Stan was a gold standard sitter! He was very friendly from the first call all the way through to saying goodbye at the end of the sit. He arrived on time and immediately made both Bonnie and me feel very at ease. He knew exactly what to do to to greet Bonnie and she calmed down very quickly as a consequence. He took such good care of the house and I think left it cleaner than when he'd arrived! Hard to believe as I'd like to think I'm pretty clean! Being close to Christmas, he took in several parcels for me, including a food order I'd forgotten to cancel! I can't recommend him highly enough and wouldn't hesitate in having him back.
My dogs LOVED Judy and her daughter Nichole, who happily spoiled them with attention and affection. Dobby and Hagrid were relaxed and happy when we got home, which is a huge relief to anyone with fur babies! Every communication with Judy was clear and quick. When she had questions, she asked, and was proactive while she was sitting. My house was absolutely SPOTLESS when I got home. She really went above and beyond for us. I can't recommend her enough. I wouldn't hesitate to book them again.
We had the pleasure of having Chris as our house/pet sitter, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the get-go, Chris proved to be incredibly responsive and professional. He communicated clearly and promptly throughout the entire process, and he was incredibly self-sufficient. Between that and the pictures of Buck, we were confident and able to relax while we were away. When we returned, we found our home just as clean, if not cleaner, than we had left it, which was lovely. It's always a relief to come back to a well-kept home, and Chris made sure that was the case! Most importantly, our cat Buckbeak was healthy, happy, and clearly well-loved during our travels. Chris's ability to care for Buckbeak and our home speaks volumes about his compassion and skill as a pet sitter. We would absolutely love to have Chris back in our home again. His exceptional care and attentiveness make him an ideal house sitter, and we highly recommend him to anyone seeking a trustworthy and capable caretaker for their home and pets.
