meet you and your pets and get a lay of the land. I have peace of mind knowing Posh Paws is taking care of everything while I'm away.
Posh Paws took such good care of our dog while we were out of town for Thanksgiving. I received picture updates and I knew Maddi was being well taken care of. I am so thankful to have found an amazing pet sitter when we need to go out of town. Such a weight lifted knowing they are taking care of my baby as their own.
Posh Paw Sitters and owner Calli are absolutely amazing. Kylo, our 1 year old black lab, has boarded with Calli multiple times and truly never wants to leave when we come him up. He has sooooo much fun and loves getting to spend time with his friends. Knowing that we are leaving our doggo in a safe and fun environment is priceless. Truly could not recommend enough! I had such bad anxiety before this trip because I’ve never left my Honey with anyone except family for more than a day or two. From our initial phone call Callie made me feel SO comfortable. Throughout my entire weeklong trip she sent me so many pics and videos and updates which made me feel so much more at peace. Plus as someone who treats their dog like a child it’s so refreshing leaving your dog in another “home” type environment where you know they will feel comfortable as if they are in their own home versus at a boarding facility. All the extra dogs were just a plus! She’s slept all day since I picked her up this morning which lets me know she had an amazing time. I will never use anyone else!
Highly recommend! Calli is definitely a doggy whisperer. We toured some other options and nothing else came close to the care the pups get here for daycare. Wilson always has the time of his life. Thank you Calli! Edit to add that we also had help from posh paws for cat sitting our two kitties. Our cats loved Miguel and I could tell from pictures they were very comfortable around him. We booked last minute for a holiday week and they still accommodated us and did an awesome job. Would recommend for in home visits for your pets too!
I had the pleasure of having Calli watch my puppy over Thanksgiving, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! From the start, she was incredibly attentive and professional, making sure to understand my puppy's routine and needs. Throughout the stay, I received regular updates and pictures, which really put my mind at ease and allowed me to enjoy my holiday knowing my pup was in great hands. Shelby was an absolute dream! Our dogs loved her and she kept the house nice and clean during her stay. They went on daily walks, received lots of cuddles, and love. The whole experience was 10/10! We will be using Shelby again.
Posh Paws is wonderful and truly cares about the animals they watch. I’ve had two family emergencies where I quickly needed a dog sitter and Callie was quick to respond and find someone to help us. They have incredibly professional and caring sitters. Shelby was amazing, she was so understanding of changes in our schedule and I could tell my pups had a great time with her. Snuffy's is great! I got my baby back smelling so amazing, she looked so good, and they even gave her a little bow to complete her transformation lol you can tell the owner really loves animals and cares about her clients and their fur babies. I’VE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCED SUCH A TERRIBLE GROOMING SERVICE EVER!!! Understood, my fur baby had a little bit of matting under his chest but to cut his whole body damn near bald is crazy & it seemed like they just got lazy and just cut it all off. I don’t understand how this looks okay, he looks completely unrecognizable, I’ll NEVER trust them to groom my dog ever again!!
We've been having our 2 dogs stay at Pet Paradise Hobby for over 10 years now, and the facility and its team continue to be *amazing.* Having grown up together (and now being 8 and 12 years old), our dogs are bonded and always roomed together. You never know how good a place is until something goes wrong, though. This past stay, at some point in the early morning hours, our older dog was bitten pretty badly by our younger dog and the team at Hobby (particularly Ms. Kelli, the resort manager, Emily and Melissa) was AMAZING at communicating with us and taking care of our baby as if she were their own. We were in a pretty remote area and didn't have the ability to fly back sooner and the facility was so kind and gracious. They arranged transportation of our baby to the vet ED, coordinated transportation back to Pet Paradise from the day hospital, and Ms. Kelli even offered to help find our puppy (she's really 12) 24/7 overnight vet care, but said if we wanted she's also welcome back to PP which we opted for. They administered her medications and gave her *so* much love and attention and kept us up to date always. Ms. Kelli even arranged for a VIP room for her to recover in (so we could see her on video... and at all at no extra charge, which is unheard of). I am floored (in an amazing way) & we feel so blessed at their attentiveness, love and care for our dog and family -- they were always so gracious and assuring to us and both our dogs & truly treated us all like family. They truly are a first class facility and the facility is amazing because of people like Ms. Kelli, Melissa and Emily. I am amazed we're all still welcome back for future boarding, and Ms. Kelli is making sure to accommodate the dogs in the nicest way. We cannot thank you you all enough and I one-thousand percent recommend Pet Paradise Hobby to anyone looking for boarding or even just play time for their pets. I have since 2012 and stand by that x infinity now.
The first thing I'm going to say is thank you Pet Paradise for taking care of my pet. Today was the second time I brought my pet to this place, most of the time he is with me, my wife or my mother but because in recent days we have been very busy we have had to resort to other options. I want to share with you the photos of my pet Coco being very happy in this place, I have no complaints to make about this place, it looks reliable and I can assure you that the employees will give you the love and affection that your pet deserves. The appearance of the place looks great and I spoke to two other pet parents that currently had their pets enrolled. Both had good things to say about their experience, but my experience was not good. When I dropped my pet off at 9:15 in the morning. They kept him locked up for two hours before letting him out to play for only 10 minutes. Prior to me making his appt, I was told the dogs get to have open play for 30 minutes at a time, then get kennel, and then back to open play and so on until lunch time. After seeing on the cameras and also calling to confirm that my poor 3 month old puppy was locked up the entire time(except for 10 minutes), I went to pick him up. And in case anyone is wondering that maybe he was locked up because he was aggressive. Nope, that was not the case. Actually I never saw any of the dogs outside from 9am-12pm. So after I picked him up I went to Dogtopia on Fairmont and it was a night and day difference. I now have had him enrolled there for the past two weeks and they have indoor air condition true open play the entire day and they also have webcams where I can see that he is playing with the other dogs mom stop all day.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! I took my two dogs here to stay one night when we called we were told it it would only be $21 for their stay due to it being their first time staying there then I received a invoice email claiming it would be $60 when I pick them up so we called and made sure it would only be the $21 they said yes then when we went to drop them off they told us it would be $48 these people are very sketchy when it comes to your money so be careful .. also when I picked up my dogs they both smelt like urine so we called to ask why they told us that they were left with urine in their kennel they also have cameras only for the outside play area unless you book the suite we didn’t book the suite because we thought they would appreciate going outside to use the bathroom but nope that wasn’t the case they let them pee in their room and sleep in it when my dogs arrived home they both chugged water and begged me for food so I know they didn’t feed them their food like we asked and then I noticed one of my dogs licking her foot so I looked and I see this so we called and asked what happened and were told the manager would call us tomorrow .. like why tomorrow they’re so unprofessional and rude the manager or whoever the hell she is had a huge attitude when we asked what the price was she goes “this is how I run this place” like excuse me?? My dogs foot is also super swollen!!!! ZERO STARS DONT GO HERE!!
I love this place. The staff were nice, intelligent, knowledgeable and friendly. My dog was just as clean when l took him there as when l picked him up. The staff seemed to have loved my dog. They seemed very caring and understood that dogs are more like humans than we think they are. They love to be recognized and that is what they did.
Our dog-child loves his vacations there, the staff loves him, and he has a variety of activities to do. I also love that he has his own room with a patio. Plus, the staff is AMAZING, very accommodating and friendly.
First time using them during the power outage. They took really good care of my dog!! This is the first time he has ever returned home from boarding with no anxiety!! I will definitely be using them again in the near future.
My dog has been twice. After his 1st stay, the next day he was diagnosed with kennel cough. Since I did not know how he got the illness, I took him back 2 months later. Only this time, he had diarrhea and a gash on his leg! Im not sure what happened, as the cameras are blurry and I couldnt ALWAYS see my dog, but he will never return to this place!
Brought my dogs here for the new customers free boarding and was told wrong pricing 4 different times. I tried to confirm at drop off the price since I was told different things two days before drop off. When dropping off Kelli talked over me with a horrible attitude. I picked them up and right away you can smell urine on them and see their legs were soaked as if they slept in it. The front desk claims they went in their suite and they saw it in the morning but left them and the urine without cleaning them or the urine up. Got home to bath my dogs and the bath was yellow and one dog even has fecal matter between her toes. I was put on hold for 20 minutes just to be hung up on. Paid extra for the pawgress report and it sounds like a robot made it and they clicked random buttons. Photos taken are horrible and didn’t even get one photo of them eating the ice cream I paid extra for. It was supposed to be a report card for each dog and 5 photos each. I requested them to go into the big pool which was put in the notes when I did a tour and they took them to a pool that is so small they both wouldn’t be able to go in together, my dog looked even bigger than the “pool”. My dog also came home with a swollen toe that wasn’t there before coming. Update: I have to repost my review due to them taking it down where others can’t see. Got in contact with corporate and it took them over 2 weeks to come to the conclusion that they can’t do anything for my vet visits I had to go to due to my dog coming home with a swollen toe and not knowing what happened.
I had a wonderful experience with this pet boarding facility. The staff was incredibly attentive and caring, making Daisy feel right at home. I especially appreciated the fun activities they had to offer, which kept her engaged and happy throughout her stay. The team took great care of Daisy and even sent regular updates with pictures, which gave me peace of mind. They also have live webcams, so I could watch her whenever I wanted, which was such a great added comfort. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a safe and enjoyable environment for their pets!
Ayla and Brandy had to stay for any entire week and did so well! I was able to check on them through the live webcams everyday for peace of mind and even received photos of them at the play yard. My girls looked like they had fun and were taken care of. Staff is always friendly as well. Reccomend as a place to stay.
My dog loves playing at Camp Bow Wow Hobby. I love the cameras I can check in and watch her play. The staff is great and friendly. We've also enjoyed other services offered like bath and nail trims Everything has been great. I've recommended Camp Bow Wow Hobby to a friend and they are now happy campers too.
I placed my Coda girl in boarding for the 1st at Camp Bow Wow. I was apprehensive at 1st but she did fantastic. The employees were really patient with her, and really paid attention to her body language when she was getting tired and needed to go back to her suite. That really made a difference for me. They listened to every concern I had and made me feel comfortable. Thank you to everyone at Camp Bow Wow for taking such great care of Coda.
They take such good care of my baby - it’s peace of mind when I’m traveling that he will be ok. I love when I get pictures of cuddle time and he is all smiles or enjoying the moment. Communication is KEY!
I have been taking my dog there for a few months now so that she could learn how to socialize with other dogs. Now, when I take Belle, she is very excited to go.The staff is kind to her and polite to me when I arrive to drop off and pick her up. The extra activities they have are fun for the dogs and pet owner's as well.I highly recommend!

They give your pet the kind of care, love, and compassion you would your baby will feel right in their own home. It's like they speak dog language. The pets love all the people and other animals. The employees are very well teachers. My Classy spends a lot of time here..I mean it's like a 5star penthouse.. there's treats, cameras,all kinds of activities and programs threwout the day or the entire stay. They have private room upgrading options and more. I LOVE IT HERE IT MY FAMILY NOW!
I am so happy with the fact I was able to leave my fur baby at this establishment. He was well taken care of, and bringing him in after a fail of other plans the day I was going to fly out of town was a complete breeze. The staff that helped me, and that I spoke with throughout the process was amazing and very knowledgeable about the facility and the entire process. Both my dog and I are so happy. :)
I have visited other doggy daycares and none come close to the family friendly nature of Camp Bow Wow. You can tell that all staff love and care for the dogs like their own. It’s refreshing to know my pups are in good hands when I am away.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. A coworker recommended me to camp bow wow and I was completely disappointed. I purchased the luxury suite. I have two pups- one catahoula and the other is a bullterrier by the name Titan and Astro. My pups are very obedient and will not potty indoors. The staff didn’t take my pups out for a LONG period of time due to them having “a lot of dogs due to the holiday.” I called approximately 4 times before they finally made my pups a priority. This was a Saturday. Sunday!!!!! No staff member advised me that on Sundays, there is no staff on site. I watched my pups pace back and forth FOR HOURS because they had to potty. When I spoke with the owner of the site, he advised me that he has complaints about Sunday atleast on a weekly basis. My advice to him is MAYBE RELATE THAT INFORMATION TO NEW CUSTOMERS. Never again! Do not take your pups there.

READ BELOW) Raised the prices in group play and didn’t say anything about it, just charged my card THEN Stopped doing group play, claimed because it wasn’t making red bluff money? Weird! Raised prices 2x the price when I started going there. Got too expensive for me to even put my dog in daycare. Has cameras in the luxury suits but they no longer offer because I think they don’t wanna be watched or something not too sure? Have to do a tour yourself and ask all those questions! Also I seen on the main red bluff page you can go do some research yourself whoever is running it picking with clients!? Like what!!? The drama? Commenting smart remarks with clients, I don’t think I want to board my dog at red bluff if they’re going to be picking fights when I want to express my concerns. We always get all our babies' nails done here. I've even scheduled full spa days for my puppies over the years. We've used the resort for boarding in the past, and would again & again. Thanks to the staff for taking such wonderful care of all our babies, both dogs and cats. Dr. Sullivan has always treated my babies as well. He always has their best interests in mind and does everything possible to make sure they are healthy. I won't go anywhere else!! And I recommend Dr. Sullivan to everyone I know with pets. 👍🏻👍🏻
I've used the resort and the groomers for many years and always loved the treatment my dogs have gotten including group play.... I see people posting reviews regarding them letting staff go.... Their reasons are just that.... their reasons but to bash a facility over something you don't know anything about is shallow. They probably made a tough decision in the BEST interest of the animals they care for! Integrity has always been a priority since I have been dealing with them
I won’t leave my kids with anyone else. It’s been over 15 years since I’ve been on any kind of vacation and I was extremely nervous and very doubtful I would be able to go to California and leave my children home, but I visited Red Bluff Pet Resort and spoke with staff and veterinarians before I made my decision. They put my mind at ease and when I left they for California they sent me daily pictures of my kids and I spoke with the staff daily. I was able to enjoy my first vacation in years and trust my furbabies were being well cared for and loved. I came home with a tan and 5 happy and healthy babies. l won’t leave them with anyone else.
Don’t go here take your money elsewhere they got new management and staff members first of all they seem to not know anything about dogs because one of their staff members picked up my scared dog and my dog reacted by biting her rule one DONT PICK UP A SCARED DOG THAT DOESNT KNOW YOU!! They then blamed my dog for biting her and did a temperament test on her to see if she can stay there when she has stayed there plenty of times before with no issues Also when we picked them up the next day I went through their bag and noticed they didn’t get fed their dinner so they went all night without food. So if you want your animals to be neglected and miss treated by all means take them here cause that’s what they are best at here :) I also made myself known on their facebook page and the blocked me for speaking my mind lol safe to say my girls will never be staying here ever again.. I have never used the grooming salon but I’ve heard horrible stories about them but heard amazing things about the animal hospital and have been using them for years!!
Always top notch and very professional. Steve has cared for my pets for years. When my 15 year old lab was at the end of her life Steve did everything he could to prolong her life and was very upfront with me. Highly recommend red bluff animal hospital.
The first time my dog was taken here I told them he was just rescued. The groomer told me he would be okay when I pick him up he was so happy. Now he loves to go see his friends. Thank you all at Redbluff groomer for the special care and love you give my boy ❤️
We couldn't be happier with the services we receive at Red Bluff Pet Resort. My Coco is a medically delicate baby who requires meds twice a day and they take fantastic care of her when we board her. She also gets groomed here by Alyssa and she does a beautiful job keeping up with my Lhasa Apso's hair, we get compliments on her hair cut everywhere we go!
The integrity and character of the owner, Steve Sullivan , speaks volumes. He is an outstanding human and incredible Veterinarian. You can trust him with the care of your precious fur babies!
I highly recommend bringing your pet to get groomed here with Gabby! Great customer service, easy check in process, and great prices! Gabby has groomed both of my Pomeranians and always done great jobs. She gets it done exactly how you ask and is efficient. I know my baby are in good hands with Gabby!
I cannot say enough good things about The Pet Palace. My journey as a dog owner started with them when I was united w/ my best friend of 16 years - Higdon. And now, 19 years later, they are still giving the utmost care, love, & attention to my new boy - Rowdy 🙂 Every time I take Rowdy to doggy daycare, he bolts outta the car & runs to the handlers @ The Pet Palace with eyes melting from the attention they give him. You can’t stop his tail from wagging! He’s so happy when he goes there! I’m so glad that the Houston Area has a place with such caring people like the ones you find @ The Pet Palace! There is no better place to take your best friend for boarding, grooming, & play! They are simply AWESOME!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Bowen has been going there since he was a puppy, and even did puppy training there. He loves going there and gets so excited when he sees Kaila! He absolutely loves her, and she takes such great care of him when he’s there for All Day Play. Now my “grand pup” Stella goes there and she loves Kaila too. Kaila is so great with the dogs there, and takes both of them at once, even though they are so excited to see her, they pull her through the door. 😂 I highly recommend Pet Palace for Doggy Daycare. Everyone that works there loves all the fur babies that come through the door. They always welcome you when you come in, and treat your fur babies like their own. 😊
We have been bringing our 6 year old golden retriever to Pet Palace since he was 3 months old and we love it! The staff is great and accommodating. Kayla always has a smile on her face and is always so friendly. Daycare is a reasonable price and it includes a swimming pool time which is often an extra charge at other pet resorts.
The Pet Palace has provided a fun and safe place for my Lola Sue & my Remington Sue. Lola was a boxer who had a fabulous time each time she went to daycare! Remington is a Frenchie & she has a great time & gets so excited to see her favorite girl, Kayla in the mornings! Kayla is such a sweet soul who absolutely loves all the fur babies!!
Christen is the best groomer! She is super patient with my stubborn dog and I have never been able to get such a great cut anywhere else. My schnauzer is my baby and I trust them completely at Pet Palace! Dayboarding is also my pups favorite day of the week and it wears him out! Must bring your pups here.
I took my dog Starsky for the first time here and he absolutely loved it! The staff was so friendly and they gave me a tour of the place and it’s very spacious and welcoming! I even got to peak in and take a look at the outside play yard and my dog was having the best time ❤️and the staff were very close by and keeping an eye on all of dogs there. After I had came back to pick up Starsky one of the daycare attendants named Kaila was so sweet and helpful you could tell she really got to know my dog. She gave me a full layout of my dogs time at daycare and how he did, it was really nice to know that my little guy was being looked after and cared for so well😀 I will definitely be bringing him back for daycare and boarding !!
Employees are the best. I take Marlo twice a week for doggie daycare. When I take him in the morning he is very excited to get dropped off. When I pick him up he looks like he had a blast. Thank you guys for taking care of him.
My dog Teddy just love the pet Palace, out of the car he drags me in . He love to play with all the dogs. The staff is so kind. Kayla is wonderful with him.
I can't say enough great things about The Pet Palace! The staff, especially Lori, Kaila, Jackie, Kristen, and Orr, are incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely care about my dogs. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and offers plenty of activities to entertain the dogs. My two girls go six days a week for doggy daycare and stay overnight when I am out of town. The girls come home happy and tired after playing with their furry friends. The grooming service is incredible, and the limo service is fantastic when needed! I highly recommend The Pet Palace to any pet parent looking for a safe and fun place for their dog!
The Pet Palace takes such good care of our pup. He loves going every day, and is always so happy when we pick him up. Today was my dogs first full day and I watched him on the webcam the entire time. I never saw him so happy. At 4 months old and full of no stop energy, when I picked him up at 5:30 I had never seen him so tired, lol. He fell asleep immediately on the ride home. Once home he ate and then went back to sleep and stayed asleep all night for the first time in 4 months. He was extremely happy playing ALL DAY and I was extremely happy to finally get rest. I am very happy with Dogtopia.
Luna loves everyone at Dogtopia. She is treated like family there and it calms my anxiety of leaving her behind when we go on vacation. We love being able to check on her with the cameras and able to message through Instagram. We also love the posts on social media and the different theme days.
Astro has been going since he was 4 months old! He absolutely LOVES Dogtopia. Not just any Dogtopia but Dogtopia off Fairmont Parkway. It’s such a good feeling to see him so happy and excited each time I drop him off there. He knows everyone there and all the staff has become his second family. They all show him so much love and it makes me feel so good that I know he is safe and cared for if I ever have to go out of town!! He goes there three days a week and it’s so good for his stimulation and socialization. I can’t say enough great and positive things about this location. I’m so truly grateful for everyone who works there. Thank you all for loving my baby Astro and taking care of him the way you do!! 💓
Staff were great, Facility was very clean. I liked that I could check up on my dog throughout the day. There was always multiple ppl walking around watching the dogs at all times. Overall great environment for my pets. Definitely recommend
I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care my dog Rubble received at Dogtopia. The front desk staff were not just nice; they were attentive, and taking the time to understand my dog’s needs and preferences. What stood out was the level of care and attention given by the workers who watched over Rubble each day. They weren’t just observers; they were actively engaged in ensuring Rubbles wellbeing and happiness. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they were there with helpful answers. Knowing that my dog was not only safe but also enjoying their time made all the difference. Dogtopia has made our visit to Texas an incredible one. I'm very pleased so far with Dogtopia's daycare services. My German Shepherd puppy is very rambunctious and I was exhausted every day trying to make sure she got enough exercise. Now that I take her to Dogtopia instead, she gets to play and expend that energy and I'm not wearing myself out taking her to the park every evening after work. She plays all day with other dogs who are playful and energetic like her. I drop her off before work and I pick her up on my way home. I can check the webcams anytime I want to see what's she's up to. The dogs are all very well supervised. The staff is careful and knowledgeable about how to manage a group of dogs. Its affordable and I know my dog is safe there. The only thing I would say that they could improve upon is maybe have a larger outdoor area. Other than that I would say that taking her to doggy daycare is great for us both. Having a large, very energetic dog is challenging if they dont get to run and play a lot. I wore myself out trying to keep up with her before, now when we get home, i can have personal time while she is napping after playing all day.
Dogtopia fairmont has the kindest staff, and the customer service is outstanding. Our two year-old dachshund loves daycare, and there is no better feeling than knowing he is happy and well taken care of!
My girls love to go and play. Their excitement to go confirms what I see is what they are receiving. Lola comes home tired out and sleeps her best when she goes to daycare. The staff is beyond welcoming and warm. I get the vibe everyone who works there genuinely wants to be there. Lola and Mac love everyone there ♥️ The facility is extremely clean. Highly recommend!
My caregiver took my dog Bella in for a bath, nails trimed, and teeth cleaning (or brushimg). When we went to pick her up we were formed they were unable to do her naIls(dog was snippy ?) There was Line on her back where they had not washed out. Had to rerinse her in the shower .I checked her nails and found one split from tip lengthwise to cuticle. That happens when the clipper is held upside down or someone used people clippers. They never b Checked her teeth (not brushed). I had asked the price and was told 60 dollars but was charged 74. Stay from these crooks.
I absolutely love this location and the staff are very welcoming especially the managers Stephanie and Hillery! I’ve watched them build this location to what it is today! My fur babies love them!
Carly was an answer to our prayers! We have two dogs: 1) a small aging dog, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is 13 years old, and 2) a large rescue, an 8 year old boxer/Great Dane mix that still has a lot of energy along with anxiety issues. We used to board them when we traveled. Because of their individual needs, we started taking them with us to manage their care. We travel often for family. Sometimes bringing our dogs along is not convenient because of their needs, and we also have a family member with dog allergies. A longer trip becomes stressful our dogs. We had been saying a few months ago how nice it would be to find someone who has a quiet settled home who also cares for pets. We had a big trip planned to help our son and his wife with a cross country move into a new home. It would be challenging with our dogs’ needs so I made some searches and found Carly. This is why I said she was truly the answer to our prayers for what was on our hearts for our dogs’ needs. Our dogs are used to being indoor dogs in quiet surroundings, instead of being on the go. Her home suits the lifestyle they are used to. Carly provides loving care and understanding for our dogs’ individual needs. We cannot say enough good words about Carly. When we came back to pick up our dogs, our older one ran out to greet us with her tail wagging, full of happy spunk, then ran ahead of us back to lead us to the house. She was wanting to share everything about her stay with us and to give us the “tour!” Haha, that said it all! She had made herself right at home at Carly’s place! If you want someone who gives personalized care for your pet, this is THE PLACE and THE WOMAN who delivers. And as for Carly, she is one of the most sincere and loving people you will ever meet. Our dogs brought us together to be able to meet this lovely soul who enriched our lives. We are so thankful for her and to know her. p.s. She also stayed in touch with us sending updates WITH pictures!!🤩 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Carly is a super compassionate lady , I was amazed she will care for your pet in her own home , what a wonderful concept !! She helped me re-home 4 kittens through her network which was simply a labor of love ! I have been worried about what to do with my husbands dog for a weekend since he passed away, But now I gave confidence Carly can handle it with Love

This was my first time leaving my Beagle at a dog care and it was a very pleasant experience. We left our Beagle for 8 days and Carly was very lovable and kept me posted the whole time we were away. I will definitely be going back when we need another dog sitter. 🐾 ❤️
Carly has taken care of my previous toy puddles for several years. . I have always been pleased with the care she has shown while caring for my puppy She cares for them as if they were her own. The cost for her services are very affordable. You can enjoy being with your family or attending a conference knowing that your pets are receiving excellent care.

She sent us lots of pics during their stay and our dogs looked so happy!! Her rates are very reasonable!! Will definitely have Carly take care of our babies again!! Thank you so much Carly!!!!
I have always taken our dog to Carly. She took great care of him. He was always allowed to roam free in her home; just like he was her own. She sent pics of him to us while were gone and kept in touch. Her prices are very affordable. Our dog has since passed, but when we do get another; I will definitely be leaving him/her in Carly's care.
