We’re so happy that we found Katie. She’s welcomed Juno into her loving home and made sure she feels safe and secure while she’s there. Having an anxious dog like Juno, we were initially concerned about how she might cope without us in a new situation as she takes a very long time to open up to new people. However, it’s been truly amazing! Juno warmed to Katie very quickly and after a few visits formed such a lovely bond. We’re so happy. Katie has a very kind and patient nature and really makes sure Juno is happy and relaxed during her stays. With walks on the Downs, fun play time at home and all the belly rubs she could ever desire, Juno is living her best life. We’re surprised she ever wants to come home! Katie also sends us regular updates while Juno is with her so we get to see videos and photos, knowing that she really is having a lovely time. We’ve also noticed her confidence increasing since she’s been visiting Katie, which is so good to see. I think it’s really helped her socialising with other kind natured dogs in a welcoming, caring and safe environment. We would certainly recommend Katie to anyone looking for daycare or boarding - it really is a home away from home.
I have an anxious dog and have struggled in the past to find a dogsitter with the patience and expertise to care for her, but Katie at the Pet Concierge is an absolute miracle worker. Katie @ The Brighton and Hove Pet Concierge has been an excellent doggy day care service and I can't recommend enough! My puppy JuJu started with Katie at just over 4 months old and Katie took so much time and care to make sure the environment was right for JuJu as well as giving me lots of guidance and advice along the way, which went above and beyond what was expected! Since JuJu started with Katie she now attends twice a week and has had a successful overnight board. JuJu is so excited every time she leaves the house with Katie and the time spent there has been instrumental in her development and socialisation with other dogs.
My toy poodles Rory and Rocco love their doggy day care days with TBHPC. They have lovely adventures on scenic walks with Katie and always arrive home happy, content (and tired!). It was important we found someone who would look after our dogs like they are their own, which is exactly the type of care we receive from TBHPC.
I initially contacted the Brighton and Hove pet concierge as I needed someone amazing to look after my puppy for a week's holiday that I couldn't take him on. Katie has taken on our 8 month sprocker Myles for 3 weeks and we are so amazed at how well he is coming along, he is a nervous pup but the day care once a week is helping so much, on the 3rd week he just went running straight into her home.We get regular updates and photos, and know that he loves going.
